I recommend this company highly. Not only was the customer service excellent. I booked at the last minute after being canceled by another company in less than 12 hours of my even and I contacted Miss Tequila via email at midnight the night before my event and received response at 8am the day of the event that they could be there with Machine, tables and chairs not to mention all for much less than I was quoted with the other company. I am looking forward to sending lots of business to Miss Tequila. Thank you

This is our go to for rentals! The margarita machine is a huge hit at any of our parties and never disappoints! The company makes it very easy to rent and is so helpful delivering and picking up the machines. We would highly recommend Miss Tequila Margarita!

As you can tell by their response, Miss Tequila Margarita Machine Rentals had handled this situation with the utmost lack of professionalism.We in the neighborhood are glad to see that this person is still violating deed restrictions by running a commercial business out of their private single-family home. I am always glad to see anyone run a successful business, but its a shame that these business owners are so full of hate and virulence. We also dont appreciate the false personal attack you made against me and my family. Miss Tequila Margarita Machine Rentals has clearly failed in this situation.By the way, you parked your boat illegally, and so obnoxiously close to the corner that it stopped the PISD school bus from making a turn down the street and picking students up. Your boat was parked so crazy that the bus driver had to continuously blow the horn at 6:50 am till someone came out and moved so the bus could continue picking up the kids in the neighborhood.We here are shocked to see that the location of your boat supersedes the neighborhood childrens ability to board the school bus safely. Great machine and costumer service! The online reservation process was easy and delivery and pick up of the machine was quick and exactly within the time frames given. My only complaint would be that when calling the number of the business, reception is only able to take new reservations...they aren’t able to check on the status of existing reservations. But once the owner gets in touch with you the communication is great! Will definitely be coming back for my rentals needs going forward

Miss Tequila rentals was great from the start! We had originally booked with another local business in the Pearland area and received a call the night before our event that they could not fulfill the order due to over booking. I googled and contacted Miss Tequila and even though they were booked, the young lady who answered the phone said she would call me back after checking with the owner of any machines that would be returning. She called me back in no time and was able to get me a single serve machine. Booking and reserving was sooooo easy and quick. The next day I receive the delivery and the owner apologized that he only had a double serve flavor vs. a single serve but would give it to me at the single serve price. Came inside, set up the machine, explained the process and set up pick up time for the following day. AMAZING service and accommodations for my last minute emergency. Look forward to doing more business with Miss Tequila in the future.

I wish I could give 0 stars. First of all Im not sure how this place does business. My family called multiple times to reserve a machine for a event. When we finally got through paid our deposit and reservation info they said we would receive a confirmation email. Never received the email called multiple times again got the run around that someone would get back with us. Finally the week of our event called still no answer. Traced our transaction to our deposit contacted our bank to find out that the deposit charge was paid and then reversed by the margarita company. So now we are looking for a machine for our event last min thanks to MISS MARGARITA and whoever screwed up our reservation. At least have the courtesy to say our reservation was lost so we can have enough time to make other arrangements. Never againIt was under my sister in law D. Thompson my husband also called under A. Tangarife to inquire about our reservation and the double machine with fast freezing time. They have called multiple times and were told someone would get back with them.

We have rented a margarita machine from them 2 years in a row for the 4th of July, they deliver and pick up and are so friendly and it was a great experience all the way around and will continue to use them in the future.

I’ve used them for a few of my home events. They’ve always been very friendly, prompt and professional. I am calling them today to book for memorial weekend. I’ve used, only them, since I’ve moved into the Pearland area 8 years ago!
