Bad customer service.She was very rude. All I needed was a no but instead I was told what I was doing was fake. Well I can say with certainty thats not true. Ive given lots of money to help beat breast cancer and had a family member that passed away from it as well. I have records that prove I give money every month. I go to peoples businesses because I dont have a store front of my own. I realize that people will say no occasionally. But I was given thats fake instead.

You couldnt ask for better service. The owner is a fantastic person and shoots you straight. No taking advantage of people here unlike so many other shops around. Even as a previous dealership employee I preferred that the team here service my vehicles.

Ive taken my vehicles to Elliotts for years, and my father for years before that. Weve always received excellent service at fair prices. They are very busy so it is usually best to call ahead, but this one issue is easily forgotten in exchange for the amazing service you receive at Elliotts! Check them out and you wont be sorry.

My very first experience was in 2007 and I have been coming here ever since. Every one is friendly and they take very good care of you and explain what they do. Let me sum this up for all if I lived in another state Elliot would take care of my car.
