Daly cleaned the light colored carpeting on my stairs and landing which was originally installed about 8 years ago. These steps get a lot of use - abuse is probably a better description. The rugs have been cleaned several times over the years but the result was never as good as the job done by Daly Carpet Cleaning. I highly recommend this service.

I hired Daly Carpet Cleaning to clean my mothers very soiled and stained carpets. Mr. Daly and his son showed up at the house and proceeded to pre-treat and scrub the carpet. They allowed me to add a room while they were there. In the end the carpets were clean and for the most part stain free. The carpets were left wet but they did dry within the 24 hour period as Mr. Daly had said.I would recommend them.

Our dog threw up on our lovely cream colored bedroom carpet, a rather BIG mess let me tell you ! I tried 3 different methods over the following week, to no avail. Called Peter and he came with his son Austin to look at the stain, they hoped they could remove it successfully. Two days later they arrived with their non-invasive cleaning system (tubes and hoses are run from their truck in our driveway, up the stairs to the bedroom) and hey presto our carpet is PERFECT again ! So happy with their quick response, method and price. Totally recommend this local business, Im just sorry I didnt call them sooner ! THANK YOU PETER AND AUSTIN !

This week our water heater valve broke and water went into the hallway, family room and two other rooms, and then into the garage of our homes lower level. We called one company for help with the cleanup, but they couldnt come until the next day. We also called Daly Carpet Cleaning and Pete came over very quickly after our call the same day. He did a great job in drying our carpet and floors. Daly Carpet Cleaning was very professional in their service to clean up our water damage. Next time we need assistance with water problems or carpet cleaning, Daly Carpet will be our first call!

Amazing service made carpet like new

I live in an apartment with white carpets. After 4 years of living, entertaining, and just walking around my carpets looked pretty bad. After calling Daly Carpet Cleaning and Flood Restoration I was incredibly pleased with the service I received. Pete showed up on time (very important) was very friendly and most important very professional. My carpets look like new. My entire apartment looks better because my carpet is spotless. There were a few trouble spots I was worried about (like a soda spill that was just a big brown blob which had been there for years) but they are nothing more than an after thought now. If Daly Carpet Cleaning can make my old carpet look like new I can do nothing but recommend their services 100% Thank you Pete!

I had three area rugs cleaned today by Daly carpet cleaning and the results were great and the service was very professional.

I had a very bad experience today with Daly Carpet Cleaning. My apt was from 12 to 2 and I got home at 12 to find a note that I had missed my apt. I called both numbers on the card and no one answered. I left a message and got a call back in about 20 mins. I was very angry and got angier when Peter refused to let me speak and repeatedly told me he was going to hang up on me. Peter told me my apt from from 9 to 11 and I missed my apt. I told him this was not possible because I had a work meeting at 930 and I would never make an apt to have my carpets cleaned during my work meeting. I also told him my 15 year old was here the entire time and she did not hear the door bell that he insisted he rang. I asked him when he was going to come clean my carpets since all the furniture was moved and I was ready . He offered Monday and I said I was going on vacation and then he said he would not be cleaning my carpets and hung up on me. I was very angry for him wasting my time and him not admitting he had made a mistake with my apt time. If he simply said he was sorry for him getting the time wrong it all would of all been ok ...but hanging up on a customer is not the way to deal with a dissatisfied customer.

Very poor coomunication. Made an appt. and told the owner that I needed to leave my home by noon the day of appt. Owner stated start time between 9:00 and 9:30 arrival and would call 30 mins in advance that morning. At 9:55am I called owner and he stated he told me start time was somewhere between 9:30-11:30am. How could that be if needed to leave by noon. Owner was nice on phone, yet sounded unorganized. Bad business!!!
