Good location. One of the larger locations in my opinion. Good staff. They are nice. The faclities are nice and there is an abundance of space and machine selection. The classes are nice as well. Over all good location

This is a nice planet fitness. Om the smaller size I feel, but good ninr the less. The tanning is kept up to par and the staff is friendly. Can get really busy, but that is most planet fitness for you. Parking is a little crazy, too. Lots of TVs through out if that is important to you.

I enjoyed the trainer at this location! She was extremely helpful and I believe she really wants to assist me with my fitness goals. She didnt seem like she was too busy nor did she give off the impression that she didnt like her job. I appreciate her and this service from Planet Fitness.

Its busy, but not too busy where you cant get your workout, come with a workout and an alternative incase machines are in use, members are not that big on masks and cleaning afterwards, its more of a clean before use and not after... facility keeps cleaning bottles and paper towels pretty stocked so that is not an excuse, equipment is like new... a so so first impression

I wanted to cancel my membership here and the girl at the front desk said that I missed the deadline to cancel and is stop going to charge me for the month of august even though I haven’t even been to this gym in a month and tried to cancel over the phone but was informed I had to go in to do so.The girl also informed me there was no one besides her that I could speak to and was unwilling to work with or give me the number to whoever was actually in charge.

Surprisingly a really good gym. I really like how their no judgement works. And I only pay about $22 a month with incredible perks. You can’t beat the price with everything that comes with it. I really felt welcomed especially how Elizabeth shows me the ropes around the gym and answered all my questions even though I felt a tad annoying to her. This is my go gym from now on.

This is a amazing gym. I love the vibe inside, the staff and members are kind. They have sanitizes everywhere and cleanser for the equipment everywhere. The only thing missing is a sauna.

The best time to come to this club is at night, the staff is very friendly. Morning staff is rude and unfriendly

First time joining a gym. The employees in there are so nice and polite. When you go in they greet you with smiles and say enjoy your workout. I go almost everyday just to hear that :)

I love the facility and staff. As I recover from breast cancer treatment the perks included with the Black Card are perfect to help me build back up my body and then chill out with a nice massage.

Its clean and spacious. Gabby is a great trainer. She pushes just enough to keep you motivated and on target. 2 thumbs 👍

First time since joing. The front desk person was cool. I smiled big for my photo. The occupancy meter may have been off because it was full. But still everyone was able to social distance. Responsible members at this location, I observed post workout equipment wipe downs

This facility is much better than 24 hr fitness (member for 10+ years). The staff is amazing and the gym is clean and organized most of the times. Two minor issues:1. The staff MUST be more diligent about ensuring everyone is wearing their mask.2. More free weights would probably get you guys that 5 star rating.

Its been a few months since I took a membership at this place. Im more than pleased with the facilities provided for the low-cost membership. The place is brand new so all the equipment is in great condition. Ive seen the staff take care of it well. Everything is PF branded and it looks good too.Front desk is helpful. I havent really needed much help from them anyway. I see many other reviews of people complaining about the staff. Must be a bunch of entitled princesses! I mean the place just started. Give them a break to learn the ropes. The staff needs to get to the flow and theyll get there.Ample parking space. Ive come here at different times and never found the place crowded. In all, Im pleased. Until a future update, Im hoping to be a regular here.

Fantastic Planet Fitness the gym is so clean and the price is amazing. However like all gyms of course it does get really busy during the week and you have to wait for machines. The black card is very worth it and because you can bring a guest everytime you workout anytime. Very well worth it.

This is a JUDGMENT ZONE full of prejudice. They dont even deserve a star... maybe a candle. The manager Stephenie and her staff Cara conspired and canceled my membership because I invited a friend being that Im a black card member, to join me and workout. They signed the contract cancelation form on my behalf without my consent or notice.Meanwhile, for my friend to be eligible as my guest, he was enrolled at the front desk, had his photo and phone number taken a few days back and was planning to sign up for the same black card membership in the near future.My home club at Alvin reinstated me after Stephenie and her cohorts canceled me but after that awful experience with no apologies for that, I rather do my workout at home or worst case scenario, at our well maintained community fitness center.Planet fitness is a joke.For those who would still utilize the services of public gyms, youre better off taking your business elsewhere or its just a matter of time, youll be in my shoes.

