Great little spot. My kid and I had a blast (literal and figurative) washing my car in the self wash area.

Terrible job... overpaid $26 for full service and they missed way too many spots inside and outside...those guys are lazy as. I even had to tell them they forgot the tire shine... like what kind of service is that?! Never going here again.

Paid for the works inside and out.. My car still had dirt all across front on bottom. When I called it to their attention, older, bearded man was nasty to me. Inside was barely wiped down. Driver side mat was still dirty. Car was done way too fast for any wax to have been applied. Really feel I was ripped off.

I just love this place. I go whenever I want to wash my car. The bays are perfect and no one bothers me. I see other car enthusiasts here too.

I wouldnt recommend getting their exterior and interior clean package because, it doesnt get your car cleaned properly. I got a better exterior cleaning through one of those soft cloth wash companies. This wash at least, got the car 50 percent clean inside and out which is something but, for the prices that you pay; the car should have been 100 percent clean. There was still an extensive amount of dirt on the exterior of my car and there was still dust, dirt, and crumbs on my seats and even additional dirt was added to the interior of my car, which I had to clean afterwards. I done a better cleaning of my car with my portable vaccum and a regular microfiber cloth and soap. Dont waste your time and your money because, there was actually a wait to get in and the wait was not worth the hassle of having to reclean my car myself.

Good hand wash for a reasonable price. I especially appreciate that they can accommodate larger trucks, although there is an up charge.

Several hoses were broken last few times Ive gone.Also, some of the people (patrons) park in the stalls with sponges, etc to do a complete hand wash and the staff doesnt do anything about it, so you could be waiting for a while with nowhere to go if a line forms behind you.

This place vacuumed up my temporary registration on my front dashboard. Mistakes happen - im sure it wasnt intentional. But when I alerted them to the fact that they did that and that I needed them to go back and retrieve it - they proceeded to tell me that I probably lost it somewhere else, forgot where I put it ...and they actually had the nerve to open up my bag and try to dig around! After basically standing there for 15 minutes telling me I dont know what im talking about and that a place of such high standards & top tier vacuuming talent doesnt make mistakes - they finally opened up the vacuum AND THERE IT WAS! No apologies for incompetence and condescension, just oops. Im sure nature will take its course on this place - but that experience today was just absurd.

Great car wash. They do a very nice job detailing the interiors and the exterior wash does not have mechanical brushes so you can take your matte paint job or wrap here without fear. Definitely the best car wash in the area.

The automatic car wash might be ok, the wash yourself bays are horrible. Besides the fact that you need 15 bucks or so to really get your car clean (Soft Cloth up the road does a better job fully automatic and a cheaper price), the bays are always filthy and drains partially clogged. People wash their engines and oily, chemical ridden sludge is a frequent issue. You step in it and it’s impossible to get off your shoes. It gets dragged into the car you’re trying to clean, staining the carpet and I have even ruined shoes stepping in it. Defeats the whole purpose of going there to clean your car if you get parts of it are more dirty than when you started.

Its a car wash. I expect a better job for being a hand wash but I feel like the machine wash on 59 does a better job. I only use this place when my regular hand washing place is closed.Just to clarify Im rating by experience based on having gone here for a basic wash and I also get the highest package. So Ive experienced their worst and their best. Even at their best package its alright. My regular hand washing place does a better job for $17 than this place does for $47.Edit: I reduced my rating another star because I realized that while you can call it a hand wash they use brushes. I only realized it when I saw a bristle stuck in my door handle. They hand brush the cars. What car wash uses brushes post-1990? Apparently this one.

Dont go there! I have been there a few times and always said well maybe next time they will do a better job but NO! After every vacuum and wash I have to spend another money to clean myself .Today I especially ask for good vacuum inside and cleaning, guess what I just finished vacuuming and Im going to chestnut ridge for a good wash. Its not worth it spend a dime here. Its cost me 22.99 + 2 oversize(dodge caravan). Well after all they wasnt busy at all.

Paid 200 for a full detailing which was supposed to take 4 hours. It was done in 1.5. Windows were streaked on the inside. Stains remained on all the seats. The wheels had grease on them. And the place for cups and keys etc which had a spill of orange juice was still filthy. Sticky. It had gone Unnoticed and untouchedSeats were not removed. I found garbage under them.This was not a detailing.I asked for a partial refund. The owner harassed me with frequent calls. When I returned her call she, in an agitated manner, yelled at me ands was difficult to understand. She was not professional but rather pushy.The customer here is never right!!!iI told her I was not comfortable going there after complaining about her workers. I wanted no trouble or retaliation. She did not care!!!!When I told her I had no time or stomach for this she said come Sunday at 4 pm, after hours.I just could not do it!! Too strange and distastefulI wanted to treat myself to something special and enjoyable. Instead I got aggravated. And harassed. And ripped off!I do not recommend you use them.Now I Must dispute the charge; an altogether terrible experience!

