We started ABA therapy in December 2020 left early march 2021 during which the BCBA was changed 3 times. Only a very small number of the behavioral technicians had certification and they were very poor trained. Therapy very rarely had continuity of care since the technicians changed very frequently likely due to poor staff retention. Last and most important the management staff was just worried about the amount of hours my child would spend in the center and always made us feel like my child was just a money sign for them. When I decided to cut the hours due to the poor therapy provided to my child we were asked to withdraw him from the center.

I love Pearland BI!! The change in my son is improving weekly. They love him so much, yet they are very consistent and aggressive with training him to functionally communicate. He loves coming there, and I love that he is developing and is being nurtured. Brandon and Abiya are patient and kind. Nicole was the change that the center needed. Hannah had been a God send. She is super informative and so supportive of my son’s progress. She is great at communicating changes and updates to his programs, and she is overall just a positive light. The RbTs are great to work with as well.The journey of an ASD child is freighting, and comes with no directions. However, this partnership with Pearland BI has made it somewhat easier. I appreciate all that they do!!
