What a magical night! We just celebrated our daughters Quinces in the Royal Ballroom and everything was beautifully done and to our expectations. The Royal Ballroom looked magnificent! Appreciate all of the coordination and attention to detail we got from the staff in the office. This was a long awaited celebration due to last years restrictions but we were finally able to celebrate and it was all perfect!

We recently celebrated the Quinces of our daughter Sophia, from the beginning until the day of the party we received a very professional treatment from the staff and especially from Lety! The advice and attention from her were first class. The day of the celebration (magnificent package) everything was luxurious, the food, the attention of the waiters and the manager was first class. We are very happy with everything and we recommend the floridian ballroom to make your event a complete success!

I had my prom here over 10 years ago and came back for my wedding. Yanelli was my event planner and she was amazing. She kept in consistent contact with me and went over every single detail for my wedding. I am so happy I had the reception here! Their staff was LOVED by my guest and the decor was exactly as I pictured it. We had the magnificent wedding package and it was worth every cent. However, we did not utilize their photographer, DJ or MC. We got our own as we were extremely particular. Nonetheless, Yanelli made sure they were coordinated and evryone was on teh same page. Food came out after a cool firwork presentaiom to the song of my choice! Everyone loved the appetizers and the main courses! No plate was uneaten. We used their cake vendor, Elite Cake creations, and their floral people, YM Floral, which were allll amazing! (Check out my reviews on their pages to see photos) Our wedding reception ended at 1 and people were still there partying so hard we had to turn the lights on!! LOL! It was amazing! Yanelli, thank you so much for all you did ! You are an amazing woman and I am so glad I got to meet and plan with you. My wedding is unforgettable!

Hosted my wedding at the Floridian and I must say I am so happy I did. The service was excellent, all the girls at the office (especially Cecy who attended me) were so kind and helpful. My wedding came out exactly how I imagined.

I am giving a 3 stars only because the on call staff manager was helpful the night of my event.However very unhappy with the outcome of the venue sale.Few of my complaints are as follows.1) All contracts are non cancelable2) Poor customer service experience - The idea is only to sale, sale, sale.3) If one is not on top following up on their own event they will not follow up with you.4)1/2 off our guest couldnt eat the vegetables from their dinners since vegetables were sour. The salad was not fresh the lettuce was brown.5) The Dj had technical difficulties and did not play songs from the Playlist that was given.6)More than 1/2 off our guest did not get to enjoy the cake because the wait staff was focus on picking up and cleaning up 30 minutes before my event was over.7)Make sure to triple check your contract / room layout and event room and make sure you ask for the event layout form for you to sign off on your event room and layout, otherwise you may be given a complete different room and layout.

We celebrated my daughters quince this past Sunday, Jan 19th. Our experience with The Floridian was exceptional. Starting from when we signed the contract back in March of 2019 with Janelis to the day of the event. Janelis was always very attentive and professional in helping us plan the party. The staff on the day of the event were very accommodating and professional. Extremely pleased with the vendors and staff.

Had my wedding here!Great experience, very good service from the beginning working with cesi, she was very helpful during the planning on every single detail.Prices are very competitive.I had 2 managers available during the event taking care pf everything, good service from waiters, bartender was great!!, dj is also good you have the option to tell him what music to play.Shoutout to their flowers vendor, they were incredibles. Food can be better but you have the option to cater from elsewhere.I recommend this amazing ballroom!

From the numerous packages they offer to the varieties of vendors that work with them, they made this process very easy for us! On the day of the wedding, the staff at Floridian were exceptional. Big and spacious areas to celebrate a wedding or main family event no matter the size of the party. Some employees of us had hired the place for their receptions and from food to service, no complains. Ask for Ceci. She has solutions and answers for everything!

My wedding was EVERYTHING!!!! MY guest and I had a blast!!!!! The DJ Mike (@djironmike) was the best ever. He kept the party crunk and we danced all night!!! The waiters/waitress was so polite and catered to all our needs. They did an amazing job decorating and making sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. Thank you guys for making my day

We had our daughters Quince at this place in the Royal Salon. What an experience from beginning to end. The ladies making the reservations were very knowledgeable and assist us to address our needs. We just had our wedding here over the weekend and it was perfect! The staff has been amazing throughout the entire planning process and the night was perfect! We had no issues whatsoever with anything! Everyone was constantly checking on us, it was set up beautifully, and our guests had an amazing time. I was absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a special event. They did an amazing job!

I was there for a company banquet and it was very nice. The food provided was great. The only that was weird was that the bathrooms was outside the hall.

This is a dream banquet hall. The staff is amazing, always helpful and very kind. Very clean, beautiful decoration and very friendly atmosphere. I want to recognize to Yanelis, she was very professional and went an extra miles helping with success of our Quinceanera party. Highly recommended.