The worst car wash I have ever been to. I literally could have done a better job with a clorox wipe. I got the works The interior was still filthy, smudges all on the exterior and the wait took forever. Ill be disputing the charges with my credit card. Dont go here.

They did a horrible job detailing the interior of my car, left windows dirty, dash dusty, still dust on seats and center console. Never coming back and do not go here if you’re looking for a quick interior detail.

Great job just love how they cleaned my car. And they found a gold diamond bracelet I lost in my car and left it on my front seat for me. So very honest I highly suggest this place.

Nice facility. Paid for interior widow cleaning and they left the windshield partially un-cleaned.Note to self, leave tip after services are complete.

Change machine needed servicing. Has several self serve bays but the only open one had change stuck in it. Time runs out quickly...starts at 3.50 for 4 minutes. Machines were well used, labels peeled off. But performed the job.

The self washing doesnt wash, and vacuums dont work correctly,The ends always fall off and they dont have enough suction

Big thanks to Manie and crew! Very professional. I always use their services and recently had oil changed. The oil fill cap went loose, causing oil to spill out. They fixed it very quickly with no questions asked.

For starters after I got my car back there were scratches all over my car that weren’t there before. Secondly the head guy who drives the car out of the car wash decided to speed out of the car wash almost hitting the curb near 304. I own a F-150 and a Ram 1500 was in before me and the head guy didn’t speed out of the car wash with the Ram. What an idiot....the scratches all over my car and almost crashing my car is why I will never go back to this sh***y car wash ever again. I don’t recommend this place at all as the lady I tried explaining this too was very not understanding. She blamed me for the scratches and said that sometimes they drive the cars fast out of the car wash. That is just pointless and not safe. Imagine having a more expensive car than mine and the head guy decides to drive fast out of the car wash. Do not go there.....it is not worth the price or your time

After seeing the wax and cleaning job done I went to urban auto spa 😂 It was done right there more expensive but done rightThere self wash area was the best choice when coming here but always one of the stalls has a problem with from wash to soap and it doesnt help that the time given between washing or cleaning seems a bit unfair 😕

Absolutely terrible car wash, made tiny indents all over my windows so now I need to replace all the windows. Went again recently and had paid for the whole car to be be detailed inside and out. What a waste, they didn’t even spray a new car scent or even offer any scents at all. I could have vacuumed myself in the time they had. Two times two fails

This car wash has to be the WORST I have ever been to. I have been through the car wash twice, the 1st time I told them I wanted an exterior wash, inside cleaning and armor all on my tires only and they said sure and handed me a receipt. When I arrived at the register the guy told me it was $49.99. I freaked out and told him I wasnt paying $50 for a car wash, luckily my car hadnt been through the full car wash so we were able to change the wash (horrible wash was the result). I decided to give them another chance and this time I told them exactly what I wanted and asked for the price, they have signs all over with different prices and services which is confusing as hell. At the end of it the guy tells me a normal car wash is $17 but if I want Armol All on my tires it comes only in a package that is $25 -_-, I opted for no armol all and I bough a bottle myself for $6 at a near by gas station and applied it myself.I wish that this was where it ended but it didnt! I decided to never go to the car wash again but decided to test out their self car wash. The first time it was during the winter and the pre soap and the brush soap did not have SOAP. I thought it was due to the cold so I let it go. TODAY I go back just to do a pre soap and rinse and there was still no soap in the system. How can you run a car wash without any soap. I dont understand how this business is still around, people in the town should complain and have this place provide services that meet customer expectations. After 4 different attempts of giving this place a chance I will NEVER go here again and I warn anyone to careful with this place as they are a scam.

Went to do the self wash part of this location. It’s down the street and I pass by constantly. 2 out of 4 bays were broken and other ones had people in them so I was forced to get a car wash by them. I thought ok a little more when I could of done a better job but screw it I gotta go and my car was filthy. 11 dollars for just an exterior wash isn’t awful for just an outside wash, but 25 minutes waiting for them to finish the (1!!!!) car in front of me. Very very slow. Suggest going there only if you have spare time and arent in a rush.

Awesome place to take a larger vehicle or trailer. The bays are tall enough for most anything. Just a little pricey.

DONT GO HERE!!!! We brought my car in to have the brake pads replaced and they did such a horrible job that it caused my calipers to freeze which caused my brake pads to wear out after 10weeks of use!! It cost us $600.00 for their service!! I had to take it to my dealership where they had to replace the brake pads the calipers and basically clean up the mess that they made of my car and spend another $600 to fix it!!! I can’t say it too many times...DONT GO THERE!!

Worst service ever. Everytime I get my car washed they charge me a different price and always get the same service. The owner and her son were literally yelling at me in front of other customers.. unproffesional. disappointed.

Personally, I think they are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE, but their service was okay. However, aside from the price, the staff seemed like they didnt care. I was watching VERY closely. They also dont use alot of rainbow foam either. But it was fun to watch.

