Disappointed with my experience with Grad City. Planned a Trip for my daughter to visit the Bahamas which was cancelled due to the pandemic. Called customer service for assistance with a refund and instead was completely blindsided with cancellation fees and rude service. Its $350 for cancellation per student on trip ... you do the math 100 % highway robbery. Would not recommend at all!!!

Was supposed to go on a trip in June but then covid happened then I was promised my money back by mid July and everyone still has yet to receive it!!!!

GradCity was so incredibly helpful and everything you could hope to have as a high school student going on a spring break trip! Their customer service was always there to answer every call and address every concern leading up to the trip, and their staff on site made everything- from checking in, to going out, to dealing with everything that popped up- so simple and fun. If youre a high school student looking for an amazing spring break and a company your parents can trust- look no further.
