Eh. We had so much fun, there was barely any pictures.But Alex and his team is amazing. I had a game night that started to take on a life of its own and needed more table and chairs. Called my aunt because she’s a wedding planner. I assumed she had this stuff on hand, but she already committed to rent them to someone else. So she referred me here. Initially, she did all the talking and setup, and just told me to go get the setup. Well, I called to confirm and all was well.I sent my wife and she said they loaded everything up and she came home and had a blast.I made the delivery back to AAA and was greatly impressed by the smell of the office. On top of that, Alex was amazing. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience with Alex (owner) and Amanda (event coordinator). They both personally saw that every detail of our rental was executed to our requests. They even both showed up during the install of the tent. We rented their 20x20 tent, tables, and chairs that were installed in our backyard for our daughters Pearland grad party. As you know it rained all week, so stress was high, but they eased our nerves with their professional delivery and set up. The event was all day and everyone enjoyed and was complimentary of the tent setup. Our food was outstanding, delivered by Magnolia Cajun Comfort, another Pearland local business that AAA Rentals recommended. Customer service for both places were top notch. We will definitely continue to support these two businesses in the future.Sorry Alex, I was so busy I did not get a good picture of the entire tent, but did receive these ones below.

If they used to have good values. they certainly do not possess them now. . I do not recommend this company. Once everything was paid and finalized, no communication was sent to us on the day of our wedding or prior, about when someone would actually be delivering equipment. I called, no call back. They showed up before 9am, and said with skilled technicians the dance floor would be a 3 hour install. It took over 6 hours. Thank goodness we had a late ceremony because it certainly would have been ruined otherwise. When we received charges for damaged chairs (mud on them, no actual damage to most), instead of caring about our genuine concerns on our WEDDING DAY, Amanda behaved passive aggressively, and subtly hinted on how they had lawyers. Take this for what its worth to you.

Rented a U-Haul trailer from here to move some things. The people were very helpful and even helped more with a hitch after I left mine at home!!! Really helped me out of a bind!!! I highly recommend them for your U-Haul needs!

Never EVER rent a uhaul from this location. I rent uhauls a LOT- and this month, I have had them fail miserably. 2 times in a 2 week period. Once, they just didn’t put the key in the box or do the paperwork, and just now, I waited for like 15 minutes to have him just change the location on me. Someone was late returning. Guess what? Had one from a different location a day ago. They CALLED ME when it wasn’t gonna be back on time. That’s how you do business. Not just CHANGE THE LOCATION without talking to who had the reservation. I was dropped off. I had to get an Uber back home so I can miss the reservation time (wouldn’t have made it to the location even if I HAD had a ride). Apparently it’s not his problem.

Great Service! The owner is super accommodating! Amanda at the front desk went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help protect the vehicle I had to leave behind while renting. (Suggest a drop off ride if you can. Not much parking) but today I didnt have that choice. Amanda moved from her spot and let me park there, then used her OWN car to block mine from any potential hazards. This place only gets 5 stars cause I cant give it 10! A++ Highly recommended! #SupportLocal

Since this business has a 4.7 star rating I would think they will have better customer service!! The lady was rude and cold, she made it seem like I was a bother and was disgusted by me being there to inquire about a party.

After tonight, they have all of my business. I was looking for some equipment to help move a large piece of furniture around our house, and was really out of luck. I needed something that was sturdy enough to move it, but also was hoping to not have to buy it. I showed up right at closing, and felt kind of bad about it. They had exactly what I needed, and it made the job so much easier. Alex was extremely helpful and extremely kind. Thank you again!

I met Alex and Instantly knew he was the owner by how he carried himself with a sense of ownership and professionalism. These attributes ensured that the rental went as expected and he went above and beyond as they had been closed for an hour, when I returned the truck. My sons wedding was Oct 4th.... we rented tent, tables, linens and chairs for the wedding......Covid made everything so much more difficult except our experience with AAA rentals. Everyone was extremely professional from the office staff to the delivery and set up. Delivery was on time which is so important in weddings... The products were of good quality and as described. The addition of lites to the tent created a nice ambience. I would highly recommend this team and their services. The wedding turned out beautiful and was greatly in part to AAA providing the service as promised. Thanks to your team!

I know this place has been around for a long time, but I just recently rented a truck from the for the first time. Its under new management and they were great to work with! I will definitely be coming back here for rental needs.

A fellow motorcycle riding friend suggested I rent the U Haul motorcycle trailer to transport my latest acquisition. Unfortunately, Alex informed me the one trailer was out on a rental but suggested the next size up. At 5x9, it was perfect. Alex the new owner and his wife were very professional and eager to help. Hes a motorcycle dude as well so hes alright.