Pros: cleanliness, massage bed, price and convenient locationCons: This gym is way too packed with minimum machines. They should be big like the El Dorado Location. They need more mirrors, dumbbells and machines for the volume of people that show up. The dumbbells are rarely available for use during busy time. 85% of the time I go to the gym they’re all taken or people don’t put them back and I find them in random places... They have small mirrors so if you want to watch your form you only have one area you can use mirrors and have to fit in between the few benches where others are working out. One guy even got upset at my husband and I for trying to share the mirror. He was on a bench and we were a few feet away and he felt we were too close even though there was no where else to go. The guy next to him told us he didn’t mind if we scooted closer to him which was nice. But seriously they need more mirrors for the free weights or even in the rooms so you can bring the weights in there and watch your form. Also, the smith machines are NEVER available. This gym IMO is too small for how crowded it is. Maybe management should say something to the people who hog the machines while they play on their phone. I know people rest between sets but they be at the same machine for 30+ minutes The only reason I continue to go to this gym is location. Once I find another one worth driving to I’ll cancel my membership. The staff is nice but adding Mirrors and additional dumbbells would help.

This gym is always clean, and the customers, so as myself clean the machine when we get off. This was even before Covid. I love to come here, easy access, in & out. Never too crowded and they have great prices for Membership.

What can I say? This is a great gym. Very clean facility to workout in. Equipment is kept up to date. The bathroom/locker room is kept very clean. Friendly staff as well. I highly recommended this facility to workout at in Pearland Texas.

All is good at Planet fitness on a lazy Saturday afternoon. Masks are being worn by the few of us who like to get fit on Saturdays.

Everyone at this gym is so nice. I’m always greeted with a smile when I walk in. The gym is always clean and it’s never too crowded when I come in. The instructors are so great! They push you so hard, and are always willing to help you out with questions you have.

Awesome!!!!!!$ 33yrs old never joined a gym. Definitely going back tomorrow. Feels like home☺So this worker named MARCUS refused to let my guest in the black card spa. Just to experience the massagers. He had an attitude . i called another planet fitness, they said they would do courtesy guest spa once. I said cool, 2 workers let my other guea experience the spa. This guy was just horrible.....disappointed😒

I worked out at this gym today with a free day pass before buying a membership. I must say that I enjoyed working out! The facility is well maintained and they do enforce social distancing with plenty of cleaning supplies available to clean your machines before and after use! They also have sanitizers at the entrance for use. The staff is super nice and excellent! I will be buying my menbership at this gym since I was a happy man when I walked out from there.

Super clean facility every staff member is really really nice and its a great location its my favorite location

I started my membership online back in December and a few days later I found out you do not have child care and I cancelled my membership. I realized last month I was still getting charged and I called in about the membership being canceled I was advised that everything way canceled and I would receive a refund. As of today I am still being charged when I called in Stephanie advised that she can only cancel the membership but will not issue a refund for a mistake that your center has caused. Once my daughter went to daycare I would have restarted with you guys but now I will stay with Dynamic Fitness. I will also be contacting my lawyer.

Super nice location, immaculately clean, very spacious, and lots of variety in equipment. Only reason for not giving 5/5 stars is the showers dont come equipped with soap/shower gel, which is admittedly nit picking on my part.

I wanted to cancel my membership due to all gyms being closed in the state of Texas.I was told back in March 2020 via a phone call that the membership was cancelled out. Now I’m finding out that you guys never actually cancelled it, and have been consistently charging me.At this point I will take legal action, as I’m wrongly being charged. Please rectify this as I do not owe. Your records should reflect that I have not been to Planet Fitness since March 2020.

And the club manager was supposed to call me, but never reached out. Ive made 11 payments and I want it to cancel after the so called year I have to be committed.. but due to covid and their closures my commitment is extended to August .. which would be way more than 12 months ..despite 12 payments. I could not fill out a cancellation because its too early.. the math just doesnt add up and Im charged another annual fee but theres no way I could complete my 12 months.. only pay 1 annual fee because the club was closed 2 months last year. I just want to cancel my membership and get a refund for my 2nd annual fee charge.. no one will get back to me.

