I had these guys come to my house last week to remove an oil tank from a house that I just bought. I didnt know what to expect because I have never used this company before. What they sent me were 3 of the nicest guys I would ever want working in my house. I can not say enough about how wonderful my experience with this company was. They were quick and professional. They were all very nice to speak to. I was their last job of the day so they were all covered in oil and could have been in bad moods or cranky because it was hot but they were nothing like I would expect. They were wonderful. They left the area nice and clean. They were very careful with door frames and about banging things around. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!! Due to a stay in the hospital, I had to cancel my original pickup of my ancient boiler. The woman who answered the phone was very understanding and accommodating. Once discharged, I called back to reschedule without any problems at all. On the day of pickup, I had planned to have help moving my kitchen table and chairs to make the already cramped space more accessible, but my help didnt arrive in time. Well, not only did the head of crew move table and chairs but rugs and other things for me without batting an eye. More so than that, my boiler was about 40 years old and at least 900 pounds. I dont know how these guys did it, but they did. They looked like they were hurting but still smiled and remained very sweet. Due to the weight, the head of the team was worried, letting me know I had dry rot on my stairs and that the last stair lip might break. After letting him know I completely understood, he said he had tools in his truck and would fix it because there was no way hed leave a broken stair, especially since Im dealing with a broken pelvis. The stair did not break by the way, but he still went the extra mile putting all the furniture back, straightening rugs, bringing in cases of soda that were left on my doorstep by a dropoff, and asking if he could help in any other way. My God, you just dont see kindness nor service like this anymore.