Every time I leave this place I feel like I got ripped off. On 3 separate occasions, months apart, I got a subpar cleaning for a premium price. Forgot a different part of the package I bought every time. Always tons of runoff soap trails. Watched a guy use a dirty brown rag on my wheels and then on my paint. I went there because its handwash and I wanted to avoid getting swirl marks on my new black car. Got them anyway. Feel like an idiot for going back twice after my first bad experience but I like to give people/businesses benefit of the doubt. Will never go back.

Some of the equipment isnt that great. The only vacuum thats worth anything is the one furthest away from the wash towards the entrance. The self wash itself also sometimes isnt great all things considered. The triple foam guns run out of foam consistantly, the sign says the max charge is something along the lines of 14 min for 10 dollars when really its a dollar a minute with 10 min being the max. Still nice, and I havent been to the service wash so overall its ight I guess

Honestly this has to be the worst car wash ever. If it was possible to give this place a 0 i would, they honestly dont deserve this 1 star. I only come here because there isnt another car wash close by but if their was i wouldnt come.Everytime i leave from here there are soap marks around the car running down, and excess soap left all over under the car an in door frames. The windows are filthy even after being wiped down with more streak marks left than last time. The interior almost always has to be wiped down twice cause they cant get it right the first time. They have the worst customer service and if you complain to them about the wash they will argue with you. If you dont believe me just get a wash and look for yourself.Ill stick with the other car washes in nanuet/spring valley area on 59 where i have been going, an im much happier with the job. The price you pay for this mediocre wash is ridiculous. Also the time that you have to wait to get your wash is ridiculous. Youll spend at least and hour or so if their are 3 or more cars in line. If your the first one in itll still take a half hour till completion.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

RUINED MY BRAND NEW WHEELS.TERRIBLE OWNER, TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE THEY CREATED AND THEN MADE WORSE BY CLAIMING TO FIX IT.I visited the PEARLMONT CAR WASH yesterday.The attendant assured me my brand new wheels would be safe entering the wash.At the end of the wash I inspected the wheels and sure enough, the clear coat on them was completely scratched up where they touched the guide rail. I showed this to the attendant and the female owner.After much arguing, she agreed to try to compound the wheels in hopes of removing the scratches. In the process the employee actually rubbed off the clear paint protecting the wheels, ruining the finish. The owner said wait a couple months it will go away! WHAT? Is that because every couple months a fairy wheel painter comes at night and repairs ruined wheels?????The nylon runner that is supposed to protect your rims when guiding the car through the wash lane actually traps dirt and grit embedded in it so that any portion of wheel that extends beyond the tire is susceptible to scratches and damage. The entire crew followed me to the entrance of the lane while I ran my finger down the runner coming away with a finger tip of sand and grit.The owner treated me like an idiot after her employee rubbed off the clear coat, blaming me for allowing them to try to rub out the scratches. And denying any responsibility in the face of logic, facts and proof. It is clear they do not care about their customers. I have been here a hundred times they even know my face. I will NEVER give them another penny. I always wondered why more people didnt line up to get their car washed, now I know, I suppose I shouldve checked the reviews first. Now I can only hope you reading this will save you from getting your car damaged.DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.INSTEAD GO TO THE PEARL RIVER CAR WASH AND LUBE ON MIDDLETOWN ROAD JUST OFF RT304. THEY HAVE TAKEN AMAZING CARE OF MY VEHICLES, AMAZING. I WILL TRAVEL THE EXTRA 2 MILES TO GO TO THIS ONE FROM NOW ON.

The self wash is the best, cost effective and gets the job done quick and easy

The first time I went there they did an ok job. The second time I went I had to walk the guy around and point out all the stuff he missed (for which I gave him a $5 tip). The third time they just missed so much that I drove away in disgust. This was the works each time at $24.I went home after the last one and spent 30 minutes cleaning the seats, dash, windows inside and out. Apparently bugs are considered decorations and left intact. What a waste of money and time.

Went there yesterday and asked for the full service, the most expensive and most done. Oh my goodness. The worst car wash ever and I go alot. The windshield still had streaks of dirt/pollen from where the wipers stop. Bird poop on the trunk in clear view. Horrible vacuum job and all my fenders were filthy. Doesnt look like any wax was put on either. NEVER going back. Going to take the time to drive over to a good and reliable carwash on 59 in Nanuet.

Terrible experience. 1) Self service wash does not work, you pay 3$ for a minute, and you cant even select the foam brush. 2) The car wash it self is terrible, missed a ton of spots, people drying my car did not do a good job at all. Highly suggest to never go!

I am a regular user of the DIY car wash. The price is reasonable and I have never had to wait to use one of the DIY car wash bays.

This place is horrific!Ive tried this place numerous times, pick up the times with my Harley a couple of other times with my wifes car and finally with my car. Everytime something goes awry. When I use the self service the machines eat my money 1 more than 1 occasion even the vending machine that dispense small items I taking my money. When I went to the car wash my car came out just like it within dirty! Not worth it, I gave up.
