Was not open when I got there not sure if still in business or just a wrong day.

The facility is very clean and requires masks to utilize their machines. The washers are effective and their dryers dry fairly quickly. The only complaint I have is that about 3/4 of the dryers on one wall are out of order.

I always come here. Clean place and new machines.

MEXICANS ONLY. WHITE PEOPLE NOT ALLOWED. Also, I’m in the works of suing these people. Do NOT recommend at all. staff is HORRIBLE. Wouldn’t know how the washers and dryers work because I wasn’t even allowed in because I had my clothes in my car.

Nice and CLEAN! not busy at 230 pm. Plenty of machines. Like the other laundry there are several out of order. I think Pecos needs appliance repair persons. This is my puck of whete to do laundry in Pecos.

Clean and machine works well dryers are hot! Like doing my laundry here. Only downfall is it’s always crowded.

No hot water again. Probably could use a better way to heat the water. There is a seriously high volume of traffic here and they run out if hot water quick. Attendants are unable to refund money or remove clothes from machines that break. I was told that they dont have access to the keys for the machines. They need to have a manager on staff or available during working hours to handle these issues. The place is kept clean and the attendants help as much as they can. I hate doing laundry but its not so bad here!!!

Expensive washers and dryers, hot place to do laundry and many machines smell bad or doesnt work....shame on you.

If I could do this review without a star I definitely would!!!! Put all of our laundry on the washers and started to put the coins in and two washers just kept taking our quarters and not giving us any credit for them. We asked the lady working if she could give us the quarters back and she told us they do not reamburse any coins. The washer was $5.50 for the wash and we had already put in $5 when the machine started to malfunction. This place is a joke. Very poor costumer service. Do recommend to anyone. Stay clear of this place they only want to take your money.

Well this is the best place in town and its a joke, the layout is terrible, they do not have enough machines for the traffic they receive, to be honest the machines are really expensive for the size they are, the hot water counties to be an issue and now that its getting warm outside so is the A/C.
