Hello, I definitely didnt have a good experience with the manager.. I had a insurance rental and for the vehicle and he called me telling me that he called the dealership where my car was and they told him that my car was ready and I needed to return the car or I would have to pay Which was Not true bc my car was never at the place that he said he called. He was very rude, and I didnt appreciate him leaving that message on my phone as if I was just riding around in the rental and my car was ready π‘π‘ definitely a better way of handling business...
Paid car rental for someone else who had their car in the shop, I was not going to be a driver and they still forced me to be an additional driver and to pay for an additional driver, for one week they charged 946. for car rental, just abusive in my opinion
We initially rented a car for 11 days and ended up keeping it 2 weeks. It was fast, easy, convenient and quick! The employees were nice, friendly and helpful. We had a really nice car that was spacious! I would definitely recommend coming here and will definitely be back!
No problems so EZ in and EZ out is my goal..They need to start back with pickups and delivery of rental customers and that means we have to leave our cars in an unsecured lot at Home Depot..Dont like that at all..Your personnel are ALWAYS friendly and professional..Luv it!!
I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the advisor that helped me Sebastian. He was extremely helpful new his stuff and had me in and out within 20 minutes. Afterwards towards the end of my rental he also checked in and made sure everything was well. He even reminded me that i left my parking pass in the vehicle! I have rented from multiple locations and I must say the Peachtree City location truly has customer service as their #1 priority. They are always accommodating and their cars are always spotless and in great condition.

I had a horrible experience with Enterprise. I have rented my share of cars in the past but this was probably the worst experience I have had with a rental car. They dropped the car off at the body shop where my truck was being repaired. The first thing that I noticed that the car was super beat up. It was a 2020 but looked much older because all the dings and scratches. The interior was about the same. The seats were dingy and stained. It looked like they had tried to clean them but didnt do a very good job. When I got in the car I noticed the low tire indicator light was already on. The enterprise rep had already left and I was in a hurry so I just went on my way. That afternoon I was driving home for work and with the sun shining I could see how dirty the inside of the windshield was. It was awful. It looked like a 10 year old smokers car that no one had ever cleaned the windshield. It was hard to see out. Also, the washer fluid didnt work. I dont know if it ran out or just didnt work. But the light on the dash wasnt on. So I called to complain and was told a manager would get back to me. No one ever called me back. So the front passenger tire had a slow leak. I had to put air in it every few days. It also had a decent size gash in the sidewall, but it wasnt completely cut through. Twice it went completely flat on me. But I could never get a hold of anyone to complain to. I called several times and messaged the corporate office. No one seemed to car. In hindsight, I should have just taken back to the rental place and demanded that they fix it or change it out. I had the car for 32 days. It went over my insurance policy, so I had to pay two days out of pocket. I told the lady all the problems I had with the car and asked if they could do anything to help with the out of pocket cost. She said I already had the lowest rate. Thanks for nothing Enterprise. I will never use you all again.
Knowing the season would change the availability of cars, I can understand. But they were helpless in my endeavor. I drove 45 minutes to one enterprise believing that they would have the car ready. Unsuccessful. I was then told to go to another agency by an agent after already paying and RESERVING the vehicle. Drove another 40 minutes to the other agency and was denied. That was a waste of time money gas and energy.

I came here to rent a vehicle and the website says open. When I got there ended up being closed and the closest location is next city over. Should consider updating your website as well as your advertisement about pickup given that you are not offering that anymore.
Showed up 25 minutes after reservation time, still took 40 minutes to get car.... Fuel Tank not full, deflated tires, break issues, dirty interiror...... I will avoid that place.
Service was great. Skyler was very pleasant to work with and took care of all of my needs. When I was ready to rent a car she made sure that I had the proper one. I ordered a full size and when she called she asked if I would be good with a mini van. I was not looking for a van but I had to leave for my trip and could not wait for another car. To my surprise I was pleased with the mini van as it was very new and clean.I also spoke with Lisa who picked me up and was willing to change out the mini van, but after riding in it I was pleased.When I returned the mini van Skyler was on shift and called me by name and was very pleasant. She checked in the car and was able to close my account timely. She also ensured that I had transportation by to my house.Very pleased with service at the Peachtree City, Georgia location.

My first and last experience here. Called for a pickup from the body shop. No one ever showed up. Got my own ride over. Made reservations online. Waited around for a while only to be told they had a βlimited selection,β which is apparently a euphemism for having no cars. Place seems understaffed. A rental car company with no cars? Seriously?

