Robert and staff are the ultimate professionals with exceptional consideration for the situation especially in trauma clean up. This company has all kinds of impressive certifications and is well equipped to respond quickly to the most extreme situations. They give an honest estimate of what is needed before they begin and carefully explain what needs to be done and why. Their price was far less than their competitors. USA Decon prides itself in client retention and customer satisfaction. Dr. Sims is a former disgruntled client. We wrote off hundreds of dollars in bad debt from Dr. Sims due to non payment. We tried to keep Dr. Sims happy, however after many attempts it was just easier for USA Decon to terminate her as a client. She refused to show proof of invoices she claims she paid, and used the excuse that she would have to go thru over 20,000 emails to find her bill pay emails. Then she was locked out of her intuit account. The list of excuses goes on and on. After many emails and her complaint to the BBB, the BBB sided with USA Decon. Dr. Sims satisfied her outstanding balance and per the agreement generated by the BBB Dr. Sims was to remove all negative reviews she posted on multiple internet sources and social media. As you can see, she didnt hold up her end of the bargain. If you would like to see our email conversations I am happy to post those as well.

We have had consistent billing issues with this company. Every time we try to address them with the company we get accused of not wanted to pay our bill whenever we either ask a question or dispute an invoice even though our invoices that we get are often late. When we do try to communicate with the company we either get no response at all or a simple reissue of the invoice without addressing our complaint or issue. In our most recent issue we have had to terminate services with the company over the dispute of an invoice dating back to 2014 that we paid. We disputed this invoice with them in Feb., July, and October of this year only to just get a response to our dispute this October and the response that we received was not acceptable. They keep sending us emails and threatening to call attorneys on us even though we have sent them proof of payment directly from their bank because they have yet to cash the check (which we have no control over when they chose to cash their checks we can only send the payment). They even barged into our medical practice while we were with other patients demanding to get their property back which is their medical waste boxes since we cant seem to resolve this issue of the missing payment without notice and refused to even wait so that we could give them their boxes when there was only 1 person in the office and that person was helping other patients and then added $25 to the invoice that we are disputing because we asked them to wait! They asked for proof of payment and demanded that we provide this proof in less than 24 hours even though we have been trying to settle this account for several months without any followup from them and we also informed them that we are no longer with the merchant (and provided them proof of this) that processed that account so we will have to hand review each payment but they refuse to allow us to do this. I would not expect a BBB business to behave in this fashion and we would not recommend this business to any other medical practice to use secondary to the difficulty in timely billing and communication.
