I am very pleased with the service i recently received during my visit. Due to the customer service and the information that the worker Heidi provided i did not turn away like i did at other storage facilities. I showed up with my elderly Father to empty a storage unit, with the expectation that they’d have dollies - based on the first time I was there. None to be found and the front desk person was entirely unhelpful,yelling is to “go find one”.

She seems very knowledgeable about the workings of the company and how to manage her site. The site itself is great too, simple and easy navigable. I will continue to stay, mostly due to the ease of using Public Storage because of the employees.

Public Storage in Peabody MA is fantastic. The storage facility is clean,elevators always work, gates work, there is always carts to carry yourstuff up and the lighting is always woring. Valentino in the office aswell as the other staff are always pleasant, friendly and helpful. Theyreally know customer service. Ive had a couple of storage bins throughother companies in the past and have always had issues, and this is by farthe BEST storage facility around. I highly recommend Public Storage inPeabody MA. I want to thank Valentino and Jillian for a smooth experience in determining the best unit and price for what we had to store. Very efficient, accommodating and courteous (which is very hard to find these days). Everything was explained from A to Z - the price, the size of the unit, the accommodating features such as keeping the doors opened so that items can be brought in and out with ease, the correct locking mechanism to use, the auto pay so we are not charged a late fee. My husband and I walked out of the Public Storage in Peabody without any remaining questions - and thats saying something! You have two great employees! You should be very happy.
