Great customer service, and very competitive prices. The trucks they have are in great condition, and many of them are almost new! Their shop is also very conveniently located on Route 1. I usually have a million questions whenever I start a new business relationship and Nick was extremely patient, and nice. Very happy with this Ryder location, and I cant recommend them enough!

Ive been running trucks off and on through the years and often I have to make a reservation sometimes days or a week in advance so that they can locate the right truck and make it available for me, often we have to struggle dragging things up the ramp, My daughter who owns Glitterati Style was explaining to me how she had great success with her Ryder truck rental in Peabody not only do they have trucks available, its still always good to make an appointment, their trucks are very easy to operate and what makes them attractive is the fact that they have a power liftgate, recently I rented a 26’ truck, in less than two hours’ notice, the truck was very easy to operate. We got the job done because of the power ramp in less than half the time it would normally take to get the job done.

What a great service. Once again Ryder deliverd. It is great to see a company in such a competitive field, to separate itself from the rest. There Customer service was amazing..I called and the service dept answered, I got really nervous because I wss supposed to be picking up a truck. The guy inn the service dept told me my truck and keys were ready and waiting and i could come anytime until 11 p.m. hearing that took so much pressure off new especially since there wasnt enough hours in the day as it is already...
