Generally I love golden corral but the steak tonight is super over cooked and dry. No rice crispy on dessert line and no cheese on the salad bar..... overall just a weak buffet tonight.

I went with my son his wife and my grandson. Food was good. In fact it was so good I over eat lol. The buffet had a lot of things that I really like. Well be going there again

Food choices were few and far between. Could not get a steak cooked the way I wanted it. He said they only had medium and well done. Carpets were filthy, paint was peeling. Server was nice, but, spent most of his time talking with another table while our drinks remained empty. A lot of things looked dried out and like theyve been sitting for quite a while. This was the last chance I gave Golden corral. Mind you I was there at 7:00 p.m. food should have been fresh.

It saddens me to write a bad review because other times our experience were great. It was super hot and the food variety was lacking. Floors were filthy and the cones for the ice cream were stale. I give one star because our waiter was good. Will be seeking other buffets i hate to feel like I wasted my money.

Selections were limited and gloves were a must which I loved. Restaurant was clean and maintained at all times. Overall it was nice to eat here after over a year in half.

You know when you go to a buffet and their is only like 2 or 3 things on the line that is good? That is not the case here! I tried all the mains, all the sides, all the breads and most important ALL THE DESERTS !! Every dish was fresh and hot, tasted great!!!

Enjoyed dinner with my family. Im glad they give out gloves to the guest to use while attending Buffett. We recieved great service from our server.

Well I hadnt been there in a very long time to go only for breakfast and their breakfast got really bad so we stopped going think its been like 4 years I had not been there so my girls decided to take me out to eat and they said well we havent been in a long time to go Golden Corral so I said okay it was lunch time the service was okay the cashier lady could have been more nice and smile she looked like she did not want to be there are waitress was very nice she was fantastic the food was great and they only gave us one glove each like I only have one hand I have two so as for our food what we ate was great but Golden Corral in Pearland NEEDS A VERY URGENT REMODEL because there floors are very bad looking an their chairs are very flimsy and their bathrooms are absolutely DISGUSTING bad the floors an rusted doors floor is coming up the plastic is coming off there an there was no paper towels they had hand dryers but they didnt work bathrooms are in the need of make overs so I think Golden Corral in Pearland needs a NEW MAKEOVER ASAP something up today to make it look family welcoming place to eat other than that its okay. Food was dry for in my opinion. Couldve been a rough day but the salad was the best thing Ive had their that day. Desserts looked good but I could finish it because it was dry. Im all for second chances though. Wife said the fried chicken was good.

Was okay. Food was standard. Not sure if they still have covid precautions since no one was following the direction arrows on the ground for traffic flow. They did give each member in the party a glove for the hand that grabs the serving utensil.

The staff is nice but the establishment really needs a deep deep cleaning. The air vents are full of dust the carpet is dirty and the rest room needs to be deep cleaned. I have enjoyed this restaurant in many places around the country unfortunately this location is in rough shape.

Last time I was in this one, service was horrible and food was not fresh. This time when I went, yes I gave it a shot again and I was amazed at the turn around service was outstanding the food was fresh and prepared when I asked for it. So I give it 5stars now.

We visited this location thinking we would receive the same quality of food and customer service that we experienced at the location in Galveston but the customer service was just as cold and dried out as the food.Server was MIA and when we did see her she was hiding in the corner on her phone and acted like we were an inconvenience when asking for a refill.Food was lukewarm and dried out looking like it was from the evening before. Not fresh or hot and we visited on the weekend.Won’t come back to this location. There are too many other options out there for the same costs but much better quality.

The Mac & cheese was excellent & so was the Crelo tomatoes & okra over white rice! All deserts were excellent!

I had not been here since I was a kid, came here with my kids and, very surprised at how good the food was, I LOVED the steak, they ask you how u would like it cooked, I always get mine well done, and also the roast beef with the rolls are so good!!! Will definitely be back!

Buffet style. Were able to accomodate 15 people. Food was seasoned, not bland, with a variety of choices. Enjoyed.

The food was ok but the waiter (slim is what was on his tag) was amazing. We left him a 30 dollar tip because he took awesome care of us. He was very quick to refill glasses check on our table bring more plastic ware and anything else we needed!! His service was just amazing!!!

