I called once and right away they came out to inspect and told me exactly what we needed and what we needed to have done. He didn’t try to sell us on anything we didn’t need. I will definitely keep them for further work. Thank you!

I wish I could give zero stars. I had a chimney cap installed which didn’t even last a year. During a storm it blew off (mine was the only one of course) and it was due to an improper installation. I called and the owner stated it was their error and he would be happy to reinstall for no charge. I was instructed to leave the chimney cap on the side of my chimney and he would be out in a few days to reinstall. After several weeks and several phone calls it was never done. I called again and was able to get in touch with the owner who now said it would cost $190! I advised him on his previous promise to fix it and he agreed to take care of it that coming Saturday. Well needless to say he never showed. When I got in touch with him, he said “Oh I didn’t see it so I drove off.” I informed it I left it exactly where he had told me to just 2 days before. When I explained that to him and said you must not have got out of your car, he said he would take care of it Thursday and again he didn’t show. After a few more back and forth phone calls with empty promises the OWNER who also does the installations stopped returning my phone calls. After over 4 months of back and forth I gave up. This company and the owner is an absolute disgrace and is the definition of a shoddy businessman. Spare yourself the aggravation and empty promises and use a legit company.

Had this company come to my house for wood stove clean & chimney sweep. Came at on time cleaned everything. Checked chimney, Cleaned up after done. Would never know he was their, Super job !!!

I wish there was a 0 stars option. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They claim to inspect and clean chimneys but someone came and vacuumed my fireplace and quoted me for $750 of additional parts (one of which was the damper that had just popped out of place because the chimney was so dirty but since he didn’t clean it, the leaves and soot didn’t allow it to go back in place). I was promised a refund three months ago and no one will answer my calls or respond to my texts or phone calls. Terrible service and an unprofessional owner. This place is a scam.
