I love BoxyCharm, I love almost all the products and how we get to customize what we would like. I have a special face washing routine so I opted not to get much skin care. At the beginning I was getting wonderful assortments of make up and then they offered foundations and I was so excited. I’ve stopped getting as much make up and seem to be getting a lot of skin care recently. I am also not a fan of the wait time between the day my money is pulled and the time it takes for my boxes to get to me. I understand with the pandemic things are taking longer to ship, but when I get the email saying my boxy has shipped and for over a week it still says it’s waiting for pick up seems excessive. Even before the pandemic this started being an issue. I cancelled my boxy for a while but a friend was talking about how awesome it was and I decided to give it another shot. Still sorely disappointed in the shipping times, sometimes not getting here until 6 days before my next one is supposed to be paid for, and about not getting the things I’ve asked for.

Started my subscription in June, added Premium in July. Every product so far has been high quality! I am in love with the eyeshadow palettes I have been receiving. I am hooked on Boxy ❤️❤️❤️

Boxxycharm has been such a spark of joy during coronavirus lockdown..One of the few packages I would look forward to receiving every month..

I have been a BoxyCharm subscriber for over a year and a half. I enjoy getting my box and all of the items in it. I love the times when you get a choice in products in your upcoming boxes. This option is very important to me because once I feel like I’m wasting my money I will cancel. I didn’t give a 5 star rating because there have been several times I’ve received products that didn’t apply to me or my preferences that were stated in the initial quiz. Also there’s been several times I have received a product that wasn’t my color at all. With that said, I understand that a make-up box subscription can’t get it 100% right all the time for every one if it’s subscribers. With this understanding I really enjoy the value of what I get even if there’s a one-off product or box every once in a while. What’s important is that it doesn’t happen all of the time. I definitely recommend BoxyCharm to all my friends and family who love make-up and skin care products as much as I do. As always, I can’t wait for my next box!!!

There is nothing better than getting a special box every month just for you. I absolutely love being a charmer. I highly recommend it to everyone. One of the best thing about getting the box is trying new things from makeup to skin care and now they are even expanding to jewelry and purses if that what you are into. It really is exciting and fun to receive a special box just for you every month. Thanks Boxy for always making me feel special.

ETA: As of 9/30/21, I have canceled my quarterly subscription to BoxyLuxe. I just received an email from Boxycharm letting me know that they will be *increasing* the price of the subscription to $59.99 for the BoxyLuxe subscription. I just left a review expressing my disappointment/dissatisfaction with quality and variety of products in the BoxyLuxe boxes. Why would I pay $20 more? Also, dont tell me youre putting more makeup in the box. Its supposed to have more in there anyway. Its the BoxyLuxe box. And dont use COVID-19 as an excuse. Weve all been impacted by the pandemic.When I first subscribed to Boxycharm, the products and the quality of each months boxes was impeccable. Lately, however, I have been becoming increasingly disappointed in the variety and quality of the products chosen for both the basic and the BoxyLuxe boxes.

Loved this months boxes! Love that those of us like me were able to choose beautiful eyeshadow/ face palettes and those who love skin care more had great choices too. I could not be more impressed with these products for this price! Also a great way to try out new products or brands you may not know about!

Totally worth it!! I have so many eyeshadow pallets, makeup brushes! Skin care products! Hair products! You name it!I receive all 3 boxes for over 2 years now.My only complaint would be that I have a feeling we are being sent products companies could not sell? I’ve received a few products that seemed very old. I give it an 8/10 .

It is always fun every month to get another box full of goodies. Its like a birthday every month. Its a nice treat to experience products you may not think of or come across. All in all its a very fun experience to be a part of.

Typically I would give Boxycharm a 5 star rating but so think the overload of skin care this year is a huge turn off. I understand that it is extremely popular right now and that they can also make the value in the boxes higher using this stuff. However, I miss the name brand and high end make up. I would much rather get tons of make up in my box with one or two skin care items.

I love getting boxy charm. I get basic/luxe and premium because I love the brands and products that go into these boxes. I wish it would go back to a bit more makeup then a makeup/skincare split. But I do enjoy trying out new products every month!

My favorite part about this box is how it changes with the seasons. Summer is more skin care heavy (which I love), and fall is more centered on makeup and skincare together. The only thing I would change is I would love to be able to add the luxe membership to the premium membership rather than just the base membership.

