Lets just say Henry is very prompt, professional, honest, and has fair prices! I called him in the morning stating I would bring my mower and trimmer by that evening during a break at work around 3 PM. He had both finished within a couple hours and even waited about 20 minutes past 6 PM.FYI- I had previously found out about him (Google) after another reputable company said my cub cadet lawn tractor was irreparable and needed a new engine (although the mechanic offered to buy my mower for parts). Nevertheless, Henry dropped a good used engine in it and got me back cutting within 24 hours for a fraction of the cost. The mower has been running strong since mid spring!PS. His work ethic is as though hes working for the Lord (Colossians 3:23)! Highly recommend!!!

The BEST repair business for small gas engines Ive ever used. Period! Over the years Ive dealt with many businesses and these guys are best. Showed up with our mower at 5:30pm expecting to leave it over night. Henry said he would have it fixed today. At 7pm mower was done as promised. Henry is a man of his word and the price was awesome.

I needed a full overhaul on my 10 year old Generac GP8000. Henry did an excellent job getting it working and ready to pick up within 24 hours. I could not be more impressed. Henry is the man. He replaced the belts (OEM parts), replaced the blades, changed the fluids (tune up) and had me ready same day with no appointment. Saved me a week of waiting time and $150 by going to who I usually use. Im definitely going back!

I am grateful that I purchased the extended warranty. I have taken my mower here 3 times already and it was always the carburetor.He fixes all sorts of lawn equipment too. Getting here for the first time, I was lost. His building is in the back. It says so on the sign out in front.

Looked on the website to, find a lawnmower repair place within resonable distance from my home. They were about 12 miles away, but had 5 stars no one else did. I took the lawn mower over for repair. Got there about 11:15 am Told them the carb. leaked like a strainer and the engine real slow. They said it would be repaired AND it will be ready by 1:00 pm. Got there at 12:50 pm. It was DONE! Lawnmower runs like new and is about 14 years old cost was very very reasonable only $65.00. I will definitely use them again and reccomend them

Tried to mow up the leaves in my lawn a couple of days ago. My mower wouldnt start. And it wouldnt start. And it wouldnt start.I purchased this Craftsman/Honda mower 16 years ago when we moved into SCR and have never had a moments trouble out of it. It always started on the first or second pull.I did a Google search and from the results (and the good reviews) took it to Top Quality Services over on Cullen (its behind the CrossFit place just south of McHard).Dropped it off about 9:45AM and picked it up a little after lunch. General tuneup and a replacement pull cord - $65.Extremely satisfied with the service time and the cost.

Henry is the most honest small engine mechanic in the greater Houston area. Have been using him for a couple years and he is never done me wrong.

Trying to restart my Craftsman power sprayer after sitting idle for months, I troubleshot for an hour trying all the easy tasks within my basic maintenance reach (change gas, replace spark plug, etc.) before concluding the problem was engine-related and needed an expert. Calling the Sears hotline quickly confirmed that all the local service centers are gone, but the phone rep recommended Top Quality. I called at 11 AM, they said bring it by now. I was there by noon and it was fixed by 1 PM! I never expected to get same-day service! Staff was very friendly and educational, explaining what they fixed and giving advice how to avoid repeat problems in the future. AMAZING.

Took my lawnmower in at 230 and had it ready but 430. Henry is good at what he does... I wish I had bought my lawn mower from him instead of at Home Depot. He has a BIG selection of yard equipment.
