I have used this company several times in the last two years. I’m very happy with them and highly recommend their company. Reasonable pricing, showed up when promised, great customer service and they get the job done. Friday, Found a hive in the tree behind my house. The size of a small football. Called Dennis the Mennis the next day. The nice person on the phone said they could be at my house between 12 & 3 PM Monday. A very nice man came at 1:30 i showed him the hive. ( I forgot his name) He said black faced hornets. He got a ladder put on a bee suit sprayed the hive & got rid of them. Thank you so much for the great service with such short notice.

BEWARE. This company has the worse customer service Ive ever encountered. 2 No shows on a guarantee service. At least 3 no return calls.Im assuming guarantee service for bat control is not profitable. Or Im guessing they think if they ignore us, well stop calling. Im only forced to give them 1 star because the receptionist was so nice.BEWARE!!

Aside from the name of the company being pretty boss, I didnt know companies still existed that do things the right way. First, Dennis actually answered the phone when I called. Second, Jim Duffy came out the very next morning in the tight 90 min. window that I was given the prior afternoon. Third, Jim definitely knew what he was doing & did a great job while putting me at ease 100%. I will never call anyone else for pest or rodent issues.

Scammery, called for mice removal. Came in and spent 10 minutes putting traps down, the mice were still present. No-Call no shows, they have 3 different numbers for the same company in different cities which is absolutely sketchy in itself. They won’t be in business for long with this type of BS

Dennis had been to my properties multiple times. Both he and his employees enstil confidence and security in there workmanship and product. They have been professional and precise in all they have done for me, and all at a great price. Dennis is a down to earth guy and I highly recommend Dennis the Menace Pest Control.

Horrid service, no-call no shows, disrespectful customer service. Take a trip to Lowe’s and save your money
