It would be a great gym if they kept the temperature reasonable in the summer time. You start sweating as soon as you walk in the door which makes for a way too hot and humid workout. This isnt hot yoga! I wanted to go for a run because it was 90 and humid outside and I think it was worse inside. Drop the thermostat to 65 and tell your employees to dress in layers. The members should be able to work out without the sauna. You have saunas in the locker room for that!

This gym has your basic needs and the price is hard to beat! For everyone saying that it was hard to cancel their membership, you need to call ABC financial to easily cancel your account. I tried calling WOW every day for a week and it always went to a full voicemail.. had I not done my research I never would have known I needed to call ABC. Sounds like the management of WOW in Peabody is a little shady.. my experience was just OK.

This gym is TERRIBLE. I canceled my membership in February. Sent a certified letter and went to Peabody location to make sure it was all set; it was. Now I’ve been getting charged every month since then with an annual fee included for a membership I have already canceled. Then they have the audacity to call and threaten me with collections. How about I do something about you guys harassing people and charging them for services never used and services cancelled. Don’t even bother going here. The trainers are a joke; all they care about is taking your money, not training and the gym is shit. Contacted the BBB about them and needless to say they have had NUMEROUS complaints about this place and the way they are run. Save your money and go to Planet Fitness or BSC.

Tons of equipment! Friendly staff! My favorite part is that they really care about you! I’m new to the gym and my first personal training session is free! They helped me put a plan together specifically for my goals and budget! Also unlike the completion in the area they have no commitment so your not locked in for a year like at other gyms! Defiantly go tour in person before you Join another gym! They always run great specials!

I love working out here. The staff is super nice and they always say hi and bye.The staff is always cleaning. I love the barre class on Wednesday nights and the PiYo on Thursday night. The babysitters are amazing with my children. I would highly recommended the gym to anyone.

Love WoW!! I joined 4 years ago, and I was the fourth person to join. Classes and instructors are wonderful, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Members are also very friendly. All in all a great workout environment. Thats why Im still here

Impossible to cancel account. Do not sign up. If you sign up, you are locked into a contract for at least a year. Missed payments or early attempts to cancel cost a lot of money. Attempting to cancel later is next to impossible. No cancellation in person, they tell you to call a voicemail tree which is a dead end. To cancel I would recommend sending a certified letter to the gym, waiting a month, and then disputing any further charges. They’re very shady.

Finally found a gym thats 24 hours ! It has everything I need to be successful. I dont mind the drive, the area is nice and quiet. I recommend this gym often.

Staff at this gym are rude and so cocky. I showed someone a machine that was broke and all he would say was what do you want me to do about it....I dont do the repairs... And I was like..thought you work here and was polite enough to show you... And he was like...am working out now.. And I was like.just letting you as staff now and besides you dont have to be rude man.

WOW is a great basic gym that doesnt ask too much from you. I needed a place to wake myself up with a run, to train and lift some weights. This place gets it right. Predictable traffic in the morning/afternoon and thats not a problem because 24/7 service means youve got options. Staff is nice if you are. Expect the basic locker room, weak sauna temperature, and occasional treadmill malfunctions. These few things aside, I say, Wow this place gets me motivated and is so affordable!

I frequent this gym often. They have Zumba, cardio, and trx classes often. A good selection of weigh training machines. They also offer babysitting for parents.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE GYM, IT IS JUST AWFUL!!!!!!, THEY NEVER GOT IT TOGETHER WITH THE CLASSES, I FROZE MY ACCOUNT DUE FINANCIAL ISSUES AND THEY WILL TOOK $5. -1 I wish it were a bit larger, more free weights, more machines but everything is covered for sure. +2 the trainers are friggin awesome! I still need to make it back for the training I paid for before my trip to Indonesia but Scotty left and Big Homie be roving. I dont wanna take up boss man time. Yall stay true to the formula. All a gym rat needs is weights and space. I dig the minimalist vibe. No filler, WoW gets it in. 💪🏾

I used to like this gym but after I moved away they made the cancellation process almost impossible and 30 days long. Not only did I have to call the gym several times to get ahold of anyone, once I did I had to call another hotline to cancel. Once I called the other hotline I was told that I would still be charged for my annual fee because I did not cancel outside of the 30 days that the fee would kick in. Im sorry but Im sure when most people try to cancel things they dont think about A MONTH in advance. Thanks for making a lasting impression on me WOW, I will never sign up for your gym again nor will I EVER recommend it to others.

The gym bathrooms were seldom cleaned..turnover on staff was a constant and weights seldom put away from customers..worst part of the gym is the difficulty you will have cancelling your membership. You have go through what essentially a seperate service to cancel your membership and you have to mail them a certified letter in order to cancel. You will also be charged two months additionally after cancellation. For those looking to cancel you have to mail a letter to:ABC Financial ServicesP.O. Box 6800Sherwood, Arizona 72124You have to get your membership number that might be different from your ID number...basically you have to research before you cancel.If the owner cared about the gym he or she would do spot checks after regular business hours to ensure the place is clean. This includes the toilets, urinals, shower stalls and sauna.They have fugured out that people are willing to pay 10 dollars a month even if they stop going. There is some science behind that price point and thats why they make it difficult to quit.

Cheap and good service

The employees are rude and unfriendly and when the trainers are working with people they dont want you to use anything they plan on using even if they are not using it yet. They never say goodmoring or have a nice day, ever. The men never ever wipe down anything and jump from machine to machine leaving there nasty sweat.

Good gym if ur in a rush to get ur workout in, 24hrs is great.

You get what you pay for comes to mind. The facility is good for what you pay for but the other gym members is such a huge thumbs down. People always leave their weights where ever they want. During the busy time the lower weights will just be gone. Not that anyone is using them, theyre just gone (theyre probably just hidden in the womens only area and who ever took them was too lazy to bring them back). There are some seriously smelly people there that make me want to vomit so I have to move. I dont get why people think they can go to the gym and just do as they please. Its a communal space....

Best place to work out . Ive been around. This place puts everyone else to shame in my book!!!!

The gym to which I have access is closed and they have always charged me, it is not fair to call and they do not want to give me a refund, they did not send me any notification telling me that they were not going to open anymore and that is why I had not canceled waiting because no one knew I was going to happen with the COVID thing. But I thought they werent going to charge us because they were closed.
