This company has deteriorated terribly. Look elsewhere.I am a physician and have previously used Barton so I am in a position to comment.Currently, under CEO Rob Indresano, there is total chaos. They call incessantly telling you they have the perfect candidate or practice opening. When you talk, however, you’ll be fortuitous if they even know who you are never mind have your needs clear. So repetitively disappointing. I don’t enjoy complaining. I know how difficult hiring and training can be. Trust me, the services over past several months have been uniformly abyssal.

Worked for the Worcester office and lasted only 3 months before I realized how corrupt the company was. When I found a much better job offer with way better pay, I told my manager that day out of respect as opposed to just ghosting the company. I ended up quitting and come to find out, they LIED and said I was terminated with absolutely no paperwork or proof. They were clearly upset that I left. I mean let’s be real, who wants to really work for $35,000 a year before taxes? How do you expect to find good employees and stop the turnover without being willing to negotiate salaries? The place is unprofessional and your day will be filled with cold calling and finding out that doctors aren’t eligible for positions after all your hard work in closing a deal. Save yourself the headache people because this place is NOT worth it at all. Oh yea, forgot to mention they play favoritism and hand down the big assignments to their favorite employees while everyone else fights like animals for assignments. Worst experience ever.P.S. my new job offered me a pay two salary grades higher than that position after only three months at Barton so it is possible to find something way better. Don’t settle. I love my job now.

I recently interviewed at Barton Associates and did not walk away with a positive feeling. Both people I interviewed with said they took the job because they needed a job right out of college. When I asked their process for finding and hiring candidates, I was made aware that they don’t run background checks on anyone. In recruiting, this is something that should ALWAYS be done. The office is full of recently graduated college kids, which is fine, everyone needs to start somewhere, but it’s bad etiquette to say in an interview that the person you’re interviewing is hired. It shows that the company is going to view you as disposable and not value you at all. There was also close to no diversity. I was offered the position and when I respectfully declined, I got a phone call asking me why I decided to not move forward with the offer. In the middle of me telling the woman why I would not be accepting the position, she hung up on me. I’m very happy that I chose to turn the offer down. If this is how someone is treated because they choose to not work for your company, I can’t imagine how the other employees are treated.

Don’t work here! Most of the managers are young and unprofessional who have their favorites. Was there for 1 year, first day I started felt like I was just thrown out on the floor, wasn’t trained the right way then got written up for things I had no idea about bc of poor training! Lack of communication with management! I was spoken to first week for asking questions about the job, went into work every day walking on egg shells! Was written up several times for asking questions! I signed a PIP form bc apparently my job performance didn’t meet there expectations only to by them some time to find someone to replace me. 1 month later after couple no shows to interviews for my position and a no show for a new hire they hired someone who’s starting Monday! They asked me to go into work today at 7 am and fired me! That is just plain cruel, I didn’t meet their expectations but was good enough to stay there a month until they found a replacement! Horrible place to work for, unprofessional and could care less about their employees!

Very poor experience! Barton is extremely greedy and does not operate according to the normal 20-25% contract fees normally required by an agency. They will try to take much more than your fair share and you will likely not get the job you are aiming for!!!!!!

Shady place. Had a job interview there and the employees made the job sound like they trick physicians into working for them.
