They forwarded my package to another address not even connected to me or my previous addresses. Then when I went up there to talk to someone about it, they say they dont know what happened, sorry. Terrible service,

They lost my drivers license. Informed delivery showed that it was scanned at the post office on Friday morning for delivery. Who ever runs Sand Ridge Drive lost it from the post office to my house. Probably put in someone else’s box (I hear there’s a lot of problems with mail in this area) Of course when you call them, they know nothing. Blamed it on shortage of workers in California 🥺😏. This wasn’t the first time I haven’t gotten mail that was out for delivery. But this one was important, now I have to reorder drivers license. They should hire more responsible people to deliver mail.

Never have a problem and the desk people are always calm and friendly. The Pell City post office is likely one of the best jobs to have in this small town and in exchange they have so much responsibility on their shoulders to meet with the upmost efficiency each day. I appreciate it!

The postmaster here is incredible and takes the time to get to know his customers. The people who work here are fast, friendly and knowledgeable.

Always have problems when i need a package. If i put on a slip redeliver i expect a redeliver. Rude.January 7, 2019everything about this post office is awful. the lady in the blue jeep (not sure of her name but i know for a fact it’s not Lisa) she NEVER honks the horn to let me know to come out to get the packages, if i do by chance see her and go to get the package or give her one of mine to ship she is ALWAYS on her personal phone and gets rude or gives rude looks and she throws the packages breakable or not onto the porch instead of placing them. LISA ANDREWS is the best! she is very sweet and friendly and has never been rude to me. just wish Mrs. Lisa was on my route everyday especially when i have packages.

Everything about usps sucks, but especially in Pell City. Rude and slow staff. Constantly screwing up deliveries and bold-face lies are their only way to defend themselves. Worst part of our government, hands down...and that’s coming from a flaming liberal.

Rude, substitute post persons wear headphones, dont deliver packages and 1 particular employee is SO VERY rude.

One of my packages was never delivered and it said it was I never received it
