Scheduled with Hutch Touch Pell City to get two vehicles done today. One at three pm and immediately following our second car… booked the services with you yesterday. Not only have I waited thirty minutes to see if you’ll show for your appointment, y’all didn’t have the decency to contact my wife and I to say you wouldn’t keep your own schedule. DO NOT COME HERE! Very unprofessional!! Go to Hutch Touch Oxford!! They got us right in.

I got my windows tinted today at Hutch Touch, very friendly staff and did an outstanding job, used high quality tint... thanks again bro for a job well done, I would recommend this business to anyone for all their tinting needs...

THE BEST TINT SHOP AROUND!!

I have never written an online review but I feel that I must. I wish there was an option for zero stars. I took my brand new automobile to Hutch Touch for window tinting. Herb “worked” on tinting my windows over a 3 day period. It was done and redone due to poor quality workmanship. Over that three day period Herb cursed the entire time and was extremely unprofessional in general. Herb allowed too much water to seep down between my windshield and dash causing the cars warning lights to malfunction. He then, without permission, opened the hood and started disconnecting things to try to “reset everything” on order to cover up his mistake. After his actions the car would no longer start at all. My brand new car! Herb then fled the premises, literally, and I never saw him again. Upon viewing his work in the daylight I found that he had burned my back passenger side door panel with his heat gun. The quote from the dealership the to replaced it is almost 2K. Additionally Herb removed the housing of my front airbag, again without permission, and was apparently unable to put it back correctly as it is just hanging there. Headed to the dealership to have that checked out. I have reached out to him to give him a chance to make things right, but as expected he has not responded. I paid him $340 for a mediocre tint job and he cost me 2K in damages. Save yourself time, money and a headache. Do not use Hutch Touch!!!

They do a great job on window tinting

Herb has tinted my vehicles windows since 1991, does quality work!! Took my mustang to someone else in 1995 and was big mistake! Needless to say lesson learned and herb fixed it! Never will use anyone else again! Herb is your man for window tint!!

WARNING!!!! Whatever you do, DO NOT do business here! Hutch Touch Pell City has had my vehicle for almost TWO WEEKS now and has disappeared (I still do not have the car back). Will not answer phone calls, and will not answer the door. After speaking with local law enforcement, this is a very common occurrence. So, unless you can do without your vehicle for weeks at a time, DO NOT LET THEM HAVW YOUR CAR.

Herb has always done a great job for me at a reasonable price. Quality work always I have had vehicles tinted by him and 10 years later the windows look as good and dark as the day they were done. Wouldnt let anyone else touch my cars.

Herb did solar tint on my 2013 Lexus. I upgraded to a 2019 Lexus and had to have Herb hook me up again! Herb provides quality work and made the wait very comfortable for my daughter and I. Thanks Herb at HUTCH TOUCH for a job well done! I will always bring my cars to you.

My husband and I took both of our cars to get tinted. Had a 9am Saturday morning appointment. My husbands car went first. It took him 10 plus hours to finish his car. Once we got the first car back, tint was messed up and some bubbles on the tiny. The second car stayed over night and it is now Sunday past 5pm. And the owner has not answered our calls or opened the door. We were schedule to pick up second car at 12pm Sunday the next day. I do not recommend this place. We still can not get the owner and still have not gotten our second car back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

So I got my windows done today and I absolutely love it. They did such a great job and the owner was so polite and was willing to make our wait as comfortable as possible. And the quality of is work is definitely worth it. So if you want to get your car done if highly recommend here.

