Chads carpet care came and cleaned our upstairs carpet and cleaned our tile and grout downstairs. Both were extremely dirty and they were able to get up big stains in the carpet. The tile and grout looks so much better! They were professional and on time. I definitely recommend using them and will use them again in the future.

These Guys are the best! My dog had an accident this morning and left a mess on my carpet. I read the reviews about Chads company and decided to give them a try and thank goodness I did! Awesome Awesome Awesome! I recently had my carpets cleaned and I am very pleased! Chad, the owner, was very responsive prior to the appointment and made himself available to answer all my questions. He also provided transparent pricing, which I really appreciate! Zack, the technician, was also great and very nice! The process was fairly quick (about an hour), but the quality of the work was not sacrificed. At the end, he explained what should and should not be done while the carpet was drying and provided explanations for spots that he was not able to get out. I will definitely be recommending and using this company again!

Pretty disappointed in the service we received last week. Had our tiles and grout cleaned. Chad was very kind over the phone, however, he claimed our grout stains would he tough to clean but theyd give it a shot.After the first treatment, the bad stains were still there. A second treatment was performed and the stain spread further. I paid $600+ and nothing changed, unfortunately.Upset about all this, I went to a local hardware store and purchased a bottle of grout cleaner for $11. After a 15 minute treatment and minor elbow grease, the grout is impeccable and hasnt looked this good since we bought the house.While the employees are kind, the service itself was sub par.Update:Chad followed up with me and touched base with ways to better the service. Coming from a career that values the customer experience, I truly appreciate his follow up. While the service was not right for me this time, I would still recommend this company to my friends and family.Additionally, if I ever need carpet cleaning in the future, I plan on reaching out to Chad and his company, as Im a huge supporter of small businesses; and this is one company thats doing it right.

Great company- Did a wonderful job! I had my tile cleaned and sealed in my kitchen and master bath. We have a messy toddler and they got the stains out of the kitchen that were there. The staff was exceptional, and Chad came by himself when it was all finished to check and make sure we were satisfied. We are pleased with the work, and would definitely call them again in the future.

Zach was very professional, he even arrived 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time and got right to work. I have been meaning to review Chads Carpet Care for the past two years but procrastination has definitely stopped me from doing so. We use Chads Carpet Care on a consistent basis at least one time every 8 weeks. Our technician Zack (or Zach) is phenomenal at what he does! He is very polite and respectful when he comes into our home. Our home consist of two toddlers and a baby so food and drink spills happen often and after using Chads Carpet Care our carpet is left spotless. We will continue to use this company as long as they service our area.

Was able to get a quick, reasonable quote. They were able to work with my schedule, offering times during the week and the weekend. My carpet was SO much cleaner when Zack left and he was able to get out some challenging spots. Will definitely use again in the future.

I have been using Chads carpet care for the past 3 years. I have tile in the foyer, kitchen and bathrooms. I have Stain Master carpet in 3 bedrooms and living room. I live in Santa Fe, Chad is always on time and Zack, his employee also does excellent work. I have used Stanley Steamer and another company who charged over $ 800 . Chads Carpet was less then 1/3 of the cost. Ill never use any other carpet cleaning company and highly recommend his company to anyone even my friends, neighbors.

What I got that I did not expect is a service tech that was pleasant, knowledgeable, and who actually cared about the job he was doing and my satisfaction. We spent several hours and used 4 different concoctions trying to figure how to clean the tile and grout in our house. It was a very labor intensive process (i.e. hands and knees) on a 2 x 2 section in one of our bathrooms ... with less than stellar results. We decided to call Chads Carpet Care to give them a shot at the title. Yesterday, their technician, Zack, cleaned all of the our floor tile - kitchen, pantry, laundry room and 2 bathrooms. Fantastic service, unbelievable job and a great price. Its nice to, once again, see clean tiles and to see the same color grout lines in the floor tile as we see in the kitchen back splash tiles that have never been walked on. Well have them back out in about 10 days to seal everything up.Could not be happier with the job they did.

I recently purchased a residence that was previously serviced by Chads Carpet Care. After moving into the residence, a very strong pet (dog) odor was immediately noticed. I made it bareable by placing Scentsy electric candles and carpet deodorizer in the entire home, also going to Petco, purchasing an expensive pet odor so called eliminator.I then figured I would call Chad the owner of Chads Carpet Care, who had been previously hired to clean the carpet by the previous home owners for the sale of the home, as it was agreed before going to Closing (purchase).I spoke with Chad and explained the complaint. He advised he would come out to my home that same day, which he did as he had said. Chad and his employee accessed and validated the complaint. Chad and his assistant cleaned and deodorized the carpet again, making it pleasant.I truly believe if all businesses valued their customers as Chad, there would be a lot more happier customers!
