I went to the Do it yourself wash just to rinse my car off, and for the first time in my life, The Spot Free Rinse was actually SPOT FREE !!! My car is Black, and every other Spot free rinse Ive ever used anywhere else, always left Water spots, but I was Very Very Satisfied with the spot free rinse here. I will Definitely come here often.

The guys are friendly and courteous. You can do drive through or wash yourself in a bay. I chose the drive through. Very satisfied. They were recommended by my son in law who is incredibly picky. 😉

Staff was excellent!! They made sure my SUV was nice and scrubbed off before entering the wash, and for the car wash it self it is one of the best ones ive been in around this area. Love this place. I own an Armada and it wont fit in most automated carwashes. Maddys has one of the only automated touchless facilities on the North Shore. Great place!!

1st time I went here I asked for the volcano with tire shine gave the worker my debit card and he charged me for the mangers special said my car will still look nice. NOPE NOT NICE AT ALL rims were still dirty doors still had salt residue on 3 of them. Probably because the worker was lazy and didnt use the brush on my car ;4 it went threw. 2nd time I went I asked for the volcano with the tire shine well the tire shine wasnt working but this time my car came out a little cleaner than the first time rims still dirty and salt residue on the lower half of my car. DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. IF YOU DO WASH YOUR CAR YOUR SELF YOU HAVE THAT OPTION!!!

The touchless is useless. paid $20 (Max amount)nand it just went from bottom blaster, to hot wax, to clear coat protection, dpot free rinse/dry.No pre soak, no foam soap. no wheel or tire spray. just directly into wax?Then to boot during dry, the nozles are leaking over the car re wetting it

I washed my car here using the touchless car wash and it worked very well.

Slightly Overpriced compared to other car washes. And doesn’t clean vehicle at all. touch less or brushes there was still dirt on doors. There are much better options in the area

24h no touch, drive thru. Very convenient. Works well enough. Self serve bays and a full drive thru with the brushes etc also

The only car wash I will go to. Today I chose the drive-in touchless just to quickly wash off the winter salt and grime. Their punch card is also good for a bonus car wash.

Disrespectful owner talked me down and started bragging how he owns the place for 30 years. So unfortunate.

Plenty of self-vacuum stations - at least 9 from what I counted. Rates for vacuum are $2. Staff is very friendly & helped my friend and I when we were confused with signage. Our car is now super clean - Ill definitely be returning here the next time I need a car wash and/or vacuum

Touchless washer is a good option if you dont have the means to wash during winter. The credit card machine for the touchless was broken few times I went, would love to see it fixed as I dont always carry exact change. The driers on the most expensive option are great as they make three passes and get most of the water off the vehicle. Location is great too for me. Would recommend.edit: I read the owners response. Unfortunately I’ve tried multiple cards with every orientation including the strip up and to the right and it didn’t work but next time I will go to the office if it doesn’t work. Still a solid touchless bay but I recommend bringing cash just in case.

Wanted to use the power washer in the bay to get the pollen off my vehicle. The pay station said a min of $3.50 needed to be deposited. When I ran my credit card through, it charged me $5 instead. After rinsing my vehicle and then driving down the road, the water started to dry, I noticed a disgusting film/discoloration was remaining all over the vehicle. The water being used is disgusting!!!

Good local car wash lots of bays afor self wash and has a high pressure bay. The touch free system does a good job too

Paid 19$ for touchless automatic, machine was broken, no attendant even there during advertised open time.EDIT:Not even 24 hours after I had an issue, I was contacted by Mike with not only the solution to my issue but a sincere apology for the machine being down.I really do like the prompt response and attention to customer satisfaction A+++++ customer service. I will be happy to continue going to Maddys Car Wash!!

Touchless option is basically worthless, the undercarriage spray is nice for salt. The rest of the touchless leaves youre car looking like you washed it with muddy water

URGENT AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I brought my car to the touch less wash it took my 20 dollars and didnt wash the car there is no one there to help. Its a rip off. I lost 20 dollars trying to wash my car. I will be contacting the better business Bureau. They dont even answer the phone.

Tried this place out twice in the past 2 weeks on my way to work Im a touchless wash kinda guy overall the touchless system is not too shabby this place is certainly better than other places the drying system needs to be worked on but thats just me knit picking I came out of the bay today and their was water all over the car no biggie ....there was a huge line for the touchless owner is sitting on a gold mine 💲💲💶😎😎😎

Touchless car wash works as good as any other. Vehicle comes out pretty clean for what it is. The reason for 4 stars is because of its location and the equipment goes out of service once in a while which is inconvenient.

Ive only used the Touch-less & its good. Its not perfect, but the best in the Danvers/Peabody area. Salem Car Wash is truly the best on the North Shore but inconvenient for me. I docked a star for not a perfect wash as well as the steep price. There is little choice on the North Shore, so I guess they can get away with it.

I wouldnt recommend using this car wash. Its a rip off and besides your in such a rush to vaccum and wash the car cause its so short that I forgot my truck protector to put back in the car. They couldnt put it aside so I could pick it up! Now its a $200/car wash!