I would give Boxy Charm 2 1/2 stars. When I signed up, the products were great. I was always excited and satisfied with the products received. As time has gone by, I have become less happy and satisfied with the boxes and its products. If I do not see improvements, I’ll cancel membership within the next few months.

I absolutely LOVE boxy charm, you absolutely get your money’s worth just in 1-2 products! I love the products that you get; they are absolutely amazing. I also am a gift giver so usually I pick the things I love and give the rest away, so just in a few months have collected so many great products including amazing pallets, skincare, tools, etc. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I’m completely disappointed this was my first box and I can use nothing. I filled out the beauty quiz and said I don’t have oily skin yet I got 3 things for acne I’m 51 I don’t get acne . I also said that when I signed up. I got highlighter and that was last thing on my quiz I said I’d use. I’ll try one more box but this was horrible. Oh and I’m not quite sure what my newbie free gift was .

Honestly, I haven’t had an issue with the boxes as of late. I’m usually able to get my choices and if not, I get the option of getting some sweet add ons for a fraction of a price. Can’t really complain there.

The box is great if you are looking to add more eyeshadow pallets and some skincare toYour collection. The”personalized” test is bs, it doesn’t count for anything.. and For the most part it was the same the 6 months I had it, every month it’s an eyeshadow palette, which were mostly really bright or just colorful, and some skincare. For the price it’s great, but after a while, I realized I don’t really use a lot of the stuff. Overall it’s great if I oh just want to have a variety of things. Also they use fed ex for their shipping and I’ve had a lost package about 3-4 times and it’s a hassle to get a replacement, you have to wait almost a whole other month for it .

Overall I really love my Boxy premium subscription. Boxy has introduced me to many products and brands I love. Their add on and pop ups are my favorite feature they offer. The discounts on the items are so great. I’ve had a few hiccups with boxy but nothing that would keep me from coming back. I do wish you were able to customize your box a bit more however. I’ve received things in previous boxes that I wasn’t too excited about and I’ve also received things I absolutely loved. Boxy Ialalove ya girl!

Septembers big delivery : Not interested in bright iridescent eye shadow. Prefer browns, beige etc flat shadow. Five of the eyeshadow were smeared when they arrived. The hand soap had spilled on other items. Not pleased.

Can’t beat 5 full size products for $25 a month! It’s a good way to try different makeup and skincare brands. You can cancel anytime.

One of the best subscription boxes out there a bonus is that you get only full size items from great brands unlike most subscription boxes that give sample size items. You also can get to purchase great products and great discount prices from the shop every month. Ive been with them for years and will continue to be.

Oh my goodness I dont even know where to start!!! BoxyCharm is by far the greatest monthly subscription hands down period. ice tried all the others and nothing comes close to comparing. They actually listen to what you say you would like to receive. Everything is full size not a tester. so you actually get the chance to fully experience every item. The fact that you can buy past boxes as well as items for up to 70% off what the product is normally priced absolutely blows my mind. I enjoy the products I receive each month. The color schemes they send for the eye shadow palettes are usually not my style. Its a 50/50 chance on getting a palette I would actually use. The one thing that really bothers me is the shipping. They take their payment out on the first without fail BUT take forever to send out. You also never know when youll get it. Majority of the time its at the end of the month and sometimes the following month. The tracking does not update well.

They literally have the worst customer service team that I have ever experienced. If you receive an email from them with a deal that seems like a great thing, be wary because they don’t honor the deals that they offer you through the emails regardless if you sign up using the link through the email or not. This company uses fraudulent sign up tactics and then tries to cover it up by saying that said offer was sent “by mistake” So therefore they don’t have to honor it. Also they don’t offer refunds on anything and if you place an order for an item through one of their pop-up sales sometimes they’ll just forget about your order and they don’t notice until you contact them about it. Most of the time they say that “it’s on its way” or “it’ll be shipping soon”, but if you repeatedly contact them about it though actually tell you the truth And then the response usually is “oh the items you ordered are now out of stock so we can’t sent them to you”, but somehow those exact same items will re-show up as on sale less than two weeks later.

