Let me just say customer service at Leslies Pool Supplies and Service on Crosstown Rd in Peachtree City GA is second to none. Anivar Torres, the store manager, treats me and every customer in the store with his utmost attention. Not only does he offer sound advice, but given the time will help resolve mechanical issues on pumps, Polaris etc. Its a pleasure to walk into his store and always treated as a valued customer. Id be remiss without an honorable mention to Mason. Hes the kind of guy who not only helps solve issues but will help with product selection and joyfully helps you to your car or truck no matter how many pumps or 40 pound bags of salt you purchase. Two weeks ago bought a pool heater in PTC store. Sales person confirmed it would be delivered next Wednesday on truck and installed the next day. Week goes by...no update. After having to follow up finally got an answer they dont have in warehouse and waiting for manufacturer. And finally answer to we wont know when it arrives. They are not honest when you order something about true time of delivery and when you ask to arrive and install by a specific date....you shouldnt lie to customers and rather be honest to customer

I came to the Peachtree City branch of Leslies do to a pleasant interaction with Anivar Torres on the phone concerning re-piping an above-ground pool filtration system I am piecing together from older pump and sand filter with mismatched adapters.Anivar, who is a current manager, was very patient and creative in answering all my questions about putting together a filtration system with what I have on hand. He spoke from experience. I had been feeling overwhelmed by all the pool part terminology and lack of details in online videos. Anivars good will and patience gave me the time and emotional space to figure out what questions to ask. I left feeling empowered and confident that I can be successful in this challenge with a ready and willing mentor if I have further questions. Many thanks Anivar!

*Update*Brian the district manage has resolved my issue in record time. He was respectful and completely understand my frustration. I will continue using Leslies in crosstown for my pool needs as long as this type of service continues. Also, Mason is terrific and always super helpful along with being well educated in overall pool care.I have been coming to this location for almost one year now for my jacuzzi supplies. Mason is awesome and always super helpful. Unfortunately, the manager Anivar is quite the opposite. I have seen him be extremely rude and disrespectful to certain individuals and completely opposite to others. I am one of those that he is rude to every single time. He will be short, and do the least amount of work possible. I recently purchased a 1000$ pool cleaner and was told that I would be able to bring the receipt back to the store that weekend and receive 200$ back onto my credit card for a promotional deal. Anivar told me that he could only give me a 200$ in store credit and there was nothing else that could be done. I then tried returning the item and he told me I would be charged a 15% return fee. I ended up calling the Fayetteville location (where I will be shopping from now on) and they contacted the district manager immediately who was able to help me out immediately. Yes the prices are high but Mason has helped me many times with my pool concerns. All in all I would not recommend this location until the manager was replaced.
