I had used Student City when I went on Spring break my senior year of college (2017), and it was the time of my life. After my experience, I thought it would be really cool to work for them, so I applied. After the interview process, I was hired to be an on site destination staff with Student City in Cancun for 3 weeks. This was such an amazing experience for me as I was looking to do something different and fun! I got the opportunity to meet so many great people from all around the world and work with them in a beautiful place. The managers really care about their staff and their well being, and are very helpful. I was really happy to be placed in Cancun because this is one of the biggest spring break destinations. I really got to experience what student city was all about and how we make spring break the best experience for students. From being a customer and a staff for student city, I really support everything they do for students and I highly recommend students to book trips through them. If you are looking for a cool work experience, I also highly recommend applying to be an on site destination staff!

My friends and I went on our last spring break EVER for college through this company. I can say with confidence that took care of absolutely everything for us. There was never a time where I didnt know what was going on or couldnt find some help for something. I am so happy we did our last trip in Nassau, Bahamas through them. Thanks again guys.

Student city is extremely organized and wants the best for their customers. Me and my friends went to Cancun and were blown away of how efficient they were with check in, airport transfers, as well as making sure you’re all okay and find the bus back home on your way home from the clubs at night. They have a 24 hour room that’s always has representatives to answer any questions or help you with anything you need. I would definitely recommend booking with them. They made our senior spring break awesome!

Student City in Cancun left my group of 20 boys speechless. From the beginning, Student City was on the ball picking us up right on time from the airport and got us settled in less than a half hour. The Staff is smart, young, and a lot of fun. To my surprise, I was given VIP access for all five days of my trip. It entailed special access in night clubs, at the resort during the day, and the ability to really get to know the staff who put on this trip. A trip with Student City is a once in a lifetime experience and I recommend them over competitors who cant match the quality of service.

Tardy airport to hotel transportation +2 hours+6 hours waiting in the resort lobby to be assigned a room that alreadyhas someone else in it.Next assigned a room with only one bed and no linens for what should be a tripleInability of the agents to rectify any issues and they completely lie to you multiple timesThis is neither a competent or honest group of people. The student city crew was insanely helpful. They answered questions, were very attentive, and got everyone excited. The pool parties were great but the club scene wasn’t for people under 18 because they were really strict. Overall, really good!

Dont make the mistake of booking your trip elsewhere. The attention to detail, the staff and the venues make Student City unmatched. If your last spring break was trash - now you know why.

Worst spring break experience. Student city is a huge waste of money you’d be better off booking a trip on your own. They put us in a disgusting hotel with cockroaches and awful food. The student city staff had no clue what they were doing and would not help if you had any questions. Student city is an awful company and you should not waste your money, the resorts close most amenities for spring breakers and offer the bare minimum for student city guests. Don’t waste your money.

Spring break 2017 was an unforgettable experience in Cancun, and I had a blast at Oasis. From sun up till sun down theres always something to do, but my only advice would be to stay close to the resort.

I traveled with Studentcity my senior year with 40 of my football buddies. The parties were sick and it was easily the best week of my life. The staff also helped my roommate not get kicked out of the hotel, which saved me some hassle.Whats up with this Inception cruise thing? Were not in college anymore but are still down to party!