I did the quizzes, put what I’d like to receive but always get what I don’t want. Even changed my answers to sometimes on all n still receive what I don’t want. Even upgraded to Luxe. I did receive some contour, eye mask n blotting thingy, which I liked but the rest was cleansers n oils n creams. N I picked the blotting thingy. Think I’m gonna try Ipsy again

Products are decent, been a subscriber for a few years. Some products are repeated. Changed my address over a year ago and it’s correct in the system but they keep sending it to the old address. No customer service phone line. Requested every month to have it corrected and they say it is and the next month my subscription is sent to the wrong address again.

I love boxy charm. They are great. Always excited to get my subscriptions every month. There customer service is amazing. Never had an issue that was there fault or that didn’t get resolved. Every month i look forward to getting my Boxy Charm, especially the BoxyLux months, i have been getting them for at least a year and never have i been disappointed with what i get, so worth every penny 😊 only thing is tracking my package is not so great but i still always receive it in great condition and never has been late or had a problem with it, no broken or missing items, products are packaged in bubble wrap or however appropriate for the items shipped. Pop ups and add ons are great as well. I will continue to be a loyal charmer, thank you BoxyCharm! ❤

Used to be my favorite thing. However, there are some major issues with BoxyCharm. This used to be a makeup subscription box, now its more about skin care and hair tools. The shipping is absolutely horrible. Ive gotten faster delivery from China. There is no customer service whatsoever. How a multi-billion dollar company cant find people to deal with issues or complaints is mind boggling. The shopping events are nice and you can nab some great deals but it could be over a month before you recieve your order. Also your subscription is never delivered in a timely fashion so its hard to know what to buy during the shopping events. I recommend only getting the basic box and then shopping the popups and add ons to only get the products your interested in. And be prepared to wait for your order and deal with bots if you have any issues. Issues will probably not be resolved so be aware of that going in

Love the boxycharm subscription you take a survey for your skin hair and preferences. The base box is 25 a month premium box is 35 and boxylux is every 3 months its additional 24.99 on top of the base box price. Its a good way to try skin care and makeup brands you havent used before. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I do enjoy the products for the cost of the monthly subscription. However sometimes the add-ons that you purchase take quite some time before you receive them. Currently I have an order that I paid for on May 17 and have not received it yet. The order was about $100. But I did order another add-on on May 19, that was roughly about $60 and I received that about a weeks ago. And reaching Customer Service is not easy on the website either. Sometimes you get a quicker response on their social media accounts than their actual website. Still overall good for the price of the subscription, I gave it three stars because I’ve had issues with not getting all the products in one shipment in the past and issues getting a hold of Customer Service.

Its great the first year but after that it seems like they forget to send you good new product. It seems like only the first boxes are great. They have send me repeated items.

I love getting the boxes just wish they wouldn’t use Fedex smart post. It’s so slow and unreliable. I know it’s the level boxcharm pays for but Ups sure post about the same but faster. Drop FedEx move to UPS please!!!

I am considering cancelling my subscription. I just believe the quality of each box has gone down dramatically. I dont get my boxes until the very end of the month and Im just not seeing quality products much anymore. Alot of skincare...which I love skincare but what happened to the makeup? Would love to see more big name products. Lay off the black eyeliner and fenty beauty mascara( have 3 so far) and Work on the quality of each subscription...i see alot of people are cancelling lately. I know its not just me.

I have enjoyed my boxes. Sometimes the items dont match my profile 😕 why all the questions if your not going to use it. Cant beat the price. If your a makeup lover is great. Its help me keep up with my skin care and has great deal for 80% of store prices on lots of stuff not in your box. Its a beauty buffet!

