I highly recommend you stay clear of this company. Frigidaire recommended that we use them to repair the ice maker on our refrigerator, which was purchased 6 months ago. The technicians came to take a look and said the parts would be available in 5 days. After several calls to Frigidaire, they said the parts were never ordered and sent the parts directly to me, as well as another set to the them. Six + weeks later, they arrived and installed the parts. On their invoice they said Works fine. Needless to say, it doesnt work. When I called the technician to have them come out again, he said that doesnt make any sense and that I was wrong. He then began to shout it again and again, after I kept insisting that it doesnt work. I even sent them an email with a video showing that it did not work. In short, after insisting with Frigidaire, another company is now scheduled to come and repair the unit - hopefully correctly, this time.
The customer service rep was reasonably easy to talk with on the phone, and the service tech could come check on our washer the same day. The tech was great. He figured out what was wrong, and told us we should probably just get a new washer because it would be more cost efficient. Would use again.

Supreme Appliance is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and have a B- rating. They have poor customer service, are unresponsive, and have no respect for their customers or the warranty companies who contract them. Do yourself a favor and call another company for your service needs. Supreme is guaranteed to disappoint.I have been without a dishwasher FOR OVER A YEAR, and a washing machine for almost one month. They will give you the runaround.
If you would like poor customer service then Supreme Appliances Service is the company to use! I contacted the business as they were listed to repair Frigidaire appliances. I used this business over a year ago to fix my washer, fast forward to today and it has gone completely down hill.Not only did the technician nor front office let me know that they had to re-schedule due to scheduling but when they did come, I informed the technician to not use my driveway, and still did it anyways!After repairing the dishwasher, I noticed a few issues that were not there before after the technician left. Two technicians came back to inform me that new parts were needed. Usually, I was the one who was calling the company to follow up. I would be told by the technician that the front office would call me, and crickets. This has been ongoing for more than a month- more money, more time wasted, and me doing their job for them. I would leave voice messages, with no call back.I would not recommend this business to anyone until they figure how to run a business, better serve their customers, and become more professional.
Supreme Appliances Services were assigned to my claim via a home warranty for a problem with my fridge/freezer. They came by very soon after the claim which was promising and appreciated, but they left not long after they arrived without really doing anything aside calling the manufacturer. They just said they needed to change an item (electronic board I think) without any further explanation and on their way out (in a hurry it seemed). It was a Thursday or a Friday, and they promised to call me the following Monday. That was a week ago and I am still waiting to receive any news... I left a voicemail, but they have not called me back either.Update: it took a long time but they have finally come through and resolved the problem. They explained that they ordered a replacement part and the manufacturer did not send the right one and they had to re-order it.The big room for improvement is for communication with the customer.I updated the rating to 3 stars.
New to the area, I googled Liebherr Fridge repair and found Supreme Appliance Services. Raphael was good at understanding what the needs were (ice maker not working) and she booked a appointment for the next day. Vito arrived on time and assessed the possible problem. I was told that it would take a week or more to get the part needed and that I would get a call to rebook. I received a call two days later and they booked a time that Monday and addressed the problem. Vito was honest about the problem and a took care of the issue. I recommend them for all your appliance needs!
Do not use this company!!! Twice they ordered the wrong part for our dishwasher and then charged us twice for service even though they told us we would get a credit for the first visit since they had ordered the wrong part and couldnt actually do anything! The entire process took months to get resolved. Will never use them again!
They have not fixed the problem with my appliance. Two guys came out to look at my fridge and never followed up or came back. I have been calling since June and Rafaela always says she will call me back and never do. Very unprofessional. Today I called and I was told by rafaela that she does not work for me and she hanged up.
The worst I’ve ever worked with. They were appointed for me through AHS and they are not able to offer a proper service. Since 8 weeks I wait for my cooktop to be repaired. They never call back, don’t show up for appointments and are lying about parts ordered through AHS, that were in fact already delivered to them.
