Went into the sprint store having issues with my past service provider and didn’t think I was going to come out the store content. The store reps at this location helped me get a new phone and service with very little issue. They exceeded my expectations and made the process 10 times easier then usual. One rep named Miguel made this process smooth!!! Overall amazing experience!!!!!

The sprint store at the north shore mall in Peabody is the place to go very good Danny and Miguel are very good at there jobs and they work with you to get you the better deal I also went there to see if my moms phone can be fixed and he told me that it would be smarter to get new phone and I did and my mom loves it !!! I know you can only get 5 stars but I would give them 10 stars very good keep it up guys DANNY & MIGUEL

Currently a Verizon subscriber and recently walked into the sprint store at the North Shore Mall in Peabody MA. The guy working was great explaining all the promotions that were going on as far as trade ins as well as the new iPhones we could get with pricing etc. We have two iPhone 6S+ we were considering trading in and he had convinced us the new XS-max was what we wanted. Our current Verizon bill is $105/mo for 8GB and would be about $135 if we went up to unlimited. He showed us a sprint chart with trade in of the 6S+ and did all the math for us. We were going to have the two lines on unlimited basic and the two phones for $162-$163 per month after taxes and fees. We gave him all of our Verizon info, my license, credit card and social security number. He backed up all of our photos, apps messages etc. and had us remove all security features from our current phones. At this point we had been in the store well over an hour and he begins telling us that the trade in was not going through there was some error he could not bypass. He was great calling his supervisor and other people in the region to find out how to fix the issue. In the end he determined the offer he had spent the last hour explaining to us had expired the day before. He ran the new numbers for the best current promotion and it came to $24 more every month for 18 months...over $430 more overall.Now my Verizon phones work perfectly fine we were only entertaining this idea because it was such a good deal. I was willing to pay the extra $25-$30 to leave Verizon and join sprint but now he was asking me to pay $60 more than I would if I upgraded to Verizon unlimited. He began coming up with weird scenarios where if I opened a bank account they would give me $200 cash up front and $50 every year I keep the account open. He then offered me a plan for the same $163/mo but it was for iPhone X which has been around for a year or so instead of the brand new top of the line iPhone max I was originally offered at the same price. He mentioned with autopay I could save $5 per line and with a company discount it could be another $5 per line but wouldn’t that all have applied to the originally agreement as well? Why am I just learning about these at this point of the dealings?The sales guy began apologizing saying he was very sorry and he made a mistake and these issues were on him. He explained that the store I was in was not even actually a sprint store they are called iMobile and are a 3rd party contractor. None is this is listed anywhere except for on his business card. He began explaining there was nothing much else he could do and gave me a 800# for tele sales to call and see what they could do for me. Now I had been here close to an hour and a half for nothing. I pleaded my case to him and he made a phone call to some sprint number and they gave him a different number to call. The second number also did nothing to assist me or him. He gave me his card along with a phone number to call. He said if I could get the trade in credit into the account he opened for me he would honor the deal he spent over an hour selling me on.Very angry and defeated at this point I went home and contacted the phone number he gave me. I spent another 90 minutes on the phone while they offered me all the same deals except for the original one I was promised. They even offered to send me gift cards etc but would not give me the original deal.Props to the sales guy for owning his mistake. On a personal level he felt bad he screwed up and tried to make it right. On the flip side shame on Sprint for not backing up their promise. This man was acting as an agent of your company in a building plastered with your name and logo as well as all of your advertisements and products. The sign over the door clearly just reads sprint, as did the uniform this salesman was wearing. Just thought the higher ups in your company as well as shareholders and potential customers should be made aware of the kind of business that is going within your company.

Its always understaffed and yet always busy. Their way too slow and take things way too easy. I have an hour break but whenever I go task take way over an hour, shouldnt have to spend over an hour waiting to be assisted.