I have been a Boxycharm subscriber since 2017. In August 2021, I received a completely destroyed Iconic London bronzer. I immediately contacted customer service for a replacement and sent photos. After several days, a rep replied, indicating that the Iconic bronzer was out of stock but they would be sending me a Laura Gellar eyeshadow palette as a replacement. I replied, pointing out that the Iconic bronzer was August’s choice item and it was then being sold in Boxy’s pop-up shop for $9 and again requested a new bronzer. As an alternative, I asked for a $9 pop-up credit to buy a replacement bronzer from the pop-up shop. A different rep eventually replied, claiming that Boxy’s inventory is “totally separate” from the pop-up shop’s inventory and completely ignored my request for pop-up credit. When I reiterated that request, yet another rep replied assuring me the Laura Gellar palette was “equally fabulous” and refusing to give me a direct answer. Each subsequent email was answered by a different Boxy rep, none of whom could or even tried to explain the basis for refusing my entirely reasonable request for pop-up credit to replace the item I chose. I finally gave up. Incredibly, I never received the Laura Gellar palette.Quite unfortunately, this is a typical outcome of interacting with Boxy customer service. On balance, Boxy is a great deal and offers some amazing products in some of their monthly boxes. However, Boxy’s customer service is an embarrassment. They do not respect their members enough answer direct questions and clearly, in my case, they valued a $9 sale over doing right by a longterm subscriber. Unfortunately, dealing with customer service is also a necessary part of membership, as items are regularly missing or damaged in monthly boxes. Don’t take my word for it - there are hundreds of publicly-available BBB complaints detailing similar experiences filed by other subscribers. If you are not prepared to deal with similar mistreatment, do not become a member, as it is only a matter of time until you encounter it.

Ive been with Boxy Charm 2 yrs in Oct.. I feel like it is my birthday every month. I love receiving the boxes each month. I upgraded to Luxe and in the last year, products have gotten much smaller and probably not worth the monthly subscription, even so, I will continue my subscription. Also EVERY single box contains an eye palette or powder face palette which, even though I filled out the quiz on my skin tone and preferredeye shadow color (plum), Ive yet to recieve any of those. I wish they would occasionally send something else or my preferred eye color palette.

BoxyCharm isnt the first subscription box Ive tried. My experience with the other box wasnt terrible. It was fine. and that about sums it up. Flash forward a few years and Id decided to try one out again, but this time did some research. Id never heard of BoxyCharm, but people raved, so I signed up. Im SO glad I did! Its AWESOME! Every month I get the best truly high end products - FULL SIZE products - every one of them outstanding! If youre considering a monthly subscription beauty box, make it BoxyCharm. You wont regret it!

There was only one thing that I liked or used and that was lip gloss. I spent way to much on a base and premium just for lip gloss. I will cancel my account if this doesnt improve greatly. I dont do black mascara or eyeliner and always get black. I use to enjoy getting my BoxyCharm.

Been subscribed to boxycharm for about 3 years now and ive been satisfied up until now. customer service has always been great but i think they focus more on skin care which is not my preference at all. nothing against them but if youre into skin care then i will totally recommend. i am not as excited since im getting 2-3 skin care items and its not for me. delivery is always good, product size and quality is great too

The customer service is nonexistent. Ive been sent no name products. Purchased a mystery bundle that came with trial sized products. I used to receive my subscription boxes by the 17th of the month at the latest. Then I started getting my boxes the last week of the month if not the next month. By then the element of surprise is gone because all of the variations have been revealed. They do not care about current customers. They only care about getting new ones in order to continue raking in the cash. If you purchase add ons you can expect to receive them in 4-6 weeks. They often sell out of items you have already purchased and you have to hound them until they tell you sorry we ran out. This company is very shady in their business practices. Sometimes the sales are great and its what kept me subscribed for a while but things have just gone down hill. As for the actual subscription boxes more often than not Id like 2 of the 5/6 items sent to me. My choice item and one item they choose. The rest of the box are filler items like a single eyeshadow brush, beauty sponge or a single face mask. They do NOT use you beauty quiz like they state on their website! I only wrote this review because they sent me an email asking me to. Do your research before subscribing to boxy. I have canceled my subscription.

I absolutely love the boxes I enjoy trying new things and this is such a great way to do so I have even started taking care of my skin more because of different products they send and it’s wonderful that we can stop receiving whenever we want !! I would like to see more eye make up and more face cleaners but other then that I love it ! And when they have there sales it’s crazy how much you can get and spend little !!! I even got a friend hooked on boxycharm stuff cuz when I receive things I don’t use I give them to her and when I buy during sales I often get the 2 for 1 deal so she is in love with it all too

I’ve been subscribed to BoxyCharm for a long time. I honestly only keep it for add-ons and pop up sales. The actual box isn’t great. I specifically subscribe for skin care only, not makeup. I have premium and get to choose a couple items every month. Often my options are only makeup, not skin care. I typically receive several makeup items every month, with the rest being skin care. When I complained early on, I was told to make sure I filled out the beauty quiz (which I did upon signing up for the subscription) and to do reviews of my box every month so they can get to know my preferences. I review my box and items every month and always comment about the fact I get a lot of makeup that I do not want. Nothing has changed in well over a year. It’s the same every month. Like I said, I only keep this sub for access to the other sales. I also have Ipsy plus and they have their issues, but do a much better job at customizing my bag every month. I know the 2 companies have merged, so hopefully Boxy can takes some cues from Ipsy.