We were guests in a cousins party so we dont know about the price and offers but its a beautiful place for having a party/celebration. Spacious, good service, spotless restrooms, large parking lot. The elevator to the second floor was a plus for our eldery ( and not so eldery) family members.

Had our wedding in May. The venue and decorations were beautiful. Some things went wrong, as they do with any wedding. But they fixed whatever they could as soon as we left them know. They really try to accommodate you. So even with the mishaps I would do another event there without a second thought.I give them a 4 1/2. The 1/2 off is because of the vendor but that didnt ruin the event.

Excellent interior for weddings, too hard to find. It is hidden in the back of the mall. You need to give a map to your guests.

I am a wedding photographer these days, but I came here over 15 years ago for my high school NJROTC military ball. They were amazing then and theyre even better now. Floridian Ballrooms is definitely going on my list of recommended venues.

The service was phenomenal and the location is beautiful! The entrees seemed to be appreciated by most. The only criticism is a poor meal option for vegetarians. It would be advantageous to create a decent vegetarian entree for that population. Pasta should not be considered as the only vegetarian option in life. Some people are gluten intolerant as well. Other than that, I highly recommend the Floridian Ballroom.

This venue is the best!! I had my quinceañera 7 years ago and my family knew we needed to do my little sisters quinceañera here too last weekend. The staff is incredible, friendly, accommodating and know how to make you feel special and valued. My family loved the decorations, the DJ, the food was amazing and we had soo much fun! I definitely recommend this place and will always have it in mind for future events. Thank you guys!!

Beautiful location

I had my event held this past Dec 8th, 2019 and I must say the service was incredible. Yami, the manager that was there on Sunday, was amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and trouble free. The venue was beautiful, the decorations were phenomenal, and the DJ, bartender, and white glove service were on point. I highly recommend this venue. Ceci was the one who sold me the package and she was very sweet and patient.

Called to get a quote because I was really interested in booking... woman answers the phone “Floridians” in the most aggressive voice ever. I then proceeded to ask my question...before I could even finish she cut me off ...”date and how many people”. I was in shock I could not even think straight to answer her question fast enough. Literally scared me. She had a deeper raspy voice so just imagine.. If this is the customer service over the phone forget about me bringing my guests there..it would be an embarrassment.

The place is extremely big and neat. For prom it was perfect so are the servers. I would truly recommend coming here to do parties

Came here for a work event. Very cool venue with lots of space. Had a blast!

First time there and would never go there again. My sisters friend had a wedding there and it was horrible. First of all they were short staffed, appetizers look like they just came out the freezer, the curtains in the rooms were dirty. They were missing some center piece decorations. The bar was a open bar it was horrible no wine only cheap liquor no pineapple juice only orange juice. The staff were dropping things on the floor. The waiters looked like 2 15year old boys. The lady who who worked there with glasses and dark hair was complaining the whole time about it being over maybe 6 ppl. As much as people rant about this place pure trash to me. I would honestly never throw an event there and I’m engaged looking for a wedding venue and I’m crossing this off my list. They send you there email information to email them to talk to them about your date of service and never respond back once you email them don’t waste your time with this place

Attended a wedding here... Beautiful staircase for photos, nice set-up for ceremony and reception.

Perfect place to have a wedding reception. Everything is taken care of for you from the invitations, flutes for bride & groom, food, flowers, cake, alcohol, decorations, location, customer service...etc. Cecy and Janneli were a great help and super friendly. I got a little nervous as the day got closer but they told me not to worry and that everything will be taken care of and perfect. Our wedding day came out just as I imagined...probably better! Thanks to them for all their hard work. Not just for my wedding, but for every other event held at Floridian Ballrooms.

My good friend got married here it’s a one stop shop for a wedding and reception the stairs are really the highlight of this place not a great venue for a HUGE wedding but definitely perfect for a small wedding for family and close friends

A place for small events surrounded by medical offices, and a restaurant. Has an elegant entrance. Accessible also with an elevator.

Very nice and elegant place, however the bathrooms room were extremely small inside the stalls and could also use a bit more attention to the cleanliness inside the stalls, to put it nicely.

The food was cold and not to tasty. It was a gorgeous place though. Waiters were all very helpful.

My sister was married in March of this year. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive to whatever was needed. The place is absolutely beautiful and the food was delicious! Everything went well for our evening and Im glad this venue was chosen.

This is where the wedding was held on Saturday, March 30th. The setting was excellent and i had the pleasure of walking the bride down the isle...im her grand- mother. It looked like everyone that had been invited showed up. It was fantastic. I wasnt able to stay for the reception bcuz i went home to take care of the children but i enjoyed the ceremony very much.

