I arrived on Friday at 10:30am to pick up my product and the store was still closed. The hours listed on Google state that the store opens at 10:30am and on their door it states they open at 10:00am. The person arrives at 11:05am. So they were either an hour and 5 minutes late or 35 minutes late. Who opens up their business that late?!? I mean, making customers wait like that? Horrible. The two women did not even apologize for being late. I was late for work because of them and had no choice but to wait since they are not open on the weekends. Another reviewer also complained about this. I guess they don’t care about making their customers wait. For what it’s worth, you have not corrected it as your door still says 10:00am, not 10:30am; not that it matters, considering you opened up at around 11:05am. On top of that, they hand me my complete picture with no envelope to put it in. How do you expect me to carry around this picture all day without an envelope to put it in or something? Hell, even Office Max gives you something to put your complete work in. Very underwhelming experience. Will never get any products from them in the future! AVOID!!

Well don’t count on this place to be open on Friday at 9:30 am as advertised on their website is more like 10am ! Went 30 minutes make a difference specially in the morning to pick up your stuff it is an inconvenience please fix your hours of operation on line . Finally 10am and pass 5 minutes and theirs no one here on the door says 10 to 6:30 as hours of operation! That may be somewhere else !