Ive been here for a few years at this point and have been more disappointed lately than not. They say take the quizzes! well I have, do all time! Still send more skincare than not. They could be so great, its the choices they make on putting them together, that needs work. Theres tones that would rather more skincare, im not one ! I do love it when the boxes are consistent

Great products for the subscription price. The only down fall I can say is it takes a while for you to receive your monthly box, about 3 weeks from when you are billed.

I feel the boxycharm has really decreased its product creativity. I used to be exited about all the items in my box, the last few months I didnt like anything and ended up giving my items away.

The delays in shipping, the lack of customer service help, the value in products, the lack of sustainability. Its putting Boxy in a bad place. Ive contemplated canceling my membership, but hope that it will soon be back to what it once was. My patience is growing thin and I know I am not alone.

This has to be one of the most deceiving companies Ive ever done business with! And their customer service team is just as bad..and they have gotten even worse over the years. There are multiple things Ive recieved that Ive bought from other stores and really liked, all those products have caused almost like a chemical burn reaction on my skin. And its been multiples from different companies and brands. I question the authenticity.

Boxy Charm is awesome. Definitely the best cosmetics subscription- I cancelled everything else, including all the Ipsys because Boxy is by far the best.

I love Boxycharm, I always receive great items at a great price. Every month I receive something as if it was specially picked out for me.

I enjoy this monthly subscription, it is always worth the price and a great way to try new products that I would not typically purchase for myself. Plus the items I receive that arent things I would use, make awesome gifts! Its a win/win!

I am subscribed to several make up and beauty monthly boxes... BoxyCharm is, by far,THE BEST!!! the quality of products are amazing every box has been beautiful..Last month I had an issue in my box, so u sent an email. They corrected my issue with credit to my account, andddd they answered me so promptly. Overall Im very impressed.

I signed up for Boxycharm Base the first week of July, then I signed up for Premium. I also ordered some Add-ons! I havent received any boxes yet, but I know that Im going to love them so much and I cant wait for the Anastasia x Norvina box! This is the most excited Ive been in a long time!!

Boxycharm was great when I first started. I’ve been a member for years. In the beginning I was getting lots of make up and a few brushes here and there. Lately it’s been a lot about skin care. Why not give us some tools to use with skincare if that’s what you’re going to give us. My delivery time has always been long considering my location but lately it’s been taking forever. Way longer then usual. In the beginning I rated it at 5/5, but now, I’m rating it 3 out of 5. It’s still good, I love boxycharm. Cheaper prices for good products but not always same packaging as the real deal package.

I subscribed to Boxycharm years ago as a way of discovering new brands and maybe getting out of my comfort zone. I have never been disappointed with a box. Ever.

Love receiving my monthly boxes! The products have changed my view on a lot of high end products, I see how they hold up and work better than the cheaper brands. The products have also introduced me to new brands and different types of products that I normally wouldn’t try.....and I now love these products and will purchase again in the future.

I liked it in the beginning....but apparently when you choose NO skin care and only make up....you get skin care and no make up.... I will be canceling both my boxes....

Not only are there a variety of fantastic products that I will use, I get the boxes within 15 days or less of shipping! And if something goes wrong or I have a question, response is quick and they are so understanding...willing to help make it right. Ive dealt w other companies who, also, have great products but their shipping takes forever and customer service is terrible. I love the variety and quality you receive in the boxes. Couldnt be happier!

I love getting the make up but don’t like that I’ve gotten a few boxes that are damaged and so are products and can’t reach anyone!!!! But over all it’s ok

The previous boxes were getting really boring and I received Fenty foundation and Natasha Denona Concealer that were both way too deep for my light complexion so it was like receiving nothing. The ABH Norvina box was an AMAZING bunch of goodies and put me back in favor with BoxyCharm
