Horrible delivery company customer service. I have no idea why Costco uses this delivery company?? The delivery never came and kept giving me the same excuse ( the unit was damaged) when I call them to ask why. This is the 4th. time they cancel my delivery appointment without noticing me. I called customer service, first one told me that the schedule is tomorrow not today, when I was trying to tell him the confirmation I received was for today 11/14, he already hung up my call; then I called the second time, another representative told me that the unit was damaged so they need to reschedule it for tomorrow. I told her that two weeks ago, someone told me the unit was damaged and needed to reorder one for me, how come it was damaged again? and only need one day to reorder, she started getting mad, and I asked her whether I can talk to her supervisor, she put me on hold forever. I hung up the call after waiting for 30 minutes and I called back, the third person answered my call and it was even worse. Super terrible customer service! I dont want to deal with them any more.
Worked with Cameron on a delivery. Experience was exceptional and product was delivered on time and without issue. Will use again.
