These reviews were strong enough for me to call to schedule an appointment. I am extremely happy to say I now have a go-to plumber that I cannot recommend highly enough. Mark was knowledgeable, professional and honest. He returned my call, set up appointment and was able to complete the entire job in one day. Plumbing costs are never cheap but I feel Epics rates were competitive and reasonable because finding a knowledgeable, trustworthy plumber is priceless.
