Beautiful job on my new 2021 Dodge Charger. These guys are by far the fastest around, honestly I have no idea how they do it, it truly is miracle work. See for yourself the repair they did for only $500. Service King quoted me around $1000 and another place was around $850. And what’s better… the repair only took one day!I had them go back to fix extremely minor things that were visible only to me (I’m very OCD about my car) and they happily did so, even a few days after they did the repair. I will definitely be going here for any future repairs I have if I’m in town.I was extremely sad after I scratched the side of my car up, it had several deep scratches and a small dent on it too… I thought it would never look good as new again and I was so self-conscious about driving it.Everyone was very nice and friendly when I came in. I feel like I can trust them with my car anytime. Daniel quoted me within ten minutes of me being there and I brought my car in the next morning before work. The next day, on my lunch break I picked it up!

Smashed into a pole at work and called around for estimates. These were the cheapest in town. They drove me home after dropping.my car off on a Saturday and they called that next Thursday in the morning to pick it up. I was expecting boat repair times to be honest and was thinking 2 weeks in my mind. They even touched up some scratches for free I forgot to mention about after I payed. This was a non insurance claim and was more than happy with the work and cost. Thanks guys.

Oscar fixed my car that was T-boned; The center between the doors was crushed. He replaced it and it looks good as new! Also he hung the doors and when I brought it back to align the doors better he took care of it. Really great business!

Completely not satisfied. Confusing conversations on the phone about price. Paid 1084$!! Just for the bumper cover. Nothing fixed and now I need to patch my tire I just bought. And drove with my sensor still broken and dashboard warnings about it along with low pressure. Unbelievable! I BETTET GET SOME KIND OF SOLUTION TO FIX THIS. Im not taking my one star off unless something is done.

Brought my car in to get a spoiler reapplication and minor repair, after it flew off while driving at highway speed down SH 288. Not only did they do a great job repairing my truck, but they were super quick and didn’t charge extremely high! I went to Maaco first and he wanted to charge me a ton and also told me it would take him two weeks. These guys did it for cheaper and I had my truck back within four days! I highly recommend them.

Well, the same day I purchased this 2002 Thunderbird (which was in great shape) got involved in the wrong end of a minor accident. Driving towards home I looked up local collision shops and saw the good reviews and close proximity and rolled right on in. Talked with Carlos, the owner, and felt comfortable enough to leave it that day for an estimate.A couple of things to keep in mind for this car are that due to its limited numbers, parts are not exactly plentiful. At my behest, I asked that used parts be considered as well. They did their best to locate quality used parts, but in the end OEM was the way to go. It meant a long wait for parts, but we knew they would be correct and in perfect shape.Also, as the hood, drivers side fender and bumper cover were being replaced, decided to respray the entire car for a more consistent look. While it did take longer than I hoped (dues to parts availability) the end result looks fantastic (slight recolor from black to a black metallic pearl) and everything was back to the way it was when I bought it.

We used this place out of convenience but never again. Customer service was lacking. I had an appointment and was told it would be an hour. Instead i had to call several time to get information and all i was give was excuses. A 1hr job took 6hrs and i had to cancel other appointments because of their lack of communication. The management was completely unprofessional in how they treated my wife. Im surprised this place is still open.

Worse shop ever. DO NOT USE. I dropped my car off for the 1st time in September 2020 and he (Oscar) kept it for months (about 3 months) and when I went to finally pick up my car (after calling and calling about it); I could only go after business hours due to work –it was the same parts on there (bumper, lights, trunk, grill..etc.) but they pushed the dents out andrepainted itstill had cracks in certain areasscratches and dents were still visibleLight cover was crackedMissing trunk key access – was just a wholethe entire car was not aligned – totally loped sidedback-up camera did not worktrunk did not open and close properlywrong car symbol was placed on the car(est. 11,000.00 in damage - actual work 2000.00). We called Oscar and I personally took it back and pointed out everything that was not done correctly on the car. They kept it another month, I had to call almost every day to get any update, and when I was finally done with this place, I went to go pick my vehicle up again - NOTHING WAS DONE. LITERALLY NOTHING. DO NOT USE THIS CUSTOM AUTO II COLLISION REPAIR. Oscar continued to lie to me in my face and over the phone. I am now having to take it to the dealership and pay out of pocket for to get my car back to its original state. This company did a BS job and you can trust and believe I will be taking them to small claims court, reporting them to BBB, and any other agency I can find out there.

I had this shop paint the roof and hood of my 07 Silverado classic. As well as replace the front and rear windows. They did a great job and finished the job early. The color match was great too. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The paint job was as good as the one I paid several thousand dollars for on my Camaro. The truck was returned detailed as well. You cannot go wrong with this shop.

