I would recommend Dr. Pastore and his staff (especially Nicole) to anyone who needs a root canal. They were kind, reassuring and patient. This is kind of a scary thing going into for the first time and they were amazing.

If I could give this group of people more than 5 stars I would! I was referred by my dentist to them for a root canal, I walked in the ladies at the counter where great! Very friendly and welcoming they address you as soon as you walk in the door. Cheryl came and took me back to the room for some X-rays and to let me know the game plan, she is absolutely the best! We talked the entire time and she explained the process to me I’ve never had a root canal done so I was worried and she reassured me it was going to be painless and I had nothing to worry about, Dr.Yuri came in and let me know what he was going to do he gave me some Novacaine and I ended up needing more than what they regularly give he was by far one of the best dentist I’ve ever had to deal with. Thanks everyone for making my visit as stress free as you could, keep up the good work!

I cannot recommend this group enough!!! I had serious anxiety about my root canal treatment, but they helped me through it. Dr. Shah is obviously a very skilled and knowledgeable Endodontist. She was so compassionate and understanding, and made me feel comfortable. The first assistant I met with this past Wednesday was a doll!! She listened, was caring and incredibly compassionate. I apologize that I dont have her name. And my assistant during the procedure, Sheryl, was top notch!! She is also in the right job. She really, really helped me get through my procedure. I have dreaded root canals since a very bad experience with my first one 40 years ago. I have been seeing Dr. Paul Talkov and the staff at North Shore Endodontics in Peabody for a few years now. I can honestly say that I am now totally at ease when going in for a consultation or root canal. They take great care to see that I am completely comfortable and pain free. They keep me informed throughout any procedure, offering alternatives when available and unbiased professional advice. I feel like family when I am there.

The care I received from the staff was amazing. I was nervous as it was my first root canal. From check in to the medical procedure, they were respectful and highly competent. There was no pain during the procedure and still feeling well 5 hours after. Can not recommend them enough!

Dr. Shah was excellent! She is very knowledgeable, and was very, very professional. I would go there anytime!A few days after I was examined the first time, it was necessary for me to have an emergency root canal, and Dr. Singh was the doctor. I have had a root canal before, but I was so impressed at her kindness and gentle, yet knowledgeable manner. She is by far one of the best dentists that I have ever seen, and if I ever need a root canal again, I will ask for Dr. Singh specifically. She was tremendous! Excellent work, guys!!!

Who loves a root canal? No one, probably, but North Shore Endodontics made it pretty bearable. The entire staff is professional, providing full information about whats happening, as well as very kind and sensitive. HIghly recommended.

Fantastic!! I have had root canals before but Dr. Andrew Bradley is the best!! He is professional, informative and warm in his care of you. I never felt a thing and the pain I have had for two months is gone. His staff is also extremely professional and great problem solvers. My appointment was on a snowy day that created multiple accidents on Rte 128, delaying the doctor. The staff made me comfortable, kept me informed of his progress and thought of other alternatives (another site etc.) The receptionist even moved other patients so that Dr. B was able to do all he needed to for my root canal so that I did not have to come back. Superb service and competence.

The staff was extremely proactive and accommodating during my infection emergency. Dr. Shamritsky concisely explained all the issues I was confronting, was thorough in answering all of my questions and recommended a reasonable protocol. The root canal was easy and pain-free. I recently underwent root canal therapy (8/7/19). Although it couldn’t quite be considered an emergency visit, pain from a crown prep less than a week earlier was becoming increasingly intolerable, and necessitated a call to my dentist, Dr. Nguyen, who highly recommended that I call this office and schedule a consult. Within 24 hours I was sitting comfortably in a chair and Dr. Pastore, along with his assistant Jen, were taking good care of me! Truth be told, I am not your average patient, as I require communication and progress updates, which Dr. Pastore and Jen willingly obliged and provided! My procedure was uneventful and relatively pain free! There was some funky pressure at times, which Dr. P confidently assured me was very normal and nothing about which to be concerned. In less than two hours, I was back to work, relieved that my root canal was over! One week and a day later, my tooth is fine and I cannot wait to ditch this temporary crown for my brand new one! In closing, I would have to say that this practice prioritizes patient comfort and satisfaction above all else! If the situation arises and you require an endodontic procedure, please do not hesitate to call this office! You will not be disappointed!

I was referred to this practice by my dentist who discovered a serious infection in a back molar requiring a root canal. Despite my unfortunate inherent skepticism toward unfamiliar (and especially young) medical providers, I soon became confident in Dr. Samantha Synenberg, who performed my surgery calmly, quickly, reassuringly, explaining what she was doing as she proceeded (which is very calming for me), all in spite of the nastiness of my infection. I very much appreciated her professionalism and patient, quiet kindness, and I would certainly return to her if/when the need arose, and readily recommend her, and Brookline Endodontics if she is representative of its other practitioners.

I had a root canal done recently by Dr. Bradley there and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of this practice. The convenient location, the high-tech equipment, the efficient administrative staff, the technical skills and the personal warmth of the doctor and assistants, the complete absence of pain, the concern that the doctor showed for not only my dental health but also the financial impact of the procedures, everything was above and beyond what I expected or previously experienced. I highly recommend them to anybody in need of a root canal.

Was referred by dentist for an emergency visit. Was suffering from an infected tooth, and could not open my mouth all the way for an x-ray. Rather than the external scan the assistant recommended, the doctor literally forced the device into my mouth and pushed it back until I gagged. I was appalled. I was led to believe by the referring dentist that they would do an extraction, which is what I opted for. I was told they dont do extractions and unfortunately had to leave untreated, with an infected tooth.

Was there for an evaluation and scan. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Very easy to schedule appointments. I would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Andrea Chung Shah is a superb endodontist. She is so careful and precise that afterwards I had minimal swelling and got by without taking any pain medication. Since seeing her I found out that a family member also went to her and had a similar, great experience. Root canals are tricky and its a relief to know an endodontist who is as skilled as Dr. Chung Shah. Her dental assistant Taylor is really competent and nice too.

So the first word that comes to mind is WOW! This practice as a whole goes above and beyond in their patient care and overall experience. Having a tooth pain can affect your work, life, etc. It is painful and awful. These amazing people were able to fit me into their busy schedule and Dr.Bradley must have magical hands. I didnt have any pain during the procedure and by the end of the day, my pain improved immensely. Dr. Bradley and the fantastic,hilarious, and caring support staff made one of my worst days into a great day. Thank you for everything!!

The entire process -- from scheduling to registration to treatment -- was handled very professionally. Dr. Synenberg did a terrific job.

Dr. Bradley is very knowledgeable, very patiently explaining all the treatment options, and walk you through to make the best one based on the situation of your teeth. He did a really good job in the root canal, and was very responsive for the followups.

The staff and doctor are great, everything went very smoothly. My only recommendation would be to have patients pick up prescriptions prior to surgery so they can go home right away to ice!

I had a root canal done. Scheduling was easy, and my surgeon Dr. Shah exudes competence, and is very nice. Only complaint is how ghastly expensive it was!
