Under the time crunch we had for our Pre-K Graduation Event, Elegant Balloons provided exceptional service to make the kids and parents day special! With the helium shortage we were worried about not having our annual balloon display but she even blew up some balloons here upon arrival for us. Anne was great!

Terrible customer service. I went to elegant balloons inquiring about balloon center pieces and decor for my baby shower, and after discussing ideas, showing pictures of what I wanted, I was surprised at the reasonable price quote they gave me, compared to other price quotes I had received from other places. Just wanting to be cautious I requested they make a sample for me to put my mind at ease..I dont want to pay a cheap rate but then receive a service less acceptable than what I request. They became very nasty with me saying we dont do samples. For my wedding My decorator had no problem making 4 centerpiece samples free of charge for me; these two couldnt put a few balloons together? This is two women working out of their basement giving me extreme rude attitude, whereas other better established balloon companies I met with had no problem making as many samples as I requested, anything to put a customers mind at ease and earn my trust which is what a real business person would do in order to obtain the customer. elegant balloons clearly has no idea how to deal properly with customers and has no respect or care when it comes to customer satisfaction.

Wonderful, amazing, creative...I cant say enough about Anne and her company, Elegant Balloons! I have been working with Anne for several years and when I say that I hand her some RIDICULOUS challenges (i.e. make me a piece with a man farming a vegetable garden with woodchucks) she ALWAYS comes through with something even MORE AMAZING than I expected. No challenge is too big for Anne & Co. Elegant balloons has created my pool area into a tween girls paradise for the past three years...candyland arches over the pool, cheer team color columns, etc. EVERY birthday is not complete without some type of arrangement by Anne. AND...her prices are very fair. If you love balloons like we do PLEASE call Elegant Balloons....you will not be disappointed!