I tried to get the repairs through an official Ford dealer’s body shop and was quoted nearly double the price JUST for the barebones repair. Oscar and Carlos not-only did the repairs, but also installed/painted new custom Bolt/River-Style Flares, a Hard-Top Tonneau Cover, a Bed Extender AND a grille guard at no additional charge -including a detail of the interior.I didn’t even have to shop around. They do outstanding, quality work at incredible bargain prices. My truck looks phenomenal. I strongly recommend using this shop for all your paint/body work needs!

Review update*Good: This is a family owned the auto shop, they are able to give you good quotes on damage or work needed on your car. They work pretty fast too.My experience here wasn’t the best but they did their best and worked really quickly to solve and fix the issues that occurred. I appreciated that.Issues that occurred and were fixed - 1. the quote given replaced the bumper but didn’t include my taillight, had to go back for that. 2. The bumper was a different color than the car, had to go back for that. 3. After the first visit there were large sandy dog paw prints all over my back seat, they cleaned it immediately when I went to get the tailight done. They own multiple dogs. 4. After the 3rd visit to get the bumper color changed to my car color, my car smelt like straight dog poop. I searched everywhere in the interior of my car and couldn’t find anything but this smell was so foul and so strong I took it back extremely upset. They cleaned it the best they could but it’s in the vents and even still... after all the times I had to go back to get these issues straightened out I can’t return here again.

My car had quite a bit of damage on the front bumper and fender. I did a web search to find companies in Pearland that could do the repairs.After reading the reviews, I decided to go to Custom Auto. I took my car in Friday afternoon to get an estimate for the cost and time required, and to make an appointment to bring my car back in for the repair.He took a look at the damage, then wrote up the estimate, which was quite reasonable. Then he told me that if I left the car, he could have it ready the next day (Saturday). I questioned this a couple of times, as I really needed to get the car back the next day. He guaranteed the work would be complete.Shortly after noon on Saturday, I received the call that it was ready. When I picked up the car, I was quite impressed by the work they had done. There is no hint that there had ever been damage — it looks like new.I’m hoping that I won’t have to deal with any more damage like this, but if it happens, I will not hesitate to go back to Custom Auto. The promptness and quality of the work are excellent, as is the price. If your car needs repairs, I suggest you check them out.

Custom Auto II Collision did awesome work on my truck after someone keyed it. While they had my truck I also had them paint the flares which turned out very nice and match perfectly. The work was done in a timely fashion and the pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them!

A neighbor backed into my son’s car and Oscar replaced the trunk lid, repaired damage to the bumper and pulled out the frame to realign it all. Good quality work at a fair price and super fast! We dropped the vehicle off on Friday around noon and had it back Monday evening. He even took care of a few other minor issues at no charge. Highly recommend!

Went in for a window repair which was awesome, but not knowing they were also a collision repair company after I got my window fixed Oscar informed me about their services and walked me through all the proper steps on getting my car looking like new again! For the most part it was done in a timely fashion, Thanks again Oscar!! Just one small tip I can give is just to call the customer if expected pick up time changes so just overall open communication. But my car looks great and already recommended a few people to this shop!

I had my bmw bumper painted here. Took couple of weeks to finish. Satisfied with the way it looks but the paint quality is very poor or the procedure they used to paint it. EASILY cracks/chips!!! I would bring my car somewhere else if I need a paint job!

Ive been here twice and will definitely keep coming back. The people are friendly, the service is fast, and the prices are fair! I needed a signal light replaced, and I was in and out in less than minutes. As a female, Im always a little cautious about being in a male-dominated area. That said, Ive never felt uneasy in my dealings here. TV and a Keurig in the waiting area for those who might be curious.

I took my Mazda 3 in to get my bumper and trunk fixed and also a light. The service was very fast and $700 cheaper then other body shops I got estimates at. I found them based on their reviews alone and I can honestly say that Custom Auto successfully delivers. Unfortunately I was involved in two hit-and-runs within a short period of time and both times I went to them for their services. The second time was a no brainer. They return your vehicle to you waxed and washed, with quality body work.

Completely unprofessional, they tried to price gouge me on a spoiler install when I counter their price Oscar said angrily we don’t need this, give back his spoiler and proceeded to bad mouth me in Spanish! My car had the entire rear assembly ripped off of it from a collision in a parking lot and it wasnt an easy job to make it look good again because I have a brand new 2016 Ford Fusion with a very unique blue color. Oscar and his team fixed it up great and the service that came along was superb. He didnt hide anything like some collision places do and was very genuine. I would recommend anyone to go and get their vehicle fixed here if you need body work done.

