We are very satisfied with the entire process from start to finish! From design through construction, our salesman, the office staff and construction crews were with us the entire way. They did all the city permits all I had to do was my HOA approval. They finished on time as promised and did quality work. The roof looks very nice, but I wanted to take a minute to thank the staff at Bay Area Roofing who went above and beyond the scope of work that was expected or to be completed. After the new roof was installed the next day we went to use our clothes dryer and noticed that the clothes remained wet and would not dry. I immediately assumed that it was something that they had done because the week before the dryer was working fine. After contacting the staff they sent a couple of guys out. They went into the attic and after a few minutes discovered that the nature of the exhaust problem was due to a restricted vent pipe. He pulled the pipes apart and cleaned them and then returned back down from the attic. We checked the dryer again for proper operation and all was fine. They did not have to do this but we are eternally grateful. Most companies only want to collect their check but these folks are some of the best in the industry. We will never forget your service provided that was beyond expectations. I will tell everyone that may inquire about our experience. Keep up the great work!!

I’m one of those people that doesn’t like to have my time, nor my money wasted by fast talking salesmen that can’t deliver on their promises. I got 3 bids on this job and while all of the bids were very close with respect to cost, Karl Bergman at Bay Area Roofers was the only guy that didn’t lie to me or pester me with call backs. Not only that, but the job itself was a little more complicated than a typical roof and therefore required some special attention. A few days after the job was completed, it rained and water began leaking onto the patio. I called Bay Area and they sent out a field supervisor to assess the issue. The next day, a crew came out and worked for few hours. The supervisor guaranteed I would have no further issues. A week later, we had three days of solid rain and no leaks! I would hire these guys again in a second!

We couldnt be happier with the job Bay Area Roofers did on our house. They replaced the roof, all siding, eaves, soffits, gutters five windows, and painted the entire house. We were impressed with everyone we dealt with. Karl, the salesman, was very professional, always responsive, and everything happened exactly as he said it would. They use Sherwin Williams for their paint, and we had one of their designers come to the house for a nominal fee to help with our paint selections. BAR has made it abundantly clear that they will be in the area for the long haul and will fix any issue that may arise with the work performed. Shout out to Bay Area Roofers, all of its staff, and owners for an incredible job fixing the damage from the last rain storm. We had a roof vent that had been hit by large flying debris, splitting the vent and pulling the shingles surrounding it, creating a giant hole for water to come pouring in. They came out and expeditiously replaced the damaged vent, roofing shingles, damaged drywall, soaked insulation, and did it with care, professionalism and quality. I love when a crew even cleans up their area before they leave. I cannot stop raving about the quality of work done at a fair price. Quality and competitive pricing. Thank you to all. Bay Area installed our new roof about a year ago. They did a great job of explaining everything and helping choose the best color for our house. The crews were excellent. We also had them install hardy fascia and soffit vents, paint them, and add gutters. They were able to fix our sagging back patio cover in the process. This year I noticed a couple of shingles that were buckled up. I contacted the company and got an immediate response. A crew came out to inspect and others were sent out the same day to make repairs. I cant say enough good things about Bay Area Roofers and their crews.

For our first major construction project, I wish I could give Bay Area Roofers 6 stars. Very communicative, professional, clean, and FAST! You can see in the second picture I posted how clean everything was after day 1 of demolition! We had our back patio cover redone and it was more than we ever thought was possible. We got several quotes for this project, Bay Area Roofers was right in the middle. But Im so glad we went with them because the amount of work they put into just obtaining a permit from the city was pretty amazing. Karl was our sales guy and he was great too. I hired Bay Area Roofers in 2011 to install James Hardie siding and again in 2012 to replace my entire roof as well as gutters. They were remarkable to work with then and I decided when we moved into our current home that I wanted to use them to add a patio cover. The patio was an awkward shape and many different heights of the roof between the house, garage and porte-cochere. Karl worked with us to determined the best layout to work with what we wanted. The patio cover turned out great and the construction crew communicated with us every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves every day as if they had not been there. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them for anything! Just wish my patio furniture order was going as well as the patio roof did!