We called Supreme Appliance Service to repair our microwave because the company is listed as an Electrolux authorized servicer. They returned our call quickly and came 3 days later to repair our microwave. Unfortunately they were not able to repair the microwave that day and took the microwave with them. Since then the service has gone completely down hill. Supreme Appliance Service has now had our microwave for 2 weeks. At first the microwave would be fixed in a couple of days according to Supreme Appliance. Then, they needed a part that would take 5 days to get. Even with the part and the microwave supposedly repaired, we can not get them to return with the microwave. For some reason that isnt clear to us, they couldnt fit us in last week so after multiple calls to them, they said they would come Monday between 2-4. Because we received no communication from them today, we called to confirm that they would in fact arrive today and learned that once again they are not coming. They claim they are coming tomorrow but I suspect there will be some other excuse. We have paid for the initial service, the parts, and they have our microwave. I do not recommend this company.
Differently from some previous experiences reviewed here I can only say that this business have provided an excellent service to our work place.Now...Expecting an AAA service acting as a S customer will occasionally not happen. We are humans and mistake may happen, but only the braves and honest people fix it and make it work. Overall every professional deserves to be treated with respect.For this Business my vote is YES +
So I am surprised by others reviews. My fridge was under manufacture warranty. They originally sent out another company that dodged me for over 1 month saying the part was on back order. After complaining to manufacture they sent supreme appliance. Night and day technician fixed fridge within 15 minutes of arriving. Then realized that because took so long to fix the other issue the compressor was starting to have issues as well. Recommended we replace ordered new part came out 2 weeks later and problem resolved. I highly recommend.
If I could give this company a zero star rating I would. We had Supreme Appliance recommended through our home owners insurance over a year ago to fix a problem with our 5 star oven/range. They have been completely inept with their services. They had to come to our home so many times that I lost count, their excuses were always they didnt have the right parts and kept assuring us that they could fix the oven so to just stick with them. We believed them. Finally the owner of the company came out to look at the stove. He claimed he was the best in the surrounding area to fix 5 star appliances, it was his specialty. He was completely disrespectful to me and my husband but said he could get the job done but gave us the same excuse as the previous technicians I need to order more parts. We should have stopped using him after how rude he was to us but we had been dealing with this for over a year and figured he promised he could fix it. Once the parts came in they cancelled and reschedule our appointment multiple times. The last time they didnt even call to cancel, they just didnt show up. When my husband called the next day they said that they canceled our contract with the home insurance because they didnt want to deal with this issue any longer. The customer service and the quality of service are absolutely HORRIBLE. I dont know how much longer a place like this can stay in business. Dont believe anything they say. A previous person said that they needed to come back 6 times to fix a GE Washer.....what kind of a company who is capable of doing their job has to come back 6 times?! I am mad at myself for giving this company so many chances. They are THE WORST. The owner is a terrible business man with zero respect for anyone. Good luck if you still decide to use this company after reading this review.

Poor customer service. The owner does have any good manners to speak with customers. Waited for them for 2 weeks to get back with a replacement part for my dryer after their first visit that did not fix the issue. I tried calling him to get an update on parts and all I got was that they received lots of parts for lots of appliances..... they he repeated the same thing a few days after promising he was going to get back to me. Never didI dont know why they think are so special that people have to wait for ever !I wish appliance manufacturers verified these unprofessional clowns more thoroughly before they sent them to the customers home.
Overall good experience. They were sent to cover a warranty repair for our washing machine. First visit the guys diagnosed the problem, second visit they fixed it and made some improvements to the ducting that was outside the scope of the job.
Referred to them through an extended warranty company - the office person could not communicate well, didnt call back to confirm, they missed two appointments and when we called again (fourth time) the owner said he couldnt get here for another four days so the extended warranty provider would have to find us another company. When I asked why they never called to let us know they wouldnt make the appointments the owner hung up on me. Please beware.