I took be cherished 2014 Civic SI in for repair after it was damaged on its bumper and quarter panel. Being a car enthusiast, I am very particular about where I take my car for repair but Oscar and his team did an amazing job! The estimate I received was way cheaper then anything you can find around town. The turn around time was probably about a day and they had my car ready. It looked BRAND NEW when I picked it up. The paint looked flawless, no orange peel or cracking and you can really see the quality in the work. The dents we completely gone, and on top of it all, they washed and detailed my car. Best collision repairs in the area. I usually dont write reviews but I was so happy with my service that I needed to write one for them. I had crashed my car recently and had a really messed up rear bumper. Fortunately, they were able to help me the SAME day I went, in less than 2 hours. I had been to other Collision Repair Centers around the area and had already gotten estimates, but none of them was as cheap as this one. Highly recommend this place!

Brought my truck in to see if they could rig back in place my front headlight and bumper that were knocked out of place. It was a fraction of the price I would have had to pay for all new parts (unnecessary). They were able to get it out all back together within two and a half hours. The owner was super easy to work with. He made sure to look for the cheapest way to fix the problem.

Oscar went above and beyond in every sense on my job. Dont be fooled by the entry way - these guys are amazing. They helped me finish up a full convertible conversion for an 85 chevy blazer and their work was impeccable! All welds and fill work look 100% OEM. Paint match was 100% perfect. AND, he went above and beyond to address some other items that we had not even talked about. Totally satisfied and Ill be taking the truck back to him as needed.

My car (2019 BMW M240i) had a scratched rim and cracked windshield. I wanted to take it to one shop to handle everything. After reading many positive reviews, and since his shop was close to home, I decided to bring my car here. In retrospect there were a couple of red flags.1. When Oscar showed me the windshield, he unpackaged it without using gloves, therefore contaminating the edges of it which may impact the bond of the glass to the urethane.2. I needed a drive back to work while they replaced the glass and repaired the rim. I was driven to work by one of the employees in a truck that was probably not road safe, he couldnt even get on the freeway with it because how badly it vibrated. The truck also had open beer bottles in the front cab and in the bed of the truck. Clearly this guy drinks and drives.The only reason I decided to let them go through with the replacement is because he had already ordered the glass. I should not have cared and walked out whenever I noticed the red flags. A decision I now regret.When I got the car back my initial inspection was that everything seemed fine. On the drive home I noticed the the passenger side A pillar trim was loose, as was my headliner. Then I noticed a thin layer of white dust all over my dash and the front interior of the car. The fabric liner on the A pillar trim was also stained with some white residue.Then I inspected the glass installation more closely and noticed that glue was coming out the sides of the glass. The glass was also filthy. It was apparent gloves were not used, and I have no idea where all that white dust came from. Watch any real glass replacement jobs on YouTube and youll see the professionals are meticulous, wear gloves, dont leave a dusty mess (seriously, what did yall do to cause this?), and do not have glue coming out the edges.Oscar kept saying he stands by his work, but Im not interested in having them make things right; such an easy and routine job was done so badly that theyll probably make things worse if I took it back. You can clearly tell they do not pay attention to detail and do a rush job. No love and care goes into their work.At least the rim repair looks good, for now.Spend a little more at a nicer shop, dont waste your time at Custom Auto II, and definitely dont be fooled by their friendly attitude, it doesnt reflect in the quality of their work.Update: I took my vehicle to the dealer for them to review the work and adjust the trim on the A pillars. They said the work done on the glass was pretty bad and they used too much glue that bonded with one of the A pillar trim pieces, and the headliner. They also found broken clips on the other A pillar trim piece that they were able to replace, but since there was so much glue they couldnt align it 100%. Any future window replacement job will guarantee a headliner replacement as well. So to sum things up, Oscar, while a nice guy, doesnt care about the quality and cleanliness of the work being done. Its apparent by the way he carries himself.

Review update, yes I’m upset the vehicle wasn’t properly fixed at the time frame however I shall not blame Oscar for the domino effect. I was involved in a wreck and my vehicle was left in critical condition. When I drove the vehicle it would completely pull to the right of the road. When I told the insurance and Oscar about my issue they said they would fix all the damages. It looked great when i saw it but what I noticed when I received my truck it was still unbalanced (truck leaning to the right side) and un alligned. I Had to request for them to fill out a supplement for it then. Making me late on rental fees... Two weeks later, blessed to see another day, I was driving home on the highway from work, when my steering wheel control idle arm broke causing me to hit a wall on the highway, luckily was able to slow down and wait for assistance from my father. I took it back to Oscar and luckily he only fixed what broke for me after we struggled to find the dealer part. His mechanic said it still shakes when your going 60mph, but when I drove it, it still trembles going the speed limit 45 in city. I asked him what should I do if it breaks down again and he told me to come see him again.. I’m just tired of having to deal with after an accident and trying to get my truck back going for work. Good paint and body work at reliable prices, always been our go to ppl

I brought my headliner here to just have the fabric replaced and they did a horrible job. It’s a small headliner for a single cab truck and I had already taken it out of my truck and stripped most of the fabric off it but just didn’t have the time to get the left over foam off so I figured I just have them finish the rest . And when I got the headliner back, there was bubbles all over and it just looked very bad. They didn’t even cut out the hole for the dome light.

