Keymasters is great. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready just a couple of hours later. They installed a new remote starter for me and it works great. Angelo was really helpful. I’m very happy with the service.

Had a vehicle remote starter installed on my 2013 Toyota RAV4 Limited by Angelo at Keymasters. Prior to my appointment he took his time to provide me with all the necessary info I needed. I am a person who asks too many questions but he was very patient and gave knowledgeable responses to my inquiries, for that reason I drove 62 miles to his shop, sounds crazy but it was worth the 1 hour ride. I was late for my appointment but he still accommodated me. His work environment is clean and well kept which is a reflection of the quality of his work. His installation is immaculate, no messy wiring, scratches or damage to my interior trims. Price point is decent, better than the dealership and there are no hidden fees! I will definitely return to have my wife’s car done as well. I highly recommend this place!

Last month I purchased a FOB from Keymasters in Peabody for my 2011 Lexus GX460. I couldnt ask for a more positive experience. The FOB was exactly per the manufacturers spec and the set-up was quick and painless. The price for the FOB and set-up was far lower than what my local Lexus dealer had quoted. I wholeheartedly endorse this customer-friendly company.

My employment includes a lot of travelling, my vehicle was inoperable and was towed to two different Mechanics they could not figure out.the issue, all they stated it was an electrical issue iam over a wk in the rental wasting money and time . Excellent service, went above and beyond, willing to work with the speaker system I purchased separately and installed for a fair price. He even came out to where I worked when we had a hard time making an appointment which was really helpful. Would definitely use their services again, highly recommend.

Stopped in Saturday to have a few keys made for an old Tacoma, the only key we had to make a cope from was split. Guy made three keys for us and it wasn’t easy. Felt incredibly bad only paying $15 dollars as it was not an easy task. He could have easily said no but did it without a problem was nice and professional. The waiting area is very clean and offers tv, magazines, coffee water, comfortable chairs and a couch. Could not have been more impressed. Thanks!

Angelo has been great.Angelo was preparing to install the remote starter in my car and found that there are variations between models for the year of my car. He made sure he knew which model and options I had before I showed for my appointment to ensure he had everything he needed.Service is great, prices are better than you would pay at the dealer. And they can make/get all types of keys.

Angelo is amazing! He installed a remote starter on my car and I am absolutely in love with it. I love it so much I talked my mom into getting one from him as well on her car. Its so nice to be able to start my car from my warm bed. It literally shaves 5 minutes off my morning routine. Angelo also made me a fancy flip key that I also love. Angelo is a stand up guy, with great customer service. I originally wrote a bad review, after being stood up a couple times from someone he outsourced. Even though it was not technically his employee, it unfortunately left me with negative feelings towards the company. Angelo at Keymasters was a sweetheart not only made a total of 3 keys for me provided a Generous discount in addition to that, he programed the car door entry code that the dealership tried to charge me over 50 bucks for. The Dealership would have over $300. I wouldn’t go anywhere but Keymasters. They will take good care of you as well as provide top-of-the-line service. Ask for Angelo when you go there.

My wife lost her key/fob to her 2008 Chrysler Sebring. I called Keymasters in Peabody. With just a few questions the Tech was able to determine the precise key/fob that we needed. His price to get the key/fob, cut it, and program it was substantially lower than all the competition. He got the key/fob in 2 days. I could not have asked for a better response. I highly recommend them.

Lost my keys off my boat on a Sat. at 5pm. Text Angelo at 12:15 am while waiting for AAA. Got a response at 12:35 am. Gave all the information he needed and Angelo had my truck up and running by 1pm Sunday afternoon. Great service. Price was way cheaper than expected. Great place to go to when you need service. Sent the VIN and Ubered over when I lost my keys. Keys were ready by the time I got there and all three worked perfectly. Significantly lower than dealership prices, and the dealerships are closed on Sunday and this place wasnt. Great service, great keys, got me out of a jam in a hurry.

Angelo was so patient and kind with all the kinks we had to undergo between CoVid appointment setting and my own emergencies that got in the way. He was specific with quoting pricing - as well as, time needed to program the replacement key. As much as I hope I never have to replace a FOB key again -- if I did -- I would go back to KeyMasters Peabody, MA. Hey - keep in mind he does remote starters, dash cam and reverse cam too !!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! Had an awesome experience brought my 2005 Jeep grand cherokee here because the one key I had remaining was intermittently working. They took my key apart gave it a quick little solder and it worked like new since I only had 1 key I thought it was smart to get another remote unlock and car key and it was only 125 for a brand new key!! The dealer quoted me 575 for 2 ... Super good deal highly recommend in and out in 20 mins and free water and coffee while you wait

Great experience with Keymaster! Angelo was who I dealt with and he could not have been any better to work with. He installed 2 dvd played in the headrest of my highlander and it came out great. He had a flexible schedule, quickly finished the job and I got my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off. When I picked it up he walked me through how the equipment worked and showed me all the features. Quality job completed with awesome customer service and a great overall experience. I had a broken key remote that I had came in with. They fixed the one I came in with and made a me a new one as well. Was nervous at first until he told me the price. Seriously way cheaper then the dealership. They move fast and friendly staff! Highly recommended !

Wow. I’d lost my fob to my Acura. Finally got tired of using my Valet key. Could have gone to the dealer and pay mucho bucks. On a whim, looked up fobs on FaceTime, and Angelo texted me all the details. Walked in the shop, within 15 min, I was out the door with a brand new working Fob. Excellent quick service. Free coffee too! Karl’s German Sausage is right around the corner—you can go there for lunch with the time saved from the quick service.

Great service and they know everything about cars and remotes

Never got a call back for 3 weeks after the visit (though was told that they will give a call back in a week). Called back and was told that they cant order the parts.

They lost the original Audi logo on my key. New key fob electronics are internally damaged. They key was not programmed. Offered a refund but refund was not provided. Customer beware of incompetent and rude employees.