They stole money from me. For a $35 part, I ended up paying $208. They owed me a refund and would not return it. They are corrupt. I did not order the earring part, I explained the problem over the phone to your secretary and she ordered the wrong part. After we discovered the problem, your team explained that your secretary was new and that you would order the correct part and I would be refunded my $80. You lied and stole my money. That is was actually happened.
Supreme has been my go to appliance repair place for the last 18 years or so. Everybody else screws it up.
We chose this business purely for a recommendation of picking a name out of a hat, bad idea. They charge between $90-$120 for a service call, which is charged before they will even come to you. Unfortunately, their accuracy in record keeping, names, telephone numbers, emails, is poor. You will need to allow time to follow up for an actual estimate for your repair. They tend to email you a total and think its acceptable. I would love to submit a random total, but in the business world we all know accountants dont go for that.If you think about warning other consumers about their business practices, think again. They dont respond well to constructive criticism or being corrected. After writing a review on the BBB, they decided to return our unit and refund the $120 versus attempting to work out the issue. A sure sign of a sketchy business practice if Ive ever seen one. Normally, companies apologize for a miscommunication, in this case, they claim to be the best business ever!
Absolutely absurd. Our oven handle is broken and has rendered our oven unusable for an entire MONTH. They told me they would order the part to fix this TWO weeks ago and they scheduled the repair for TODAY. They didnt show up, so we called and they STILL have not ordered the part. This will take 7-10 days to come in and THEN we will have to schedule the repair after that.I AM SO ANGRY. If there was a way to take legal action against this company, I would. I have NEVER been treated this way in my life by any company. This is absurd.
I’m really not sure what all the negativity is about. I have to admit I was very skeptical based upon all the negative reviews I read about using Supreme however we went forward based upon our homeowners insurance recommendation. Yes, it took over a week to get an appointment and then several delays (weather related) before they arrived. This was followed by more time as parts had to be ordered to complete a difficult repair.... but that was all very justifiable and the communication with the office was excellent. Outside of that, I have never been so impressed with the promptness and courtesy shown by ANY repairmen. Their knowledge of my stove (temperamental Thermador) was impressive as was the attention to detail in keeping the workspace clean and tidy during and after working on the stove. The respect they showed my house by laying down blankets for a workspace and even removing shoes before entering is just not common anymore. So I wholeheartedly recommend them and say thank you for the time and attention they invested in making sure I was satisfied and my stove was in working order again.
American Home Shield (AHS) sent Yesterday (23-Sep) the technicians from Supreme Appliances to my home to fix dishwasher. They told me the motor has to be replaced and they strongly recommend that we must get a new dishwasher as the motor may not for long. I told them they can report the same to AHS. The technicians told me to look for Bosch dishwasher. I was okay with everything.Today 24-Sep - I called AHS about the next steps. AHS told me that motor is only to replaced. I was fine and okay. I called the Supreme Appliances and asked why the technicians told me to look for a replacement. The lady who picked my call, started telling me that I was lying and told me to cancel the order if I wish to. I am surprised and stunned by the blame and recommendations #nottrustworthy #arrogance #poor #customerservice #lying
2 No Shows and you are OUT!! Cant believe warranty companies continue to use this company when they continually get 1 star ratings. Just like the other reviewers, Supreme Appliance was assigned as the service provider for my Miele ovens. First they didnt even reach out and I had to call them. No return call. Then emailed with no return email. Finally 3rd time I got someone who made an appointment to come out last Thursday 10-12. At 1:45 I called and whoever I spoke to (who was super rude BTW and sounded EXACTLY like the person who made the initial appt) said they didnt know anything about it. So another appt was made for today from 3-5pm. Its 6pm and no show and no call. Called warranty company and demanded they assign a new service provider. Obviously these people have NO respect for other peoples time.Oh.....and when I told the guy that another provider had been assigned to fix my Bosch dishwasher he threw a fit because he said HE was the BEST at fixing Bosch appliances and he was tired of warranty company not giving him those contracts. Ummmm......have a clue buddy! Your customer service sucks and hopefully companies are catching on. Not sure how you even stay in business.