I bought a vehicle from Strickland Chevrolet used that had a nice scuff across the front bumper. Strickland agreed to fix it as a condition of the sale. Needless to say this shop did a EXCELLENT job on prepping and painting it . Looks like it was never there, and the truck looks brand new!

Id been here a couple years ago to get some body work done on my Corvette and been happy with the work they did. This time I needed a new window because of a rock chip. Oscar was still there and once again I had zero problems or issues. Looking at some of the earlier posts I have a hard time believing some of the stuff said. Id go here again and plan to if I have a need. They installed a new window, worked with me for the deductible and even washed the car before I left.

Custom Auto repaired my truck for half of what Serviceking wanted to charge and did it in less than 48 hours, whereas Service King said it would be at least a week. Truck looks great! Custom Auto will forever be my go-to repair shop.

Had Oscar do some front end work on my 2006 Charger last weekend. After telling him I was on an extremely tight budget, he did the work at a great price and most importantly, he did right and on time. Hes my body shop guy from now on.

I was referred to this shop, because I wanted the calipers painted on my BMW and the person who referred me had their calipers painted here. The employees were very nice and they offered a good price, so I let them do the work. They didnt take long. I was happy about that. When I picked up the car, I looked at the job and I asked if the paint was still wet, because the paint job looked lumpy. My calipers were not lumpy prior to them painting them. They told me that it wasnt wet. I hoped maybe the next day they would look better. When I got in the car, it wouldnt start. My battery miraculously died and I wanted to get mad, but I didnt. My car was in good condition before I brought it there and I still didnt blame them for it. After all.. They were supposed to work on my calipers, not my battery. 2 seconds later I was surrounded by their employees and they were ready to jump my car. I wasnt sure what to think. A part of me was suspicious, but then a part of me was thinking that it was very thoughtful of them to come so quickly to jump my car. I was concerned about the battery, so I asked them if they had one available for my BMW. They said they could order one and have it ready to install in just a few minutes. They offered me a good price for it, which blew my mind, but I didnt think anything of it at the time, because I just wanted to go home. I dont even think ten minutes had gone by and they already had the battery in my car. I inquired about the check engine light that appeared. They told me to drive the car for a while and it would go away and if it didnt, they would reset it. I was okay with that. At least they are trying I thought. When I drove away, my wheels were making loud noises. It sounded horrible. Other people could hear it from down the street. I thought that maybe the noises would stop if I drove it for a while, so I only called them back to see if they could reset my check engine light and they said they would. The next day, the check engine light was not there, but my calipers still looked lumpy. They looked like they had a bad paint job done to them and my car still sounds horrible when I drive it. It sounds like it is going to fall apart now. Before I brought my BMW to this place, it drive smoothly. It was nice and quiet. Now it sounds like a scene from Jurassic park. I will not go back there to let them fix it. I am going to go to a shop that specifically specializes in Bemers.

They did a great Job on my car

What a great family owned Pearland body shop. Customer service was outstanding. Oscar made sure that I was completely happy with the work that he did. I highly recommend Custom Auto to anyone who wants to get to know our local business owners, and who help make Pearland what it is.

All three of the cars in our family have been repaired by Custom Auto, and each experience has proven the ability of this business to do great work. Reasonable pricing, friendly atmosphere, and efficient service...would recommend to anyone!

Car spent 3 weeks at the shop. Went several times since I was told it was ready. All I kept hearing was tomorrow, tomorrow and nothing. Everytime I went there was something wrong with my car. Once he said it was ready I left the shop and my hood wouldnt open, the corner of my bumper kept coming loose and my headlights wont working. I called him and he didnt care but to charge me the 3k he was quick on that. Lost my business and will never go there again. Lucky I didnt gave him my truck.Owner says he stands behind his work, but yet me as a customer had to go back and fix his mistakes after being there several times and telling him about whats wrong with the car. Also my bumper is loose on one side. As a shop you have to make sure everything is right before giving it to the customer..

Oscar was very nice and the work they did here on our Nissan Murano was incredible.

If I could give zero stars I would. The owner Oscar didnt paint my car as he promised he would. I spent over $9000 because he told me how great his paint and bodywork was. Runs in the paint and visible sanding marks. Not to mention uneven body bondo work. His employees agreed with me that the job did look bad, and when they confronted him with it he told them how eStupid they are, in front of me.
