Went to the Factory Yard Reunion Party & had a blast seeing old friends I havent seen in years - some decades! Drinks/beers were very inexpensive here and if I remember the hall rental was a great deal, I had my daughters baby shower here! The party continued at the Stonewood Tavern in Peabody for a night of dancing & partying!! What a blast!

Huge space, clean and cheap. People are wonderful and always offer help in everything. 100% recommend.

Recently had a baby shower there for my grand daughter the place was immaculate, bathrooms extremely clean, plenty of parking,the bar tender was very helpful n pleasant before, during and after the function If u r thinking about a function hall I would highly recommend this hall n the price of the hall was very reasonable

Im assuming its a private club. I was invited to a birthday party at this facility. felt as though the bathroom was outside due to how cold it was in there. it was also really smokey from cigarettes. my clothes smelled really bad after spending just an hour and a half there.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. They treated us as if we did not pay them money to be in that hall. When I asked the gentleman for spoons, he mockingly and rudely laughed before offering them to me. Completely unnecessary. They also started to kick us out 10 minutes prior to the time we paid for. Overall, awful experience and will never rent this hall again. Would give them zero stars, if possible.

Not even worth one star. Place was dirty and smelled of smoke. I DJed there and the woman who did the bartending was rude and very unprofessional. Not worth your money, go elsewhere!