Alex helped me in my time of need. I broke my toes and barely got the truck back and he checked it in as he was about to go home. He stopped what he was doing to make sure that I made it safely to my truck. He went above and beyond the level of service that we are used to. Excellence exemplified. 💯💯💯Thanks Alex... I cant begin to express how grateful and fortunate I am to have found AAA Rentals. Alex, the owner, has been nothing short of phenomenal. He is understanding and empathetic to your needs. People like Alex are rare to come by because although he has a business to run, he has a lot of heart. Allow me to explain further.I was in need of a 20ft truck for a last minute move-out, and I was so stressed about the experience. Alex was patient and worked with me. A stroke of bad luck I had chosen to pick up my rental on the 22nd. Tropical storm Beta was heading this way and the county was bracing for flooding. I wasnt aware of an impending storm. My area was a bit cloudy, but there wasnt any rain. After I picked up my rental from AAA Rentals, I was sure I was going to accomplish what I set out to do. On my way to my storage unit the weather worsened then by the time I got to my destination it started pouring heavily. I was so distraught because I thought I just wasted money on a U-Haul I wasnt going to be able to use. I called AAA Rentals hoping to speak with Alex and I explained to him the situation. I also told him I didnt want to end up flooded because some roads were becoming less safe to travel on with so much rain.Alex suggested I drive back and hell see what he can do for me. Upon my return, he took his time to get me situated again. He didnt charge me extra like other places would. I was able to get a refund and reschedule my reservation. I wasnt sure when the storm will pass, and to ease my worries Alex again accommodated me. What would have been an expensive, stressful situation he made it into a pleasant one. When I left, the other staff bid me farewell. AAA Rentals makes you feel valued like family. I wouldnt go anywhere else to get a U-haul now that I know such an awesome business exists within my area. I drove to Pearland to rent equipment. It was already rented but I was to get a call once the customer returned it. These folks did not have the decency to call as promised.

I met Alex, the owner here, and he was super super nice. My plan was to hire a uhaul truck just to pick up a sod cutter at HD, because HD wont do delivery for rental tools. I came here for the uhaul, but with all of the surprise when Alex introduced his rental business, he had a sod cut here, and because my house is like 0.5 mile away, he was willing to deliver it to my house! Love it!The machine worked fantastic!I believe your business will succeed with such a wonderful customer service like this.I would rate my experience with AAA rentals of Alex and Irma Martinez 7 out 5 stars if I could.

I have to question an operations customer service, When a U-haul truck is reserved at their location and no notice to move unit to another location was provided. Their willingness to help was providing a number to traffic. The same unit reserved is sitting on their yard. Wow

The customer service was superb!!!! After driving all morning and three different Uhaul stores later, came upon this location. These people not only helped me but went above and beyond my expectations. I would most definitely recommend this place to whom ever will need a rental. In my opinion, an A+++++++!!!!!!

I had a really bad experience with this company. I chose to rent from them for my husbands surprise birthday party because they were local. I just hung up on the owner as he was yelling at me!First - they were suppose to deliver at 9:30 am on Friday morning. I phoned to confirmed equipment and items that needed to be delivered on Tuesday before - was told all was okay.Friday morning - no one showed up - so I called at 9:45 - they told me that the delivery guy was out and they would do what they could AND that one of the items I had ordered was not available.Delivery was finally made at 2:00 PM. Then when we went to put things together - 4 out of the 8 tables only had 3 feet - so they were wobbly. I called the owner and he tells me that he is super stressed out and his wife messed up my order and the dates - and he was having all kinds of problems AND I should just put something under that bar height tables to stop them from wobbling. My response was that his stress was not my issue - that I had enough on my plate with my surprise party and just needed to have things delivered as ordered AND that I would call him after the party to discuss all the issues.So it is Tuesday today - and I called him and when I mentioned it was me - he yelled at me for sending back items saying that they were dirty. I asked him what he meant and he told me that I should have washed all the chafing dishes and wiped all the tables. When I told him that my caterer told me that it was fine to return chafing dishes that were just wiped down and that I in-fact had to wipe down all the table before I used them.He told me that me What do you expect from the rental industry? and started yelling at me. I hung up because I refuse to engage in verbal battle with a person like him.I would NOT recommend this company.

Ive used this company for a few events and theyve always been extremely courteous and kind and willing to help any way possible. I would recommend them to anybody for any event (weddings, birthdays, showers, etc.). Its truly a family oriented company...just an amazing group of people!!

Weve rented uhaul trailers of various sizes many times over the years to move furniture to and from dorm rooms and apartments for our 4 children, and for many other uses and have had a great experience with AAA every time. They have the Uhaul equipment when they say they will, and work with us to get the best value for our money and needs.

The guy that runs this place is terrible. The old man started going off about how hes not racist but he is culturalist. He then went on to tell me how all blacks and muslims should be removed from the world. I am not sure if he should be communicating with customers if he is wishing death to the black race.