Customer service is usually very good but I made a reservation for a Sunday pick up and there werent any cars available. I was told there would be no problem with a Monday pick up only to be told there werent any cars due to 20 cars being given to airport for a pickup. No phone call was made to inform me of this. I found out when I called to arrange pick up. No bueno
Very busy on a Friday afternoon and they were having issues with their computers. Sebastian was still able to help me very quickly and get everything squared away. Worst rental experience Iβve ever had! Sebastian told me they would pick me up right away, from the car repair place, and then the assistant manager picked up the phone to tell me it would be at least an hour before I could be picked up. I then arrange for a ride to Enterprise, and instead the driver shows up to pick me up. Complete disaster.Then, Sebastian tells me I could be in a Jeep Wrangler, or something similar...puts me on hold to βsee what cars are availableβ...and never picked back up. I arrive at Enterprise, and the assistant manager, the one who told me they couldnβt pick me up, tells me that they have no cars available! She also tells me that since I was put in the system as a βwe reserveβ, that I canβt choose my rental. Never did I ask for that type of rental status! This has been a disaster experience, and a complete waste of a morning! The assistant manager clearly has no clue what she is doing. Iβve rented from this location for over a decade, and I will never return.
I have used this Enterprise for several years now and each year the service continues to get worse. I showed up at my scheduled time to pick up my full size car that I had reserved weeks prior and was told they had no full size cars available. This has become a common issue for this location. My only option was to pay additional for a premium (Impala?) or take what they had to offer. Since I have business limitations, I had to take the Jeep Patriot they had to offer. By the time I got home and after the Enterprise had closed, I realized this vehicle had the change oil lamp on and a gas cap alarm. I also realized the vehicle had not been cleaned completely when I opened the center console to find used Kleenex and a partially drunk orange juice. Unfortunately I had to leave the next morning for a business trip and had no option but to take the vehicle anyway. In addition to all the other issues, the check engine light came on while on my trip. I made it back without any further issues to return the car but not once did a single associate apologize for the issues I had with my rental. After this experience, I will be finding another provider for my rental needs.
Wonderful renting experience! Terry and Dustin were helpful and friendly. I had a complicated rental, with a total of three vehicles over a period of fifteen days. Terry handled the vehicle changes smoothly and efficiently. Because of my peculiar circumstances, the billing was split among three different accounts. Dustin did an excellent job of explaining the charges so the bill makes sense to me. I highly recommend Enterprise in Peachtree City. If you want to rent a nice vehicle from knowledgeable and polite employees in an optimistic atmosphere, this is the place to go.

My husband and I have rented from here for the last several years. Every one there from the first time we rented have been very courteous and helpful, the experience was 5 star. Very disappointed with arriving on Thursday 4/25/19 to find that my rental that I reserved months in advance was not available to me. I was told by the agent that there were no rentals for me to rent at that time and that they would try to get me something for later in the day. I told her that this was not acceptable. I was leaving for New Orleans within the hour. I asked what was the problem with the 3 rentals that were parked outside? Her answer is what really upset me, She told me that they were reserved for other customer for later that day( really!) was I not also a valued customer? After further discussion I was given a rental with a touch of attitude. I have been a consistent customer at this location I Peach tree City for many years and had never experience this type of service. I was promised a free rental day but of course I never received it.WOW WHAT A EXPERIENCE!
I was lied.to by the managers of this location my items were stolen from the vehicle by the workers in this location. I was told nothing was in the vehicle which I knew was a lie I have proof. The manager said I will call you back she never did. Do not rent here customer service is horrible and they steal your stuff. The staff here needs training.

