The staff is polite. My main issues are with corporate.1. Fix you online app for booking reservations if a location is out of cars for business owners you need to let them know on the app. Do not confirm a reservation for me to go out of my way only to find out i have to wait.2. The staff was very unsure when a car would be available saying a day or 2. I call back and im informed it will be another 3 days on top of the 2 i waited for.3. Never before in my life has this company run put of vehicles to rent even on holidays.This message is directly for corporate. It does not reflect the location or staff since these issues are for corporate to fix immediately.

Amazing customer service. Quick, friendly and reasonably priced vehicles. I was able to rent a 2020 Hyundai Elontra for only 208.62 a week. The manager was extremely helpful and stayed late not once but twice for me so I could have a vehicle to take my kids to and from school. Thank you again so much! Recommend this location 100/10

I had never tented a car before, but they staff at Enterprise Pell City made a new experience a carefree one for me. They were friendly, courteous and informative. I will use Enterprise everytime!

Excellent wash with no wait time

Had a truck in the shop and had a business trip planned, Enterprise was quick to respond and dropped the car off then three days later was there to pick up car. Super Easy with no stress!

Getting to expensive to rent a car now days

Enterprise was reasonably priced. They were friendly, and professional. I was very pleased with the accommodating service.

Issues with an expiring tag prompted Enterprise - Pell City, AL Manager Alan Horne to spring to action. Thanks to Alans initiative I was able to secure another car along my planned route and still met my customers’ requirements. Alans Customer Service allowed me to also meet my customers’ needs. Thank You Alan for being innovative and extraordinary.

I would leave no stars but since I have to theres one. Dont make reservation because they will not honor your reservation and when you go to pick up your car, it wont be there. I even called the day that I was suppose to pick up the rental that i reserved four days earlier and they said that it would be ready. I asked what they were going to do since they didnt honor my reservation and I was told by Alan Horne, the branch manager, that they arent going to do anything other than get me in a vehicle sometime today. Just an Im sorry. Forget the appointments i had right.

In my experience, the staff is very nice but cars have never been ready at 8am scheduled pick up times. Either there is not one there or they have to clean one. On 3/4 occasions they have had no clean cars. The one other time, my husband scheduled to pick up a car at 8am for work travel. When he arrived they had no car there for him, telling him they would have to go to Sylacauga, pick up a car and then bring it back to Pell City for him. This location is just not very reliable when it comes to having a car ready for you in the morning, as scheduled.

I have never had an issue with any reservation or vehicle I was given. The staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions I had regarding my rental and the vehicles were always clean and ready to go upon my arrival! Would definitely recommend for future use or new customers

Be aware to read all fine print. We was charged an extra day because they were closed on Saturdays and Sundays. So we rented it from Tuesday till Saturday they told us to just drop the key in the box by the time we was supposed to on Saturday at 4:20 well Monday morning we had a charge on our credit card of a little over 72.00 well we called and since they are closed on Saturdays and sundays they was in the rite to charge us the $72.00. So we will never use them again. They it clear there would be no charges after our finally big. Good luck.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The gentleman I dealt with at the front desk was kind and helpful. The car I was given drove like a dream and got wonderful gas mileage.One week and about 2000 miles later I returned the car and again was treated in a kind and professional way.Due to this experience I can easily see myself using Enterprise at this location again.

I usually rent a vehicle twice a year. Enterprise is always awesome, easy to reserve online, and my local Enterprise in Pell City, Al, are the best. Always friendly and very helpful. No hassle rental

Bad customer service

Great Enterprise branch. They are always very friendly and accommodating.

I dont have the time to share all the thing Enterprise messed up on this rental. Confirmed a car that they could not provide; sent me to the airport to pick up said car; airport had no knowledge of it; airport didnt have correct size car (full size); airport added over $100 to original cost (airport fees); I called to extend the rental, took over an hour on the phone, escalated the problem three times, enterprise couldnt find my contract, My wife spent another hour trying to resolve it; put on hold several times for over 15 minutes each, promised call backs 3 times that never happened, threatened to be an additional $25 to return the car to the local enterprise (where I had originally rented it) instead of airport; billed for all the items I initialed to decline on the contract (several hundred $ worth); had to call 3 times to get that cleared, several days on my card; And this is just the high points. I rent just about every week, but this last go-round is the absolute worst service I recall ever seeing.

They are clean and nice. Jessica there knows what she is doing and is very very nice and professional. I recently rented a grand caravan mini van for a family trip to Florida. She made it easy work of helping me get a good vehicle for travel and comfort. Thanks JESSICA!

The experience at the Pell City office was awesome!!! After a major problem at the Birmingham Airport office, I was able to get great customer service at this office!! Our agent Joi McGuire knew how to correct the error at the airport, and was able to complete our request very quickly. She was very knowledgeable, and very professional!!! Will be happy to use and refer friends and family to use the Pell City Enterprise Office!!

I just want to say what an exemplary job Marquita and Will have done handling my problems finding a new car after mine barely made it there to get the rental. I am having to go week by week on the rental because of deals falling through and dealerships being dishonest, and even though its costing a fortune to keep it this long (going on 7 weeks now !!!!), the one good thing about it is, I am safe and not stranded, so Marquita and Will, THANK YOU for understanding and caring during this difficult time, and proving that customer service, and kindness still exist in the world. God Bless you both !!!! (I pray this is THE LAST WEEK !!!)

Enterprise was so so easy to work with. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and explained everything about the car. The car drove like a dream and got great gas mileage. If I am ever in need of a car in the future, it will definitely be from Enterprise.

I have used this Enterprise for almost 2 years and the staff is always friendly and nice.

Car was uncomfortable. Steering was skittish, overly sensitive to input. I was glad to see it had satellite radio; however, my favorite station, channel 82, was blocked.

Reserved vehicle online went to pick up and no vehicles available. Called next morning still no vehicles available. They wanted to transfer reservation to another location. If I had wanted to rent somewhere else I would have made the reservation at another location. Wasted my whole day!