Went through Studentcity for my third Spring Break trip to the Bahamas at Superclubs Breezes Resort. First off, when booking the trip they almost got me to pay an extra 100$ per person until I noticed it myself and got them to reduce the price.Second, once we arrived in Bahamas we waited outside to be talked to then waited in line for an hour to get our room keys....I felt like I was on a middle school field trip. When we arrive just give us the room key and a brochure and send us on our way.Third, the all-inclusive resort blocked off everything except for one of the places to eat, dont advertise all these things that are available only for us to get there and find out we cant use them.Fourth, all of the nightclubs were just local bars and restaurants that they turned into a nightclub, so the drinks were crap and music was even worst. Only nightclub was at Atlantis which was over packed and only served you drinks if you were throwing tips there way when it was supposed to be all inclusiveFifth, the hotel party atmosphere was not there at all, so the review for 5 star day parties should be changed to like a 2 star.Sixth, me and my group wanted to go explore the island but werent allowed to leave for some retarded reason. We ended up just sneaking out of the place and having a great time on the island which I would highly recommend doing.Seventh, When going to the nightclub each night we had to take a taxi service that cost 5$ per person each way, never was told this when booking the trip. But of course if you got stuck in the taxi with someone that doesnt try to pay the taxi driver will pull the taxi over in some back alley and not go anywhere until you pay. Why dont you just include that in the price of the trip so we dont have to worry about that when we get there.Finally, by the end of the week all the bartenders were giving attitude to almost everyone which makes no sense, your a bartender, and we want drinks.My advice, book the trip yourself.

This company is a scam. They tell you its a flat rate for spring break. Then when you arrive they screw you over. I went to the bahamas in 2011. They told me I would have free transportation to the hotel. I arrived there and had no transportation to the resort and had to pay out of pocket. Once arriving to the resort I did not have a room. We had to wait all day for a room. You end up paying double what they say. Horrible customer service an absolute waste of money and time.

Grand Oasis Cancun. Good concept, but not very good execution. Food was terrible even though thats not Student Citys fault. Loved the parties during the day, nightlife in Mexico is sketchy.

Student City is the best organization to use when booking your college spring break experience! The contact that you have with the staff (TJ Sapienza) while planning your experience was always efficient and he always had the answers and was willing to work with me and my group with any questions and concerns we had! We went to Bahamas for our senior year spring break, and from the moment we got off the airplane, the staff was there pumping us up and making sure the airport transfers went smooth as well as check in! They had awesome things planned for the week we were there including day parties with the DJs, going to the clubs at night along with the private island party (which is a must go to event!!). This was the best spring break experience that I have ever had and it was a pleasure to work with the staff to plan an unreal senior year spring break!

LITERALLY RUINED MY SPRING BREAK. Never book with them, its a waste of your money, its overpriced, and its the worst rip off I have ever experienced in my life. Its all inclusive, but they charge you hundreds of dollars extra to go out at night. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY. So annoyed, so hurt, and so mad that I spent my hard earned money on a bullshit trip. As a college student, I work hard and am payed minimum wage at a part time job, and Im so PISSED that I spent it all on this unacceptable hotel and experience.

I just booked my trip with Arnie at StudentCity, and I know most of the students from the past three years here at Illinois have done the same. It has been an amazing process - from start to finish. Arnie is unbelievably easy to get a hold of wether its through Facebook or his direct line. The entire process has been transparent, and any questions I had, have been answered in not only the same day, but the same hour. He has made this booking process very easy for us at Illinois, with none of the headaches you normally experience with other travel companies and shady sales reps. We are all really looking forward to Cancun, and Arnie has been an integral part of making that happen!

Went to PCB with StudentCity and it was an awesome experience! My friends and I had a blast and the booking process was super easy! I have also worked onsite for StudentCity and found that having onsite staff is extremely helpful for travelers and their overall experience!

My daughter went on spring break with her college to Punta Cana. IT WAS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! When I called to speak with a student city representative, he said she would have to address one of the student reps on the trip. However, these reps on the trip are students as well and couldve cared less about helping the others with the problems ( broken showers, broken door locks,shortage of both food and water, overbooked excursions, etc. ) DO NOT allow your student to book with this company. Many students booked on their own for 1/2 the price!

I worked with another student at my school and together with Bronne Bruzgo, our student city rep, we were able to set up an unbelievable trip to Cancun for spring break. One of the best spring breaks I have ever had. Bronne made it incredibly easy to set everything up and while we were there he made sure we were all taken care of in case anything went wrong! Truly a once in a lifetime experience and it was totally facilitated by Bronne and student city. Go for it, its a wild time.