We bought an extended warranty from Tri City Sales and Supreme Appliance was the company that serviced the warranty. They came in for our Bosch ice machine, took apart our ice maker and said they needed to order a part . Thy came back with a different part stating the wrong part was sent to them and thy would have t o order it. After a coupe of months and MULTIPLE unanswered calls thy stated the part was back ordered from California and they would get back to me. After many more calls they finally answered and told my husband they are not coming back because of a dispute with the warranty co. After calling the Tri City we bought from they informed us that they have had other customers report the same issue. Superior was charging the warranty co for work NOT DONE and selling the parts for the warranty repair to other customers. Try city told us another co would be calling and rectified the problem with in 24 hrs. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY !!! THEY ARE SHADY.
Used them for a warranty. Took 1 month to fix our refrigerator. Ordered the first round of parts only to find out they requested the wrong parts and told us that they would rush the new never entered the order and lied bout it. Finally came to fix the fridge and got very frustrated when my wife asked legitimate questions about the repair. Called her stupid when he couldnt explain what he was doing and ran when my wife called for me. If you have a choice, do not use this company.
Worst customer service experience ever. We worked with them through a home warranty program and did not have a choice of who to use. They did not complete any of the work requested, cancelled appointments at the last minute, and refused to return calls/emails. Do NOT use this company. Their office staff and technicians are not capable of doing their jobs well.
Never follow up with anything they say. You have to bug them all the time to get their attention. They cancel appointments without letting you know. Recently, they moved and did not even leave the new number where you can reach them. Find someone else.

Dryer broke under warranty, these guys were selected by Home Depot to repair it. Made an appointment, soonest they had was 2 weeks out. The day before they called and rescheduled for a few days later. Very annoying.The day of the appointment, they show up 2 hours late, but the guys were nice and fast and fixed everything... or so I thought. They told me everything was fine, it worked now. I was, unfortunately, extremely distracted by hungry kids throwing a fit (since the repair guys were 2 hours late, it was now dinner time- witching hour in our house) so I was unable to go check for myself. They were only supposed to replace a cracked drum, so I figured it was okay not to check, none of the mechanics were supposed to be touched, they worked just fine.This was all done on a Friday, and to my continued misfortune I got sick the whole weekend, so no laundry got done. Finally, Sunday night I was forced to do a load so everyone had work/school clothes. I put the first load in the dryer... and the drum turns slowly 4 times, and comes to a complete stop, and the whole unit starts smoking!!!!!! I dont know what the heck these guys did to my machine but I am prepared for a big fight. I REFUSE to wait another 2 weeks for them to come fix their destruction! The dryer WORKED before they touched it, it only had a cracked drum that caused banging and the occasional torn garment. BUT IT WORKED AND DIDNT TRY TO BURN DOWN MY HOUSE!!!*update* they are sending someone out today to fix it, I will update my review accordingly.*update 2* The guy came on time, took the thing apart, turned the belt around, put it back together and was done. The original repair guys put the belt on teeth out :-| So the burning was the flat rubber side of the belt rubbing against the gear, and the drum wouldnt turn because there was no grip to turn it. HOW does such a dumb mistake even get made? I guess it happens. Raised my score to 3 stars because it was still a really stupid error to make, the 2 week wait time is ridiculous, they called me THREE TIMES unable to find my house (which the cross street is a major interstate highway in a town older than this nation, its not out in podunk mississippi or anything), and all of the other headaches. In the end it was fixed, but I probably wont be calling them for repairs again.
