I am not computer guy, I put off updating my laptop and you might say put my head in the sand and prayed for my computer to get better. Well when i called John he put me at total ease and assured me that my problem was now his and as god is my witness my prayers were answered. John took care of my computer and me as a customer, professionally. economically and efficiently. In 24 hours i had a brand new computer. Without paying near the price a new computer would have cost me. John also upgraded my hard drive at no cost to me because it was needed. This man is a caring, seasoned computer guy who deserves your business. In my opinion we are truly lucky to have him here in Pearland.

I took my virus infected computer to John and was in tears because I was completely blocked out. I use my computer primarily for business. I am not a techie at all. John was super patient and explained things to me very well. He is very professional and very experienced. He managed to save my data and my computer. I originally took my laptop to a Tecky guy on Hwy 6 and was charging me $146 for a keyboard replacement. I had already paid him $120 a few weeks prior for a complete reset. (Then the keyboard issue started) My laptop is about 3 years old and pretty much cared for. Anyways, John put a new used (but looked newer than mine) keyboard for about $80. Same day drop off and pick up. Super responsive via text. I will be going back for anything else. Super appreciative 🙏💯💯 and highly recommend.

Saw the reviews for this place and decided to gave it a shot to see if our 10 year old desktop could be fixed from the blue screen of death and to see if we could save a bunch of pictures on the hard drive. He has a little place in a shopping center that is undergoing renovation. Don’t let that bother you as this business and owner is amazing.John looked at it quickly and gave me a diagnosis within 24 hours with an estimate. He was able to not only fix it, but added a faster SSD and we went from Windows 8 to 10. And he was able to back up all our data as well. Whole process took 2 days and half of that time was my wife deciding what we wanted to do.The computer is now super fast and it all cost barely half of what I would have paid for a new laptop we were looking at online.This is my new place for computer repairs in Pearland.

Took my laptop in because it was very slow. I had bought it over 10 years ago and didnt use it much but i was thinking about taking classes online and noticed it was very slow to load. I was thinking about buying a new one but a friend suggested that i take it to some one to check it. Looked on google for places that repair laptops close to me and i found this place with a lot of good reviews. I took it in and John looked at it and assured me that i didnt need a new laptop. After running test, he removed corrupted files, uptaded my laptop from windows 7 to windows 10 and uptdated the ssd . Now my laptop runs like new. I was traveling cross country and on a Sat afternoon lost internet services. Johns business was the closest to me. I called and he said hed take a quick look at my laptop. After taking that quick look he said hed have to do a scan and it would take 2-3 hours. (He was closing in 2 hrs). He agreed to give it a try. I went back at closing time and he told me to give him 15 more minutes. Bottom line, he fixed the computer, staying late do do so, and charged a very reasonable price. Best Service I have had in years! John is awesome. My 12 year old son asked to build a gaming computer this summer; we bought all the parts and he and his grandfather put it together. Looks like a hoarder junk store of anything related to computers. I took a laptop in for a simple repair, got a message in a day or two that the part was unavailable (10,000 sellers on eBay offer the part, but someone in the field cannot source it from their wholesalers?)Then the guy wouldnt respond and I had to get nasty to even come pick up my unrepaired laptop.My advice: skip the trouble and just buy a new whatever. You never know what these kinds of places are really doing anyway.

An exceptional place to get your laptop fix if there is any problem! I recently cracked my HP Spectre x360 screen to a point where I had to replace the whole screen. However, when I contacted HP they offered to repair it for around $900+, basically the cost of a new laptop. I decided to give John Lu a shot since my friend recommended to me. Wow was I amazed the screen was fully replaced looking brand new and stunning. It was fully operational with the touchscreen feature working as if it was brand new and way cheaper compared to HP. This is definitely my new go-to place to fix laptops and highly recommended.
