The rentals are clean and work properly. Nice knowledgeable staff.

We rented a floor sander that simply did not work. I called to complain, was treated very politely, and was told that their other machine was getting repaired and acknowledged that our machine needed work too. He said to bring it back, which we did and we received a full refund. The bad mark is because they shouldn’t have rented such an inferior piece of equipment. We wasted about three hours with this fiasco.

Very disappointed to say the least.

Decent experience so far.