My rental before last was bad, I went to their lot to pick up my car, I didnt find the class that I rented online. I got very small and dirty car and to solve the problem I got a promise for free upgrade on the next rental. The next rental I went day before so I can reserve a car for the next day and get my free upgrade they promised, they didnt give me the free upgrade and they said I will just get what I find in the lot when I pick up my rental. The next day they gave me the ugliest car in the lot. I asked to change it, they told me other cars are reserved for other customers. I asked do have a double standard treatment for your customers, yesterday they refused to reserve a car for me but today you reserving cars for other customers. I was so mad for the discriminatory treatment I received. The guy asked me to hold on, he went inside for 15 min and came back telling me a customer just canceled a reservation. I received my other car and before I got out of the lot one of the workers when he was backing up to move a big SUV blocking the road and that I supposedly to get free upgrade to, he hit it against the side wall karma just I recommend if you got an accent dont go there because you wont get a fair treatment. So sad, this would be the last time to rent from them because they are taking people with different ethnic background for granted, pay more for less service and discriminatory treatment.
2757 GA-54, Peachtree City, GA 30269Was blatantly lied to by not just the branch manager but the area manager as well. Was stated a corporate policy that is not only not on their website, but one that was also unavailable for them to even show me or send me a copy of.My wife and I are both long-term customers with extensive renting history with not only this Branch but many others. But now our children were left with no one to pick them up because this Branch chooses to ignore its own written corporate policy. when I call to discuss this matter with the area manager, I was not only lied to, but was put on hold two times, both times exceeding 5 min. Meanwhile, my wife is inside the branch, telling me that theyre just standing around talking.Between me and my wife, we have rented over 90 days this year alone and theyve shown no concern and lying to us, just imagine what theyll do to you.
Staff there was great. Made me feel important. Would definitely recommend. I always like be called boss, keep that up. Surcharge for uder 25 was a little pricey but it is what it is. What sad that the cheapest car they had was a huge RAM. Really did not want to have to drive something that big.
Picked car up at 7:30am because I needed to get on the road early. Pleasant and efficient staff member. However, vehicle was supposed to be non smoking, and seemed ok (was aired out with doors open for pickup) it obviously had been smoked in. Everyone who got in noticed the smell. Also, the car only had a quarter tank of gas, which meant that I had to take time (in a hurry remember) to fill it up, and calculate how to return it without donating gas to enterprise!A clean, non smoking car with gas isnt too much to ask.
I called two days in advance of my reservation to see what I needed to bring and make sure all was good to go. I got to the location to pick up the car and found out I, in fact, could NOT rent from them without a credit card. The man I spoke to previously assured me all I needed were my license and debit card, from which they would withhold a $250 deposit. I told him I had an out-of-state license when I called. He should have informed me THEN that I had to have a credit card, not debit. I THANKFULLY found an alternative for the trip I had planned for CHRISTMAS. Enterprise will NOT ever get MY business. They almost ruined my kids holiday! Thanks for nothing.

Hard to get 5 stars from me for anything but Enterprise in Peachtree City comes very close. The folks there are always nice to deal with. Sometimes things take a bit longer but if its busy, its just busy. Cant beat them up for that. Ive rented a number of cars, usually drive what I like with only one or two exceptions. I will use them again and would definitely recommend.
Service was good even though they were super busy. The car was excellent and I loved it! The only draw back was because it is such a small location they didnt have anywhere to park my personal vehicle which I had to park elsewhere.
I work for a company that regularly rents from Enterprise, and I rent from Enterprise whenever I have a need, but I will never rent from this store under their current manager Jaimie again. As someone who had sorry multiple years working in retail and training retail managers, it carries some weight when I say that he is quite possibly the absolute worst store manager I have ever encountered in any retail establishment. I rented a car for business over the weekend at $14/day, and wanted to extend that and was told it would be $29/day. Upon looking online I discovered that I could book a new rental of a similar vehicle for $19/day, I was trying to understand the price difference. The young man helping me at the counter was very nice and began to explain the various reasons, but was interrupted by Jaimie, the manager, who felt the need to inform me that, We arent playing any games. You cant come in here and place an order (online) for a car you know I dont have and expect me to honor that. Its worth noting that I had no idea they had no intermediate cars available for rent, and I was not trying to undercut the store in any way. I was trying to understand the reasoning for the price difference and simultaneously decide whether or not to take my business to Hertz since they quoted me online at $22/day. Needless to say, Jaimie made that decision for me, permanently. I no longer care how much money I could save, I will never rent from this store again while he remains in management.
The associates were professional and friendly.The process was explained regarding the use of credit cards versus debit cards and we upgraded to a larger vehicle.The vehicle was a 2015 GMC Terrain and it was a pleasure to drive.The vehicle return was quick and easy.All in all, a great experience.We will definitely use Enterprise again.
My last business with Enterprise was two years ago . Until then I was a regular customer . I was charged for tolls in Chicago that were incorrect . Enterprise refused to help .