Wow! I rented out the crystal ballroom at the Floridian for a surprise 40th birthday party for my wife. Me being nervous was an understatement being as I had never attempted anything like this before. However, Cecy and her staff took care of everything and made me feel so at ease. The night turned out exactly as I would have wanted and my wife was thrilled. Great music, atmosphere, food, and drinks!!I highly recommend using the Floridian Ballroom for any and all party needs.

I was at my cousins wedding last night. All I could hear was dishes clanging and blenders going. Would you believe that the doorway to the kitchen is right next to the stage. Oh and there is no door to close, there is only a thin curtain. Two separate guests went and told them be quite and it only seemed to get louder. Also they promised 89 chairs and only put out 70 so those that got there late had to stand the whole ceremony. Im glad I didnt have to pay for it and I feel sorry for the married couple.

Where do i begin! I had my wedding at Floridian Ballroom on10/07/2016. Wooo it was the day before hurricane Matthew andboy let me tell you i was one nervous bride. The staff here made the process so easy. I thought that they were going to cancel my event and let me tell you they made everything happen in ONE day! Cecy and Yaneilis you girls rock!!!! EVERYTHING was so beautiful from the ceremony to the reception to the food and the music..... Trust me i would not have traded this venue for nothing in the world... My guests are still talking about it 2 weeks later. I can keep going on and on but i will leave it right here. Look no more and book your event at Floridian Ballrooms!!!

The venue manager Yenneli that we worked with was awesome BUT our event was not great (she was not there). I walked into my event with BLUE and PURPLE lighting when our colors were red and orange, so the beginning photos from my big day are now off. I kept asking them to dim the lights but they left it fully lit in there and it just didnt have a great party vibe. Some of my guests did not receive meals AT ALL and although dinner was at 8/830, the rest of the guests didnt receive their food until 915!!! The DJ was HORRIBLE!!!! His name was Jonathan and he had an attitude the whole night, he played songs we did not want, and did not play most of my playlist the way we asked! It just sucked that we spent so much time on our playlist and it wasnt event utilized. AND his volume went up and down and half the time it was not loud enough! Also, we were promised there was no event at the same time as ours, and there was, so during our marriage ceremony- we heard the other partys music. Just really really sucks to remember your wedding as something so aweful! The staff threw away the food we personally brought in even though there was so much left over. They didnt even ask anyone, just put our stuff in the trash. It was very disappointing. The bridal suite floors were so dirty, I had to hold and wrinkle my dress so it would stay clean before our ceremony. Just very disappointed with how many things went wrong.

It was always yes we can, dont worry about that we got it attitude. The wedding turned out amazing starting from the decoration of the banquet hall, so simple and yet elegant just the way I chose it. The floor manager was sooooooooo attentive, what can I say she made sure everything and everyone was going well according to plan. The food tasted just the way I tried it the first time! The DJ was on point with the music and made sure he played the songs my husband and I love! The bartender was quick and precise with drinks that just made me come back for more lol! The MC gave a introduction of royalty! You guys are worth it!Thank you ladies for everything! Everything turned out amazing !!!!!Floridian Ballrooms will be highly recommended!

We just had our wedding there Saturday and I cant be more thankful for how perfect it came out. From the beginning Cecy & Yanelli were amazing, they were so helpful and accommodated me in every way possible. I am so grateful for them and everything they did for us, they went way beyond their duties to make sure everything was flawless. Cecy was even nervous for me on our wedding day, making sure my groom didnt see me since that was so very important to me. They even helped me add a Catholic feel to my ceremony room to make it more to my dreams. The manager Yami was so attentive throughout the entire night. To sum it up our wedding was a dream come true thanks to them and DJ Joey who I cannot say enough about!!! Thank you very much!!! Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

I planned the event with a year of advance for my daughter quinceanera that was on 12/05/15, there was not one day a went to this place that I was treated by cesy and yanelys with love and professionalism, I couldt pick a better place for my event all the staff are highly professionals from the Master of Ceremony to the waiters, the place is beautiful but if there is not professional people that runs it forget it !!! the food was delicious same taste that when I went to chose it, they promise open bar imported and exported drinks and it was amazing, the subcontractors that they hire to take care of your details ( flowers, cake, pictures, Dj,videos, stages, the limousine etc... ) are the BEST!!, on the day of the event when I enter to the salon it literally took my breath away and make me cry it was stoning I couldt be with my daughter behind the stage because I was receiving my guest and cesy and yanelys stayed with her giving her love and confidence until the event start because she was stremly nervous and I didnt even ask for that!!, they took care for every single detail the manager of the salon on the day of the event runs my party and it was like she was reading my mind I was so lost that night jajajaja, they are the best I will miss them because once you know them you learn to love them, I totally recommend this place for any event....
