I used the Amazon prime wardrobe return feature that allows you to drop the package and they willBox and ship out. I just got a note fromAmazon that 3 pieces were missing and they are going to charge me. They were in the box when I dropped it off.

Great store, well organized, but most of all, super-efficient and incredibly nice staff. I wish all UPS stores were this good.

The owner of this place is really kind and really knows what customer service is. I really appreciate the fact that he stayed after his closing hours, after he was on his way out the door to turn back around just so I can get the package sent. I was ok to wait till the next day.He is so kind.

Arrived at 6:01. I asked from my car if he was open, and if he could take a package, he said no. He opened the door and walked out, business must be really good, Ill find another store.

I have never been spoken to in such a rude, inappropriate, and unprofessional manner. The clerk yelled that he did not have time for this (helping with the pre-printed labels) as he started slamming objects on the counter. I immediately left the store with my 3 large packages in shock and disgust. I will NEVER go to that location again. UPS should be embarrassed by this employees actions.

I would give negative rating if possible to this Horrible UPS store location. I left a package to the store employee Jim a few days ago. He said he gave it USPS, then USPS says they never received it. It is hard to believe that such a large package can get lost in this UPS store, and nobody knew where it went. The worst part is their attitude and refusal to offer any further help. Id try to avoid this place. ZERO STARS!!

I never write reviews, but there was a particular worker that just rubbed me the wrong way.He was the opposite of warm and fuzzy when I walked in. No other customers were in the store, and I got a look from the worker (Tom) that definitely told me to go somewhere else.Tom had a sour, grumpy attitude, seemed bothered by having to help me, and did not seem to care about my needs.I left the store and went to another location, specifically because of his attitude.Associates are the face and representation of your business, and my experience was a big thumbs down. A better attitude from Tom would have made my experience tolerable.No one wants to do business with the grinch.

My 80 year old husband brought 2 very large boxed chairs to this store today. The boxes are awkwardly shaped and did not easily fit through the front door. It was very windy and my husband couldnt manage to keep the door open and get the box through. He finally managed to get the first box in, but was struggling with the second. There were no other customers in the store and the male clerk stood behind the counter watching all this laughing, but did not move or attempt to help. Finally someone in an adjoining business who saw all this came out to hold the door for my husband. This is SHAMEFUL customer service and I am disgusted. We will go elsewhere in the future..

******Update 3/22/2018*******After working with Paul (store owner), I was able to file a claim to repair the drums ($400). In addition, he reimbursed me for a significant portion of the shipping costs. He was honest, owned up to the error, and made a true effort to rectify the situation.******Original Post**********If I could rate negative stars, I would. Had them send me a set of drums to California. I was very specific in how to package them in order to arrive without damage (and paid A LOT of money to send them). Instead, they did not put any packing popcorn or material in between each drum (which they said they would), and so they all arrived incredibly scratched up. VERY UPSET.

I went in for a last-minute drop off of an oversized return box at 5:59pm. The gentleman was super kind. He was closing the store but still took me in. He opened the door for me as I was carrying the oversized box, and he took care of everything so quickly. I was in and out in 1-2 minutes!

Convenient location. Carry all supplies needed. Best of all, fast and friendly service.

I have always trusted the Peabody branch with packaging & shipping the most fragile gifts..ALWAYS received on time! Why i used FedEx office down the street, i will never know or forgive myself. A custom-designed wedding gift for my cousin was returned to me in its FedEx version of packing, smashed & split in half. I will NEVER use FedEx again!!!