I cant really say enough good things about Bay Area Roofing. I selected them after asking friends on Facebook to recommend a good roofing contractor. I got bids from the top three recommendations and Bay Area Roofers were the easy choice. Not even close. They didnt have the cheapest bid but the cheapest bid is almost never the right choice. They were not that much more expensive and since I knew I had to live with this decision for a long time I wanted to get the best job more than the best price.Heres what I liked about them in the order that mattered to me:#1 - Reliability/reputation - I know jack about roofing systems. All new roofs look about the same to me. But I know that the product matters and the installation matters. When the roofer is done unless you are going to risk life and limb getting up your roof and inspecting it, you are going to walk around the house and write a check and hopefully never see your roofer again. Point is you cant make a quality assessment from the ground so you rely on the reputation of the roofer. Bay Area Roofers have solid reviews for a reason - they are the best. For proof read on...#2 - GAF lifetime warranty - Bay Area Roofers use the best composite shingle available. And it comes with a lifetime (of the owner) manufactures warranty. Bay Area has a 7 year warranty on top of that. Hopefully I wont have to use either but I like knowing both the manufacturer and the installer have been around for a long time and WILL BE around for a long time.#3 - Nathan and his crews - Nathan the owner came out to bid the job personally. He is the second generation owner and you can tell he is a successful organized business man. His communication skills are top notch with regular statuses and follow up calls. Everyone of his employees were fast efficient and friendly. There was a job foreman on the site the whole time.#4 - Schedule - The crew showed the day they said they would. They worked from sun up till sun down and completed the job in two days.#5 - Price - Like I said not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. You get what you pay for. Get someone who you know will be there to stand behind their warranty. The lowest bidder likely wont be in business in the long run.These are my initial impressions. I did a lot of research choosing my materials before contacting any roofing company. I had very detailed instructions on exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. I selected a few roofing companies that I felt confident could do the job I was requesting. Bay area roofers was the only company that gave me a very clear quote and did not try to change my mind on the materials requested.. it was a little bit of an Overkill but I wanted a strong long-lasting roof. They were not the cheapest but I knew they could do the best job which is way more valuable to me... During the insulation there were a few issues... Immediately I wanted to be upset because I felt that they would just give me a bunch of excuses of how unnecessary it was... To my complete surprise they completely owned up to it and actually tore off the roof and re did it without making any excuses... I will never blame a company for making the mistakes... We are all human and make mistakes.. I only blame them for not resolving it.. Caesar was my contact person and was absolutely amazing and professional. I could not be any more happier with my choice to choose Bay area roofers and would highly recommend for anybody to use them.

After work was done, a representative of the company came by, ( Im guessing he was the owner of Bay Area Roofers) to pick up the money for the work done. We wanted to ask him a few questions about our new roof, when he flat out told us he didnt have time to answer any of our questions. Their workers are very good at what they do, and were happy with the work they did, just cant seem to understand the owners attitude that afternoon when he stopped by.

Bay Area Roofers far and away has been the best roofing contractor we have ever encountered.Nathan from Bay Area came to our house, inspected the roof, diagrammed the project and recommended the type and color of shingle to use. He was patient and pleasant with no pressure whatsoever. He inspired confidence in his company and himself. The crew arrived precisely at the time we were told they would. A crew of several men worked from early morning until dark and then returned the following morning to complete the job. Replaced my 20 year old roof this week with Bay Area Roofers. They did a great job! Several upgrades such as lead jacks were included in the bid. The price was very competitive, but I cant say enough about the quality of their management, the crew and the work. The materials used were top quality. The crew worked safe and you could tell they all worked in sync with each other. In a day and half the job was done, no extra costs, and no headaches since they will fix any leaks for 7 years besides the manufacturers warranty. I had a ridge vent installed on my garage and my final cost was still in line with my expectations and budget. The area was cleaned up before they left, you would never know they were there. The owner and the crews are very experienced and professional and it was a pleasure doing business with them. They are a top company with excellent folks working for them. These guys did my siding on my house over a year ago and did an excellent job, very professional, always on time, left area as clean as they found it. So when it came time to demo my deck and rebuild it, I naturally got a bid from them. They were very reasonable so I decided to use them again. It was no surprise they were as good as they were the first time, they also extended my fence and put a gate in. Love my deck and my fence would recommend them to anyone.Dont ever think they do just roofs, they can do so much more and are very competitive with their pricing, you cant bet the quality of their work.

These guys do great work. Nathan was very responsive with his quotes and he took the time to explain everything that was/was not included in their bid. After getting about 4 quotes on the work we decided to go with Bay Area. They weren’t the cheapest but I definitely feel like they were the best value and I would use them again in a heartbeat. We added some work (replacing more facia boards, painting a few more spots than we planned, etc) at the last minute and not only was it handled quickly and professionally, the pricing was reasonable. The crew showed up a few minutes before they said they would and were working by the start time. I want to start off by saying how professional and solid the management and crew of Bay Area Roofers were fixing our house post - Harvey. Even before the work started, they helped me tarp over my roof (they helped me redo my hastily done work during the storm) to prevent any more damage being done to the interior of my home because they couldnt get to the actual repairs for a couple of weeks. The ENTIRE team showed up early or on time, cleaned up after every days work and when we had to make a quick change to our roof (we actually removed our fireplace) they made it look seamless with the rest of their work. I would give them MORE than five stars if I could and recommend them to anyone that ever asks me who a reputable roofer is!