Awesome place to workout especially with covid still active the workers here keep this place Clean at all time and the people that use the machines they help keep it clean

1st they put me in a tanning room with someone already in the room which was extremely embarrassing for both of us because the door lock doesnt even work, then they cant even get the correct time for the tanning beds. Do the front desk personnel even try to be professional?

Clean, Social distancing is enforced, Staff are friendly and professional. Equipment is adequate for both the beginner and the athlete. The Hydromassage beds are relaxing. Plus they have massage chairs! Ive been to three different locations and they are all run the same. Its nice not to have to learn new equipment when traveling.

Elizabeth has the best customer service of any gym attendant and I have had memberships at L.A. Fitness and Fitness Connection. When I start going back to the gym after Covid this will be my location

Wasnt what I expected. I wanted to try out a different one closer to my job. Going back to Lake Jackson Planet Fitness.

A worker was cleaning the treadmill right next to me and sprayed cleaning solution all on my water bottle. My workout was ended. Why are you cleaning a treadmill with a social distance sign on it...right next to me? Thats not social distancing.

Management is never available to speak with a customer who has been trying to cancel a membership but wants to continue to charge them. I feel ripped off and locked in to something I dont feel comfortable using in the middle of a pandemic! Its very easy to sign up but hard as hell trying to get out.

Clean workout areas and great staff. Members do clean off the equipment after use and keep distance.

If you want to join a gym where the gym staff harasses their members about gym bags, this is the place for you. They are selective in who they choose to harass and do it at random. If you also want to join a gym where members take your machine while going to the restroom, this is the place for you. There were several instances while working out and a member has unracked my weights and taken my machine because I had to go to the restroom. This place is a great place to socialize and take videos while working out. This is a great place for beginners who have never lifted weights or don’t know anything about exercising.

They have done a great job with social distancing the machines, and most clients are very good about keeping their masks on and wiping down the equipment.

Goodv location, clean facility, great staff and a lot of options for strength training and cardio. Not from the area and this is my 3rd Planet Fitness location this week. No issues with first 2 locations- but todays visit was by far the best.

I called a month ago to see about how to cancel my membership because I was put on bed rest for a hernia in my stomach and I sent a certified letter In the mail on or around the 14 th of last month so I called this location a f spoke with who was the general manager (allegedly) Tanizia or whatever her name is who stated she doesn’t have a boss was extremely rude & said somebody told me I couldn’t cancel if I owed which at the time it was only about $57.02 which some person did which I am willingly to pay & as of today is still trying to charge my account for now $80 something dollars I didn’t get anything resolved cause this person general manager was so rude I wouldn’t recommend this location for any reason simply because of the so called manager

Rejoined this past September. I was an early member when they opened. Took time off for the pandemic. The place is well run, equipment is kept in good condition and the staff does a good job. Membership is reasonable.

Came to work out and tan. After working out I went to go tan and got told bed 1. Go inside got undressed and turned the bed on and it was super dirty!! Just DISGUSTING 🤮 got dressed told the guy at the desk and left!! Took a picture!! Wish I could post a picture to show how dirty it is!! I’ll be contacting management and corporate office!!!!

Went in today to start my new membership after moving to a new state....had a great experience

The gym is very clean and they have instituted social distancing measures. The staff comes around and clean up often and make sure that the cleaning stations for gym members to clean off machines after use are stocked.For the most part, the gym experience is pleasant. My only wish would be for the staff to go around and remind gym members to KEEP THEIR MASKS ON. 90% of the members do, but there are some knuckle heads that break the rules and make it difficult for others.

DO NOT JOIN! This place is always packed. To cancel your membership you must go in person, or send a certified letter.

Traveling for a month and enjoyed this club. The staff is very attentive and always greeted me. The trainer, Brian, encouraged me to join classes and he was great with all ages and fitness levels. He was seriously encouraging and made me want to do more. “B”, the manager enjoys his job and all the employees were attentive. I came at all hours, all days of the week, and was always treated the way I wished I would be treated at other locations. Thank you all.

Im 71 yrs old and hadnt worked out in 8+ years and was feeling like a creaky, bent over old lady until.. I started going to this location several months ago. After my first session with Brian, the next day my body said thank you and quickly transformed into a strong, confident lady again! The different sessions have really helped and Brian is the best!

