0 customer service! No hand sanitizer! Restrooms are closed all the time. Quality of this place is 0.

This has been a horrific experience my Machine wAs full of yuck I clean it out and then no water in machine and it took 1hour to complete. There is no place to call l have been coming here for years and had no one to contact

This yuck was in washer I was going to use. Cleaned it myself. Beware, not the first time a problem has came up there. One of the $10.75 washers has been full of someone elses detergent for 2 months.

The place is always nice and clean never full 🙂

No parking close to doorway. No indooor seating during Covid.

They havent update the store hours

At first I liked this place given the proximity to my house and with a broken washing machine, I didnt mind coming here till the problem was fixed. I guess it wasnt bad for a laundry mat. Some small tvs and some magazines and seats. Standard seating arrangements. I used two machines to wash, the jumbo which was $6.25 and and Large size which was $4.25 I believe.Anyway, the jumbo just took my quarters and didnt work. Since no one was working there when I was there and no sign was posted with their phone number(should have told me a lot), I had to google the place and leave a message). Ive also left 3 messages since and the out of order sign I placed is now gone, so someone either fixed it or removed it, maybe to bring in more money.The $6.00 isnt that important. The principle is. An employee told me she would leave a note for the owner to call me back and that never happened. He must not be getting his messages or not care.

New machines, very clean

Visited 3 days ago. Large washer didnt start. Swiped debit card 2nd time to get washer to start. Charged on debit card double. $15.50 for one wash. Have called 3 times and left message to call me to get credit. Nobody has returned my call. This is laundry on Foster St.

This is the closest place to me and I use it a lot bc of that. But EVERY time I come in there is at least 50% of the front loading washers out of order. And its unfortunate bc I do enjoy the fact that its LESS than 5mind away and its quite and usually empty. Every time a machine doesnt have a Out of Order sign on it theres still a 50/50 chance it wont work and you dont know till u try. I came in yesterday and the washer took $7 of my money and didnt work(non attendant hours)then my daughter uses the vending machine and it takes her$1.25 so I wait till this morning to come in and complain and even though they have a WDF service and an attendant on duty from 9-12 Im here now and have been since 10:30 knocking at the door no one is here!!! I dont know how theyd get any WDF business!!! Nevertheless Ill be back for the other attendant hours tonight from 7-9

About half of the washers, and dryers, were out of order when I visited, and it was not attended. The dryers that were operable did a decent job at drying clothes, although I was not impressed with the washing machines.

Nasty old place, half the dryers do not work and the washers are filthy