Just left here the food made me puke literally and when I told the manager she told me oh well pretty much she said she would make me more food. I don’t want your nasty food so I can puke some more! Next time I’ll puke in the the seating area wait there won’t be a next time!

It was a buffet and it was great had a little bit of everything Im not a big eater but I did enjoy some breaded fish okra fries and some salad with some steak bites I recommend it highly

Got there and there was only a few workers one of the staff member was complaining that no one went into work and they were having to do extra work.The waitress was great there wasnt a lot of food options because I guess of what was happening.It was kind of busy for being a Thursday and there were tables that were kind of dirty because of the short staff its so sad that such a big company is having problems with the employees and the customers have to have trouble getting what they paid for. This place wasnt bad the last time we went so I dont know what was going on but hopefully they fix whatever problems theyre having so it can be great again..I will try one more time and will update soon..

It was very clean as far the buffet goes they enforced the wearing of gloves while fixing your plates the waiter was very patient food was very fresh as well

Came her two years ago the food was great. This time horrible horrible a total waste of my money and my time! Dont go to this location the management has changed because the food is rubber not fresh. The baker needs to taught better how do you mess up rice crispies. The ice cream was horrible. They switched vendors because everything was nasty! The only thing that hasnt changes was the orka and tomato.Then refill on the tea was old! Fresh tea in the front but once you get to the back its nasty! The wayer like it came out the faucet!

First time here. Although my family and I made almost at closing time, the food was still good. We were able to celebrate my moms birthday with a decent dinner.

Employees were NOT prepared for the eveni mg we went, around 12 or so for lunch/dinner. There was no forks or Knives till we had to ask for them, otherwise they had a small container of plastic forks they had out front for ALL customers to grab out of, Kind of unsanitary in my opinion, as well as only give customers ONE glove to use while picking out food from the bar.

Ok visit. I had been craving for months. Soon as we went to sit down the server told us she was the only one on that side so she had a lot to do. Went to the buffet and there was hardly any food out. Back to the table and had to ask her to bring us our drink. After that she was very attentive and sweet. Would have been better if all the pans on the buffet werent empty but I guess they were shorthanded in all departments

We ask for drinks, Coca-Cola or spite, waiter said they didnt have those options available.We went to the bar to get some food (steak) they said almost ready, we finished eating and they never finished cooking it. Went to get some ice cream, the machine was so disgusting, filthy and dirty. I understand Covid19 has impacted businesses, but they charging full price for half the food selections and poor customer service. We had to ask waiter for refills and NEVER picked up or used plates.

Wish I could give this 10 stars. Firstly, before sitting on your table, you are required to wear a mask and gloves handed by the cashier for safety reasons. Then, after getting your food, you get clean and sanitized utensils. The food looks so good, it looks like a CGI commercial. The staff quality is a solid 5/5. Very nice.

Paid full price and not only was half of the buffet not filled, the food that was there was cold or barely warm and not much of it. Extremely disappointed. Price should be discounted due to lack of food selections. I sat back and noticed that they would keep the cheaper food filled to the top but items such as roast, chicken, etc was always running super low.

Priscilla was our Server and did a good job. I think she has a bright future!

Golden Coral in Corpus Christi is one our favorite restaurants to visit. My wife and I enjoy the large variety and delicious food served. Their waitstaff is the best! We are treated like family, alot better than customers. Our Thanks to Sonia, Mary, Mitchel and Lili! Youre the best.

Went with my mother here today for Mother’s Day. Food is extremely bland. They ain’t strict enough on mask policy as some people had no mask while grabbing food. Very expensive but not so great quality

My kids love this place. Im not a huge buffet fan, but it was my daughters birthday.I also gave in to curiosity of how they were handling the pandemic. That part was superb. You self-serve, but they give you gloves to touch the handles/ utensils, and all servers are masked. While we now know that COVID is pretty much solely spread from inhaling droplets from an infected person, the extra precautions were appreciated.The food was just meh. Its been better. Mostly hit and miss. I ate a hush puppy that crumbled to a dry staleness in my mouth, but the Bourbon chicken was on point. They also dont have their full menu yet. I guess I understand. I assume the food wasnt as fresh and plentiful as usual because they dont have a lot of customers. Ill return when I see more cars in the lot and less numbers in the COVID count.

