Staff was very helpful & very nice! From the first phone call they were very sweet, it felt great to feel welcomed. I needed to have my wisdom teeth pulled quickly and they were able to get me in the next day. very easy to find location. My teeth have recovered fast! Very happy!

If I could give more reviews, I definitely would. The office was clean and inviting. The staff were very nice. Was sent back within 15 minutes and they prepped me for me wisdom teeth romoval. Everything went smooth and Dr. Rothman called a few hours later to check in on me. I would recommend Dr. Rothman and his staff to anyone.

I just had a cyst removed from my lower lip today and the experience was as good as can be expected. Dr Rothman is an excellent doctor, he was able to thoroughly explain the details of my extremity. The most important thing was that he made me feel comfortable through the whole procedure. I would highly recommend him for your oral surgery needs.

I just had all four wisdom teeth removed yesterday, and Dr. Rothman did an amazing job! Only 24 hours later and I have almost no pain or discomfort without even needing alot of medicine, etc. Almost immediately after it was over, I already began feeling better. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of oral surgery.

I would highly recommend Dr.Christopher Rothman and his partner Dr. Henry McKay. Their staff is above exceptional, wait times are minimal... Whenever your appointment is scheduled, you can count on being seen around that time, without wasting valuable time in the Doctors office. Dr. Rothman has exceptional bedside manner, very easy to talk to, very informative, explains your options in a manner which benefits you, the patient, and not necessarily their bottom line. Any and all of my Oral Surgical needs, there is no question as to where I will go... to him. Choosing this surgeon, you will not have to sacrifice quality or convenience. A + in my book. Anyone who would have anything less than extraordinary to say, would be less than honest.

Had nothing but a great experience here with having oral procedure done. Everyone was nice and very thorough with explaining things.

All the staff from the doctors to the front desk were very helpful and polite. With smiles at times. Very pleasant atmosphere in both the valleydale and pell city offices. I would recommend to everyone.

Dr. Rothman and all the staff very very friendly and I had no problem with my procedure very efficient office staff no wait time.

I was sent to Dr Rothman by me dentist to have some teeth extracted to get ready for dentures. I went in for the consultation and they got a plan together, While in the office I was told that they were going to get authorization from my insurance provider to get the work done. After waiting for about a week I called and they said they were still waiting for the insurance company. After another week I called back and the same response. I then called my insurance company and they told me that an authorization request had not even been filed. While on the phone with the insurance company the representative called Dr Rothmans office and they spoke to the person in charge of insurance for their office ans sure enough no one there had even sent in for an authorization. Finally the authorization was approved and a date was set for the procedure. The Thursday before the procedure Dr Rothmans office called me and said that because I had had such a problem with my insurance and their office it would be better to have someone else to the work. So I called Clark&Holmes located in Birmingham and Hoover. I had the consultation on a Thursday the authorization request was sent in on the next Monday and approval was given by the next Monday and the Thursday after the authorization was given I had the work done. So in short, well I guess its past short now, I got the impression because I pushed someone to do their job they did not want to deal with me anymore. I do not recommend Dr Rothmans office. He may very well be a good Dr. however I found his office staff lacking. I suggest Clark&Holmes in Birmingham. They are good fast and efficient.
