What a shame. I have been going here for years. Use to love it. Will not return again. I made appointments a week in advance, always the same person. Maybe I would wait 5-10 minutes but that happens. Lately the waits have been longer as if they started someone minutes before my scheduled appointment.Today with other techs sitting idle my tech had just started a pedicure. They insisted I use someone else, no thank you.Since the owner now dedicates all her time to Montvale the customer service has gone way down by those in charge, not managed well. Good bye after 6 years. Enough

Very inconsistent quality. The pedi was awful. They knew it and said they wouldnt charge for it and then proceeded to charge me $46. I could not believe she thought I would be needing my frequent customer points card back...would never go back in there again. I dont do business with people that have no care for poor service. The pedi was so bad I have to go to another salon tomorrow. Too embarrassed to show photo. :(

I have never been here before but tried it because I saw they were open on Sundays. I got a pedicure and the next day my toe hurt very bad and was very red and swollen. Two days later, when I couldn’t wear normal shoes because of the pain, I went to the Dr. and he said my toe was very infected and prescribed Keflex. The doctor said the infection resulted from the unsanitary tools used. Although the owner seemed concerned, apologized and offered to pay if I needed to go to the hospital or doctor, I declined her offer for a free follow up pedicure, as I won’t be risking my health by visiting here again.

I did the uv french gel manicure for the first time. Because I had to go to a wedding. I liked it very much and I was very satisfied with the french pedicure too. Ive been to many different places, but I really like happy nails the best.

I had my nails done in many places and this one was the best so far. The staff was very polite and nice, the price is fair and the service was great. I am definitely coming back.

I got my nails done a week ago. Im get my nails done every 2-4 weeks depending on how they hold up the color and the season. My nails look like it has been 3 weeks since I had then done. All my cuticles are uneven. There is still my purple polish under my French. I had to constantly remind the girl who I believe was named grace that my left hand and right hand didnt match in length. She kept trying to tell me that it was because she put and extension on. I kept trying to explain to her reguarless it need to match. That nail fell off yesterday in the shower. I paid 60$ for a less that decent job.

I came in Wednesday afternoon and Thursday night (last night) 3 of my nails had already chipped and I got gels! I will never come back to this place and while I was in there someone came in who complained about their manicure as well.As an update I went on vacation the day after coming in. -I couldn’t not come in to get these fixed. However it has not even been a week and every nail has chipped.

Amazing service here!! Will not get my nails done anywhere else. Always worth the wait, but if you dont want to wait, just make an appointment! Love Karla and everything she has done with this place!

As a new customer it was unwelcoming. Worker took other customer that came after me than worker lied to me that that person had an appointment but I saw this person who came in asking how long the wait . When she was told 30 mins like me but I came 10 before, she asked for quarters for the meter. How insulting can one feel:(