Bad, Bad, Bad !!!!! Took my parents to Golden Corral today for their ANNIVERSARY because it one of their FAVORITE places. The food was cold and had the appearance of left over food from the night before!!!!!! I asked to speak to a Manager and I was told she was BUSY. The Manager finally came out about 10 minutes later and said WHATS THE PROBLEM I SAID THE FOOD IS COLD AND AT 12:30PM THE FOOD SHOULD BE FRESH AND HOT. THE MANAGER REPLIED WE COOK FRESH FOOD EVERY HOUR AND STOOD THERE LOOKING AT ME LIKE THATS ALL SHE HAD TO SAY ABOUT THAT. I THINK ITS SAFE TO SAY THAT THE PEARLAND LOCATION WILL NEVER GET OUR BUSINESS AGAIN!!! The Manager represents the business and clearly needs a refresher course on CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY WAS GIVEN!!!!!

OMG!! Avoid this Food Bourne Illness outbreak waiting to happen! The restaurant looks like something out of Kitchen Nightmares!! Everything is dirty and broken. The food is rotten and disgusting 🤢 I was so scared to eat here we left as soon we saw the food.

We decided to stay here because it was right next to our hotel, after having a bad experience at a Golden Corral in Dallas, we tend to avoid them. However, we were tired and hungry, so we decided to eat here. It cost $42 for 2 adults and 2 children to eat and have a soda each. So make sure you are hungry enough to get your moneys worth if you decide to eat here. Unlike the one in Dallas, the food here was actually really good. It tasted fresh and warm, we loved it! Everything we ate was really good, the kids especially loved the cakes and ice cream.

$51.00 bucks for 3 lunch buffets is a little crazy. Food wasnt very hot even though I saw a guy checking them. Some food tasted burnt, but didnt look it. So, I can only assume the oil needs to be changed out. Overall, not worth the price you pay for the food offerings.

Our server Benie was terrible left his card and that was it never came by again. Food not up to par ether must have a new chef.

I like the food, but they need to have more rolls available because they are SOOO Good. They have disgusting bathrooms and carpet. Theres pee on the seat and poop and toilet paper stopping up the toilets...which is gross.

Very clean and everybody was very well distanced apart from each other. To be honest, there werent very many people in there at all to begin with. Everything was good.

I come here weekly with my grandpa, The Food is great on average but a place that claims to be senior friendly is a chore since you need to take 3 doors just to exit and 2 to enter the facility, The dessert bar height is short enough for any 4 - 5 year old to dip there fingers in the desserts and walk off which happens each time i visit, I have seen kids reach and grab gummy bears bare handed and poke creamy desserts and walk off so i suggest to quit making foods reachable for toddlers not old enough to use tongs since your typical parent wont take action about it.

Went there Saturday eve. Salad bar was almost nonexistent. Food was cold. Not a good selection of food. Advertising prime rib. Serving bland pork ribs. Will not return.

The food was not good, it almost seemed like they served leftover thanksgiving food. The rolls looked like wheat yeast that was just starting to rise and they took them, the mashed potatoes were extremely runny and most of the meat i ate was tuff. And all unfortunate cause they are usually pretty good.

I saw their add on my computer about their sea food diner on Friday, and decided to go because I love their catfish when I use to go before the pandemic. I was disappointed in their scace sea food selection. I had to wait for them to cook some catfish, and there was no shrimp or other seafood like they used to have. Plus I had to wait on french fries. Maybe it was because there were hardly any people there because of the pandemic.

It was very dirty, no food, no drinks just about every table was dirty never go back thats for sure oh then we had to wear gloves what was the purpose it very filthy.

It was open during plague! You go to whichever counter you want and they fill your plate, but everything is still out and open. We had steak and salad and catfish and shrimp and desserts at our table. Everything tasted good and our service was excellent! Drinks never less than half, plates picked up right away, etc. It almost felt like a nice little slice of normal. :)

Not to bad, even during this covid 19 situation. The food was fresh and decent. Right now they sever you kind of like a cafeteria. You walk from area to are and they take care of all the putting it on your plate. Tables, napkin holders and condiments are cleaned after a customer uses them. Overall it was pretty decent experience if a bit awkward. Staff was very friendly and polite. Especially the older guy busing the tables and the hostess at the front.
