Had my first appointment scheduled for Saturday, March 19th, and the accountant never showed up! I heard them talking over the phone that she never received the schedule. Very unprofessional... Not the type of business I’d trust my taxes anymore.

I’ve always enjoyed getting my taxes done at HR block but this year was my first year filing married jointly and I have to say, Karen S. from the Peabody location made it a great experience from beginning to end. My fiances taxes were very vanilla and it was done properly and efficiently. I didnt feel extremely confident with my taxes after I left the office. People were great, welcoming, and friendly. If your taxes are simple, Id say the value is there, if it is complicated, Id research a bit more.
