WARNING: Do not go here!!!!!! The absolute WORST nail salon I have ever gone to. Most of the workers can’t even paint nails!!!!!!!! I’m mad at myself for paying for this. I was too tired to get into an argument. This is the third time I’ve been and it has been just as HORRIBLE each time!! What an absolute joke of a salon. Disgusted.

THE WORST nail salon I have EVER been to in my entire life. (PICTURES ATTACHED) If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Came for a pedicure and a full set of acrylics at 7:30pm they made me wait an ENTIRE HOUR just to be seen and then rushed me through and tried to give me acrylics while still sitting in the pedi chair. The pedicure looks like I painted my nails quickly before I left the house-it’s got clumps and bumps all through it and they did NOTHING to scrub my calluses. And my acrylics are TERRIBLE. I have had them for 4 days and they look like I have had them for two weeks. They didn’t even push back my cuticles before applying my nails! The nails on one hand are longer than the other and they left HUGE gaps between the acrylics and my cuticles.

Very poor customer service by the manager.She cut me in a manicure and then blamed it on me. Not recommended.

Listen to staff argue for first 10 minutes - not relaxing! Terrible manicure...cuticle treatment lame, nails are misshapen and I have gel all around on my skin. First time here and last time for sure.

Maggie was awesome! She is very professional. The place is nice and clean. Best gel-dip manicure Ive ever had. I will be back to see Maggie when I am in town again.

My friend and I went to get fake nails w/ powder dip. I didnt get the name of my tech but she was nice. I did feel really rushed though. She gave me the color samples and while I tried looking, she started the process. When I was looking she would take one hand and then 5 seconds later she would take the other hand so I never really got a chance to look. Getting nails done should be relaxing and since its pricey, they should give you a least a minute to look at the color options. I just kind of panicked and picked a color that I wasnt super thrilled with. The next day I ended up painting over the nails with a pink at home. Im disappointed in that, but thats my only real complaint.The shape of some of the nails is slightly off but not terrible. The shop is really clean and the staff is friendly.

My first time going and i got maggie and she did it so well! made nice conversations and really tries to communicate with clients to make them feel comfortable! place was very clean and organized.although experience did feel a bit rushed and felt like one of the workers makes fun of clients.

The salon is so pretty. Everything was so clean and decorated perfectly! Heather did my nails and she was really quick and did a great job! Good color selection, and I like that they have a rewards program. For sure coming back!

My first time trying this place and I really liked it! The woman I had was personable and listened to what I wanted and I got exactly that!

I’ve been here 3 times already! I work in the mall so it’s super convinient to stop in after my shift. Place is clean and very nicely decorated. Staff is very friendly. I get my nails done with Maggie, she is very sweet, fast and does an amazing job on my nails. I get a full set with gel polish which is $45 total. Price is Pretty fair in my opinion.

Both dip manicures I got done here chipped & broke within days. The whole experience feels rushed and the color selection for dip is small. Definitely not worth $45. The employees are very nice but it seems like they want their clients in & out quickly rather than taking the time to care for their nails.

Me and my friends went for nails and my friend asked for Matt nails with a line of black and pink and the line was cricked and they forgot the Matt! They had one nail shiny and they put the other in Matt and the people were very rude Would not go there i regret it! My nails are bleeding still

Linh is the best!I went in for the first time here for a Dip Mani & I am in love! She took her time & she is really nice! Definetly coming again.SO IN LOVE WITH MY NAILS❤️

Absolute WORST PEDICURE EVER!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! YES, YELLING!! I could have done a better job WITHOUT my glasses on! Pedicure may have lasted 15 mins at best! No scrubbing and polish all over my toes, but not my nails! My friends toes were worse!! All the while they are talking and laughing in Cambodian or whatever...place is empty for a reason. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! SOOOOO BAD!!!!! Sorry there are not negative stars...

The woman that did my nails took an hour and 30mins to do a full set and gel nail polish... she was squeezing my fingers excessively as she was doing my nails.. also left my nails looking crooked and not professionally done at all.. they have a 72 hour fix policy where they say they will fix any issues with nails.. hopefully they will stick to that policy. I will never go here again.

Worst manicure I ever got. Rushed through took all of 10 minutes.This was my 2nd visit. My first was great. Dont think Ill return.

Worst nail shop ever. They are very rude. They charge you to fix a mistake made by them.

My 2nd experience at the place has been poor. If you’re doing Acrylics i don’t recommend you coming here since the nail tech are poor at shaping and don’t know how to give the proper color coats. I came in again to have them fix it and then told me to come back in 30 mins so i did. Just to have come in wait 20 more mins. i left without being attended. I will never come back. Although the place looks pretty it’s a no from me.The same lady did my nails. She’s the bilingual one, shorty, chubby with the glasses, and brown hair.To the lady who did my nails, please check each nail for precision. WACKEST NAIL TECH.Hope the other ones are better 💓

Gel nails and within the next day, all of them got chipped off/came off. Would not recommend.

Horrible, I paid $30 for a set of GEL nails and they were already chipped the next day as well as falling off. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Will not be returning.