We had some hail damage on our roof a couple of years ago and were needing to get our roof replaced. We had called several companies out originally and got quotes for the work. Bay Area Roofers was not the cheapest or the most expensive but they were the most professional in terms of follow up. Since our insurance only would reimburse for a partial repair, we decided to wait until we were ready to do the full repair. We called Bay Area Roofers and they came through for us. They replaced my roof after a hail storm, they did a great job then. A year later we wanted a patio addition in our back, it was tricky because of the slopes of the existing roof. They gave us exactly what we wanted and they did a fabulous job, it is awesome, we enjoy it everyday.Nathan is very professional and will go above and beyond to do the job right. We needed new siding for our house and did a lot of shopping around. In addition to deciding on a provider we needed to make a decision on LP Smart Siding or HardiPlank. Hardi has been the standard for years but we like the look of LP. Nathan spent time to walk is through the differences and show us the options in more than the standard small samples sales guys bring out. We started with probably 10 different vendors that provided different services. Nathan did not come across as a sales guy but someone knowledgeable of the products. We also liked that he lives in our area and Bat Area has been in service for a while. He did not apply sales pressure or have to sign right away. Nathan did a great job following up after the initial contact until we were ready to sign.Once we signed our contract the process moved very quickly the crew from Bay Area Roofers did am amazing job with the demo, install and clean up. Outstanding company! Nathan is extremely professional and is committed to excellent work. He built a patio roof and concrete flooring for us that is better than I ever imagined! Beautiful! I was so impressed that now hes also done our roof and our windows, which Im also extremely happy with. He came in right on cost and never missed a deadline. His prices are the best in the area and he showed up personally to the job site and called every day to give us status. These folks build a patio structure that looks fantastic, just like it was built when the house was built. They took care of everything from permitting to concrete. This was not their first rodeo they gave this down to a science.

Bay Area Roofers installed a new TPO roof on our flat roof in Seabrook. Tropical depression Imelda just dumped over 8 inches our roof and NO LEAKS. They built up our skylights above code and really provides a great since of security. Thank you Nathan.

Bay Area Roofers did a fantastic job. To begin, we had our soffits, fascia, vinyl siding, and gutters replaced. They were quick to respond and provided a free estimate. I never felt haggled to complete other unneeded projects. I received quotes from two other companies as well and Bay Area Roofers was the lowest and offered more in the project than other places (I.e paint garage doors, pressure wash,etc). The gentlemen performing the work kept us informed and even moved/installed electrical gang boxes. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up well(important if you have small ones and pets). I’ll end with this, when I decide to upgrade my windows they’ll be getting more of my money.

Project Management (Nathan Riley) has been one of the most professional PMs/Estimators I have dealt with. Courteous, Responsive and Honest.B. Installers leave jobsite in better condition than they find it (That is hard to come by)C. Most importantly, is the HONESTY and CARE. During the replacement of the sheathing, a nail gun was set a bit to deep and penetrated a few window frames in an isolated area. Installers knocked on my door, and informed me of the potential issue where it might have happened, and the issue was found and addressed immediately. Bay Area assured that the issue would be taken care of promptly, and this issue is getting addressed and fixed the following week at the earliest available date.It is this that will make me an exclusive customer and supporter of Bay Area Roofers for all future projects.Highly recommended to anyone in the S. Houston area looking for quality work.

Very good follow-up and support in making a buying decision, had a little bit of issues with oversight and quality control on the job. The crew had to come back several times, but original sales person never showed back up but relied on crew to do quality checks. This failed several times and finally did touch ups myself.

Great work & attention to detail. Nice staff, with a solid project management approach!Id requested quotes for Roof & Paint originally. During his visit Nathan Riley--Bay Area Roofers, Inc--suggested that we may also want to review Hardie Board, as a replacement for the wood on the back of our home, prior to painting. Stellar suggestion. The entire project encompassed said Hardie board replacement, power washing and painting exterior, plus new roof, roof vents, etc.Project was completed today and the exterior of our home looks like new...we are so pleased!
