Ive been with the Shepherd Insurance Agency for a very long time for both my auto and property insurance. Angela and her staff have been exellent and a pleasure to work with.

I have worked with this Allstate group for many years. They are always very honest and eager to help. They have always provided excellent service for the best rates.Great service, great people, great choice.

Would NEVER recommend.Took 4 months to correct a misspelling on a name when told it was “done” multiple times.Got a final notice from the mortgage company about needing policy information that Ms. Shepherd stated was “handled” when there was a policy switch at closing. It wasn’t - we had to do it ourselves even though was assured mortgage company was notified.Took a lot of back and forth before it was confirmed that we did not have to fix everything the insurer stated since a qualified licensed plumber inspected what was “recommended” - if we followed what Ms. Shepard was demanding it would’ve cost money that didn’t need to be done.Final straw was being told the roof is not covered on the home insurance... why would anyone buy house insurance and the roof is not covered? At first claimed it was not disclosed but then real estate agent provided screen shots that it was disclosed explaining that the roof would’ve been replaced after closing: once that was sent stated that it’s a “quote” and did not cover disrepairs.