They did GREAT JOB! Told me that I could drop my truck off before they open, and he would have it done by lunch. Showed up at lunch and he was finished. I did not know that I had to pay in cash, no card. The man let me drive away in my truck without leaving him anything to get cash. I drove back into town to an ATM, took me about 15 minutes, and he trusted me enough to come back and pay him. AMAZING SERVICE that you do not see anymore. I paid the man extra just for letting me do that and it was worth more than what I gave him. Excellent job guys and hope to do business with you again some day. Thanks

Had an appointment on Wednesday to have my truck tinted at noon. I get to the shop and nobody is there,I figure they are at lunch so I leave my truck. Never heard from anybody and tried calling and even left my truck overnight and thought they would get it Thursday. Never heard from them and they never answered the phone. Left my truck overnight again and called at 7:50 am on Friday and got someone and told them that was my truck outside. The lady said she would have him call me. At 8:40 am still havent heard from him so I drove over there and went in person. No other cars were there and he said mine would be first one done. I told him I needed it by noon cause I was leaving town for the weekend and he said no problem. I return to the store at 12:05 pm and my truck is not tinted. He tells me give him 15 minutes ( to tint my 2 side windows and front windshield) no Im not taking a quick job on my truck cause you cant manage your time. I have let this place tint 4 of my personal vehicles and all of my companies vehicles and have sent numerous people to them and this is how I get done. He said he was sick Wednesday and Thursday so Im fine with that, but why wasnt I first on Friday like he promised. This place is very unprofessional and dont take care of customers. They did offer a free tint job to make it up but I declined, it was never about the price it was about getting a service they offered. I will drive 2 hrs out of my way to use another tint place.

I have to say, after reading the reviews I was very skeptical about choosing this place to tint my windows on my new Jeep, even though I had used them before and had zero problems. Well, once again, it was a great experience and I have nothing to complain about. I took my car and left it and it was finished in the time frame promised. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL BUISNESS Save your time and money and find someone else, you will regret your decision to use this place. Scheduled and appointment at 10 am on Saturday and he said the car would be ready by 2 pm, we left with the car at 10 pm with issues with the tint that would ( work themselves out ) with the car in the sun over a week or so. Yes the problems have worked themselves out into bigger problems. I understand things happen no big deal so we drop the car back off to get the issues fixed after being put off week after week only to get a call to come get the car it will be ready we you get here and what do you know he never touched the car. So after requesting our $ back he was going to make it right and come to the house and fix it. Haven’t seen him or heard from him, will YOU be the next ?? I have NEVER wrote an online review, so please say I didn’t warn you!!!!!!!

This guy is so unprofessional. He spends half of his time talking when he should be working on a vehicle. His launguage is horrible, in front of children no less. His work is sub par with the tint peeling and bubbling after a few weeks. He schedules a time to fix his messed up work and when you show up for it, he has other plans. When he finally gets around to fixing it he does a halfway adequate job which then has to be fixed AGAIN. I would NOT recommend this guy to ANYONE.

Herb has been tinting many many years. Hes definately good at what he does. I know for a fact that he has customers that he has had for years that drive for miles and miles just to get him to tint their car. There are some bad reviews on here and it appears that they are from different people but they arent. Its an employee that he had that he had to let go and they got mad at him and got on different Google accounts and posted negative reviews. I know this for a fact so please dont let that be your deciding factor in coming to the Hutch Touch. He does excellent quality work and always backs his lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for quality work with grade A film.

Dropped off my Jeep on my luncj amd was told it would be finished by 5 pm. There were no cars there at that time. When my coworker returned me to hutch tpuch there were 2 cars being worked on and mine had not even been started. All i needed was two front windows and my windshield. It was after 8 before i left. I was very unsatisfied with his priorities to my business. I wish there was a 0 star rating.

Ive been using hutch touch for a long time now... brought multiple vehicles to herb over the years with no problem at all even brought friends to his business trying to help out what i thought was a friend... ive been trying to have my truck windows tinted for 3 days in a row now and everyone else has priority over me? 1st made an appointment... truck was never touched was told to bring it back the next day so i did truck still wasnt touched...last i dropped it off at 530 in the morning came back at lunch and it still wasnt touched... so unproffessional especially from what used to be a great guy... idk what has happened but my business and clients that i usually bring in will be going else where from now on
