When you need help no one responds to your emails. When you reply to a text, they reply that the number is only for outgoing messages. GPS is terrible with employee support and communication! I can’t work with these people!

After following all the steps and signing up for training -getting confirmation from the website and an email -i was removed without reason and told to sign up in a few months by the trainer.unable to trust the process because the trainer Stephanie wouldn’t reply to emails.I would avoid anything associated with arise.I would have rated gps higher but i’ve had several emails go unanswered.

May be everybody here praised Jack Hakimian and GPS AFTER they servicing with them and I assume I am the only one who will appreciate doing business with them even Before we started it. I applied with Arise and was wondering which IB to choose. I have prayed and many IBs have contacted me but my heart was always with GPS,so I did it and joined them. unfortunately there was a problem with the programI choose( cancellation and so), I referred to Jack and he didnt hesitated to stand up for me (even before he knows me and what type of people I am. He offered that GPS to pay 50% of the certification fee as scholarship just so as I can catch the registration!!). I thanked God thousands that I choose him, and I wont let him down! Those guys do not talk too much on media (this actually one pf the reason why I choose them. cause I know empty barrels make noise!). I love the fact that they are so friendly and they are watching God in each step.( I know I am not influenced by any other opinion or reviews cause I am the only one on earth who doesnt have a Facebook account:) . My experience with them is so true!)

UPDATE: GPS just responded to my email saying that they offered me $35 not to remove my review, but to compensate me for a class that I failed. That claim is inaccurate. How could I fail a class that I did not have access to? Please see attached screenshot.This will be our official response to your Google review. Before we submit, we wanted to see if you change your mind and would like to settle your complaint in some other fashion... He offered me $35 as a courtesy after filling out a form if you decide to remove your review and send us an email stating that our letter helped clarify the issue for you.The responding party (Jack) also says that I reached out for a refund.This too is inaccurate. I reached out for employee support and for several days I awaited a response. Margaret Cozzens with Arise tried her best to help me but she was unable so she ccd GPS in hopes that they would respond to her, but they never responded to either of us, so I posted a global presence review on google and got a response for the first time on this thread! I requested a refund AFTER the class started without me being able to access it and still never having ever heard back from GPS! I refund request came 11 messages and several days into reaching out for support BEFORE the start date of my course for paying for a course that I was never able to access!GPS never responded to my emails nor text messages. From their responses, they have displayed how unprofessional, unethical, and distasteful this companys leadership truly is. The correspondence on this thread in particular displays all that you need to know about the character and moral fortitude of GPSs leadership.The responding party claims in an email that I failed to do my due diligence, but in truth he or she failed to do his their due diligence as an employer. This is a consistent issue for GPS evidenced by several glassdoor reviews of the company.The responding party accused me in the same email of being a competitor attempting to smear GPSs reputation. That claim is ludicrous. I posted my opinion of GPS after my experience with the company.Lastly, the responding party claims that I was released at first request. This is not so. I requested in a text message that was never responded to.The GPS responding party seems to find comfort in slander and dishonesty. I have nothing to gain by posting about my experience and opinion of Global Presence Solutions and I did not accept the $35.00 incentive to remove my review and write a false letter. I hold myself to a higher standard and regard than to make such an offer or to accept such an offer.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Previous correspondenceNever has this company sent me a text requesting that I email them, there is no Dropbox that was ever shared with me to send email screenshots to, I recently requested to be taken off if the roster because of their lack of communication, feedback, and employee assistance but they STILL have not responded!There are plenty of other IBOs to work for and Arise makes it easy to start your own company and those options are far better than being ignored and wasting your time and money on Global Presence Solutions.They only have good reviews because employees are told they are eligible for a $25 incentive for a positive reviewThey called and offered me $35 to delete my review if I let them say that they responded to my inquiries which never happened. The company that offered me no correspondence or employee support offered to pay me to lie! What a company!I just want to be taken off of their roster so I can move on. This is no way to do business!