The owner screamed at me on the phone and refused to help. For two months weve been trying to get our dishwasher fixed at this repair shop Danbys warranty sent us to. They visited and said the pump was broken. Did not answer their phone, did not call back, and were rude and dismissive to my wife on the rare occasions when they did answer. I called, and the only explanation I could get was that the UPS packages were not delivered, which made no sense. No straight answer whether our part was even ordered, no estimate when it would come in. He claimed they dont have tracking numbers for the parts they ordered. The owners phone was garbled, which meant I couldnt understand 80% of what he said, and when I asked him to repeat and explain, he yelled at me Am I talking to a child?! I said, All I care about is getting our dishwasher repaired! Do you repair appliances? and he said NO I DONT! and hung up.Never call this place. Never give them your business. This has been two months of frustration, abuse, and evasiveness. And our dishwasher is no closer to being fixed.

Really bad company, the head technican was actually yelling at me on the phone. I called for the boss he insisted helping me, and then got mad. I told him I am reading to go to court because you all promise to give my money back, and I havent heard any thing. They came and service my refrigator 3x and it still doesnt work. I had to go out and get a replacement for my tenant. The head technician had the nerves to say to me They dont have to call me back. If they are returning my money. I tried to say how would I know that if your boss is not calling me back? I couldnt get a word in because of his yelling, so I hang up on him. I am really really upset right now.

Let me start off by saying I wouldve never hired this place if I had read the reviews first. Frigidaire recommend them as a authorized repair shop so I assumed they could handle the job so I never looked, big mistake.Frigidaire has now sent me four replacement refrigerators because every time they show up dented. After having no refrigerator for two months I finally caved in and accepted a dented one at a massive discount. I couldnt handle not having a fridge and eating out of a cooler for any longer.I plugged in the fridge and it worked for two days. Frigidaire sent supreme appliance to fix it. The first time they showed up they had 2 repairman. They spent about three minutes in my house and asked me questions about the fridge. After confirming to them that the fan uunderneath wasnt spinning the repairmen said yes thats the problem. He grabbed his tool bag and started walking out my door telling me that he would order a new one and replace it. Since I have common sense I told the guy that it could be many other things and that he didnt even test anything! He assured me that this was all he does and he was positive it was a fan.Fast forward a few weeks and the fan comes in. When they called to schedule the appointment I explained to the woman that the first repairman barely did anything and Im gonna be pissed if its more than a fan problem, in fact I can almost GUARANTEE It.Supreme showed up five minutes ago with another 2 different repairman than the first time. The guy comes in and pulls off the back of the fridge. He hooks up his multimeter and tells me the compressor is bad and i need a new one and its gonna take 10 days and they would call me. I laughed and told them they are horrible.I would never buy frigidaire again and I wouldnt use supreme if they paid me. Luckily fridgidaire double booked me with GRAYS APPLIANCE because they apparently have had this issue with supreme before. Grays has a 4.6 compared to supremes 1. Wish I looked before.
We have just had a really horrible experience with this outfit. They were supposed to be servicing a broken Electrolux Washer.What happened was that they had the wrong note in their records that the part had been delivered to our house the previous Thursday when really it was only going to arrive the day after the service appointment. The Electrolux record was quite clear on this so it seems that someone at Supreme had made the wrong note on the record.The service technician shouted at me as he didnt have the part and wanted to leave (I was carrying my baby at the time which made it particularly inappropriate), and when I rang up the central office to complain and tell them they laughed at me and put the phone down.The washer remains broken
Worse customer service - refused to come back to replace part - lady on the phone was rude and would not listen.I had tech out and we agreed that a part needed replacing - said they could do it for $90 - I told them I could do it - he said ok and never mentioned anything else - part did not fix it - called again and that was the response from the lady - asked to talk to manager and she hung up - DO NOT use them
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with this place the girl Palloma never returned my calls they finally had someone come to the house they ordered a compressor for my fridge I called numerous times to see when it was coming and they never returned my calls and then I got an email saying that the tec guy had surgery and no one would be able to fix my fridge I DO NOT recommend this place at all