A great experience in renting a minivan so I could take some items to my daughter in Texas. Easy to reserve on line, easy to pick up (although busy on a Sunday), and very easy drop off the next Sunday.
If there was a zero stars that what they would get. Our insurance company sent the reservation 5 days ago and they still havent gotten us in a car. After sitting on hold for an hour 3 different times and getting hung up on twice we have had it. Then the so called manager threatening to hang up because my husband asked why they keep hanging up? Even the body shop tried to help us and they were rude to them as well. Last time we rented from then we got a car that pulled and the manager claimed it didnt and we must have done something in the 10 minutes we had it. They even had the nerve to tell us to go somewhere else to rent a car
Ive came here 3 separate times in last 3 years and each every time its been a terrible experience. This time I arrived at 5pm and there was a line of at least 3 people. No one was at the counter there was no service bell. After about 5 minutes someone came out scornfully looked at everyone, didnt say a word went to the photo copier and then left. Finally someone came to the counter after 10 minutes, followed by another. I told them upfront that I didnt want anything huge. And they proceeded to give me a Silverado. So I had asked what was the next closest location. I understand that they cant know what they have available at that exact moment so I asked if they could call and see. They in a very snobby way hesitated and acted really bothered by my request. And after some conversion they reluctantly called. When I got to the Fayettville location I was warmly greeted by everyone. The Peachtree City location could learn a thing or to from them.
The gentlemen in the store were very mannerly and helpful! I believe I reserved with Terry (hope that is correct) and he provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions! Thank you so much!!!!
I rent from the Peachtree City location at least once or twice monthly and have for several years. They are always very nice and welcoming and go out of their way to make sure Im satisfied with their service and the car. Ive never had a bad experience there.

I had the most delightful experience renting a car at the PTC Location in GA. All the personnel were pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. In 10 minutes I had a car and on my way. The return process was no problem either, quick and easy. Definitely use them in the future.

They were busy, yet fast and efficient about fixing my problem and getting me changed out with a new rental car. However, they still need to work on the cleaning skills for the cara before they give them to the next customer. I had to take mine to Tidal Wave...where I am a member and they rewashed it for me so that I could atleast see out the windows...I dont know how or why this is a problem. Shouldnt be this way when renting a vehicle atleast this time it didnt have a repulsive smell in it. Thank The Lord!!!

Terrible customer service. Id take the train or bus if available before I gave this location a dime of my money. Do yourself a favor around 5 miles into Newnan theres a Hertz ask for Jarvis hell treat you how you should be treated.

The concern is this location does more business than they can handle in regards to inventory.There is also a huge disconnect with the reservation desk and the actual store. Example: I Google the number for the local branch and when called end up with a reservation specialist. I inform her I was just handed a last minute trip and need to see if they have what I need in inventory (large executive (SUV). She tells me she can verify that, and set me up for an appointment in one hour to pick it up.I scramble to get someone to drop me and make my way through traffic from Newnan to PTC. As I get I to PTC and arrive at my partners location I get a call...High this is Tom... from the Peachtree City, Ga Enterprise and I need to cancel your reservation. We do not have any inventory. NONE.I will not go into the debocle of service provided from this point...I will only say it ended with me on hold and leading me to this review.Come on Enterprise! You are too big and too good to fumble communication and service like this!!! How does a reservation specialist see inventory that is not there? How do you allow a customer to reserve what is not there?I could have sourced a competitor in the time I was arranging support for something that does not exhist!
Rental/return process went smoothly and customer rep was very nice. I was going to rent again, but the manager was not flexible and NOT willing to honor what customer rep promised, so I had to go down few blocks to rent from the Hertz.

I reserved an SUV over a month in advance and on the morning of my pickup day they presented me with a mini van. We I asked if a confirmed reservation meant anything and I was told they dont guarantee. I ask the manager to show me the policy in writing and his response wasIm not doing this today. You can look it up online. Needless to say, I hate enterprise and will tell anyone who will listen to spend your hard earned money elsewhere! I wish I could give you a -1.

AVOID RENTING FROM THIS LOCATION AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!One of the worst customer service I had received at this location. I took a taxi there to get the rental car that I reserved online. Someone had stolen my car and my wallet, so I didnt have my ID. I showed the police report to the manager the manager wouldnt accept it. Later Called the corporate office they said police report should have been accepted and ask me to have the phone transferred to the manager, but the location had closed for the day. Corporate office made me the reservation and also arrange me to be picked up from my house. The day of the reservation no one came to pick me up, I later called the store, they said We Forgot and offered me a 5% discount. At the time of the return the discount wasnt applied and full amount was charged.
This was a great experience once again with Enterprise. They picked me up got me hooked up with a 2017 Grand Caravan with only 22 miles on the dash. We fell in love with the van because it had all the bells and whistles. Peachtree City Enterprise made our roadtrip to TX on to remember.

Not like other enterprises. Never got the car size I ordered, tried to over charge me for a extra day. And only one person was actually doing any work everyone else was just walking around. Wont rent from agsin
They play tricks with customers. While booking over phone, they will give you a low price quote and when you go to take car you will end up paying extra cost which goes $100 sometimes. The reason of this extra cost they tell that you must have talked to some other employee while booking and now you are talking to somebody else. So there is no point of taking quote over phone. It looks like you didnt talk to enterprise over phone. There are hidden terms and conditions in deals which you will come to know on the day itself when you need the car and you wont be able to go anywhere else at that point.