Only been going the last 2 weeks as Im new to Planet Fitness after switching from 24 Hour Fitness. Ive been to a few locations but the employees here go above and beyond. I can see them cleaning periodically while Im working out. The machines are social distanced and there are plenty of sanitizing stations. I did not see this much attention to detail at 24 Hour anytime I was a member. Its a nice gym and compared to the one on Fondren, its nice size and spacious and bright, but kudos to employees here 👏

I wanted to test out the facility so I utilized my day pass on the website. No one even acknowledged me for about 3mins when I entered. I was finally greeted and gave them my day pass to scan. They said the my day pass didnt work and in order for me to test out the gym I had to pay $10. Now $10 isnt going to break me, but the fact that I wanted to try the gym and was being charged for is what angered me. It is not my fault that the pass didnt work. A good business practice would have been to honor it in knowing they will have a member for X amount of months and recuperate more than $10. I asked to speak with a managagemment and the girl in the front refused. Reading previous reviews on here this location seems to be very weird about money. Other gyms provide a 7 day free pass to test out the gym. I guess you get what you pay for.

Love the atmosphere of the gym. Its super affordable with a welcoming staff and clean equipment. The trainer Brian is super welcoming to new people and goes well beyond his job to help you achieve your fitness goal. He went as far as keeping up with me during his off hours to guide my exercise regimen. I had noticed dramatic change in a single month and I started overweight not knowing a single thing about proper exercise. I recommend the gym and working with Brian to all my friends and anyone who is serious about exercising in a positive atmosphere.

The staff is so friendly! I’ve always had anxiety surrounding the gym, but I can feel right at home here. No more gym anxiety!

My gym was closed down during the pandemic so I called Planet Fitness because I knew they were affordable. Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly and the sign up process was easy. The gym is always clean, is following social distancing guidelines, and they have a wide range of equipment. Sometimes its too cold but other than that, highly reccomend!

I just joined 3 days ago. The manager at this location was just disrespectful was not clear on how the process work with the membership. Poor customer service, and no understanding. Not a good people person.

(Brian-Trainer) He is the best since I have been training with him I feel better than when I was in my twenties. Also his knowledge of how to work the muscles is very helpful. I can really make an hour workout so efficient that a three hour workout by myselfBrian will get you looking and feeling good

Today I have had the WORST treatment from Planet fitness staff, specifically Mia and Tanzania the manager at the desk. On top of denying my request to refund my fees during the pandemic, I have been refused an answer when asked the contact info of upper management. Apparently they “don’t know or can’t give out any details at this time”PF boasts on their “judgement free zone” but I highly advise anyone to NOT sign up and waste your money at Planet Fitness, for judgement and disrespect from people working there Is all you’re going to leave with.To whoever trying to reply, Unless you’re going to help me get my money back, please don’t try to respond to this post.

The gym isnt good for working out, and they dont the gallon of water, and your backpack.

Seems everyone has an understanding about masks and cleaning machines after use. Wish there were more of certain machines. Oh! The glute machine should be pointed in a different direction. It’s hard to use while directly pointed at someone else’s machine. The accidental eye contact is so awkward haha

Clean, safety is priority, can be very crowded at times. Good customer service.

They dont require mask while training, and there is a bunch of people without even using the mask COVID-19 IS NOT A JOKE and what I think is that the administration of the gym dont tell the customers because dont want to keep losing money

All of the equipment were relevant to experiencing a meaningful workout. The owner was easy to talk to and took the time to explain gym procedures.

This place is clean and the equipment is good but the gym staff is not making sure that the clients use masks. It makes me really uncomfortable to come here and I will be closing my membership this month because of it.

Plenty of equipment even when its busy. Super friendly professional staff. Love the spa options. Clean, bright, and well ventilated unlike some stuffy dark gyms Ive been to. So much information at your fingertips with the app and the knowledgeable staff. The 30 minute workout room is amazing! Bring a friend option allows me to bring my 83 year old mother to help keep her strong and active. My only regret is that I didnt join sooner!!

Planet Fitness is a great place to put your gym work in, clean and friendly. Staff always ready to answer any questions you may have regarding a work-out or any other question in general.

The people are not professional at all! I called for simple questions about my membership and the associate, later to my knowledge a MANAGER, had attitude over the phone and then was told “oh well, there is nothing we can do for you”. Then the phone clicked off before I could say anything else.
